技术领域
本发明涉及液体涂抹设备技术领域,具体的,涉及一种涂抹清洁布、装置及系统。
背景技术
部分产品的表面往往需要定期涂抹清洁剂并进行打磨或防护剂进行抛光,以对产品进行清洁,或者保持产品的性能,或者为产品提供防护。例如:对车漆表面进行镀晶涂层或者涂抹天然棕榈蜡后进行抛光,能够高效持久的保护车漆,防止环境对车漆颜色的影响;对木质漆面涂抹养护液,以保护木质漆面;对皮具涂抹保养液,以避免皮具表面出现皲裂等。
目前,涂抹上述各种涂抹液的方式主要是手持外包超细纤维的海绵块将涂抹液在目标物表面涂抹均匀;以汽车漆面高光施工为例,需要使用海绵块将上光涂层液均匀涂抹在车漆表面,现有施工方式的缺陷在于,由于超细纤维材质吸附能力强而且夹层的海绵为多孔材料也具有较强的吸附能力,第一方面,两种材料会吸收大量的液体并深入夹层,上光剂造成大量的浪费,而高质量的上光剂、天然棕榈蜡、天然玛瑙蜡以及镀晶液通常较为昂贵。
第二方面,随着海绵与车面之间作用力的不同,海绵对涂抹液的吸收率是不同的,在海绵与车面之间的压力较大时,涂抹液会从海绵内挤出,反之则会被吸收;由于涂抹液一般是由人工手动进行涂抹,因此,海绵与车面之间的作用力是实时变化的,也就会导致涂抹液会不停的从海绵内吸收和释放,海绵释放涂抹液的位置会具有较多的涂抹液,而海绵吸收涂抹液的位置则会具有较薄甚至无涂抹液,造成涂抹不均匀,最终的效果也就较差。
发明内容
为此,本发明提出一种涂抹清洁布、装置及系统,以至少部分解决背景技术所提到的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明提供一种涂抹清洁布,包括依次层叠设置的隔水层、连接层和吸水层;其中,所述隔水层为TPU膜,所述连接层为聚酯纤维层,所述吸水层为超细纤维层。
进一步的,所述超细纤维层的厚度在0.2mm~0.3mm之间,且所述超细纤维层包括70-80%的涤纶,其余为涤纶。
第二方面,本发明提供一种涂抹清洁装置,包括填充层,还包括如权利要求1或2所述的涂抹清洁布;所述涂抹清洁布包覆在所述填充层的外侧。
进一步的,所述填充层为海绵块。
第三方面,本发明提供一种涂抹清洁系统,包括供液组件和如权利要求3或4所述的涂抹清洁装置;
所述供液组件包括壳体和安装座;所述壳体上设有第一固定部,所述第一固定部用于构成所述壳体在手臂上的固定;所述安装座上设有第二固定部,所述第二固定部用于固定所述涂抹清洁装置;
所述壳体内设有容腔,所述容腔用于盛装涂抹液;所述安装座上设有若干个喷液口,各所述喷液口位于所述安装座正对所述涂抹清洁装置的一侧;
所述供液组件还包括泵体,所述泵体用于构成所述涂抹液自所述容腔至各所述喷液口的泵送。
进一步的,所述安装座包括:
固定盘;
若干个夹持块,各所述夹持块环所述固定盘的轴线间隔设置,并分别能够沿所述固定盘的径向滑动,且各所述夹持块上分别设有夹持板,所述夹持板与所述固定盘间隔设置;
夹紧板,设于所述固定盘和所述夹持板之间;
驱动件,与各所述夹持块和所述夹紧板分别驱动连接;由所述驱动件驱使,所述夹持板具有插入所述涂抹清洁装置的第一行程,所述夹紧板具有靠近各所述夹持板,以与所述夹持板夹紧所述涂抹清洁装置的第二行程。
进一步的,所述固定盘的一侧上设有柱体,所述柱体顶端的外周上设有外螺纹;各所述夹持块上分别设有第一楔面;
所述驱动件包括滑套和螺帽,所述滑套的内孔包括串接的小径段和大径段,所述小径段可导向滑动的套设在所述柱体上,所述大径段的内壁上设有能够与所述第一楔面贴合的第二楔面;
所述螺帽与所述外螺纹螺接,并与所述滑套抵接,且所述螺帽上设有穿过所述固定盘并与所述夹紧件转动连接的连接杆。
进一步的,还包括弹性件,所述弹性件包括固定环和若干个弹性支撑部;
所述固定环固定套设在所述柱体上,各所述弹性支撑部与各所述夹持块一一对应设置,且所述弹性支撑部呈V形,所述弹性支撑部的一个自由端与所述固定环固连,另一个自由端与所述夹持块抵接。
进一步的,所述固定盘内设有腔体,所述泵体的输出端与所述腔体连通,所述喷液口贯穿所述腔体的底壁面设置。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
本发明提供的涂抹清洁布、装置及系统中,涂抹清洁布包括层叠设置的隔水层、连接层和吸水层;其中,隔水层为TPU膜,连接层为聚酯纤维层,吸水层为超细纤维层;由于超细纤维层具有较强的吸水能力,使其在移动过程中能够将涂抹液均匀的涂布在目标产品表面;而连接层采用聚酯纤维以及隔水层采用TPU膜,由于聚酯纤维吸水性较差,而TPU膜能够隔绝液体,因此,通过设置聚酯纤维层及TPU膜能够避免涂抹液大量存在于该涂抹布内,也就能够避免涂抹液的浪费;而且该结构还能够避免该涂抹布对涂抹液进行反复吸附和释放,也就能够减少镀晶层厚度不均的现象。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都涉及本发明保护的范围。
为了便于理解,本实施例均以对车辆漆面进行镀晶为例对该涂抹清洁布进行介绍,该涂抹清洁布应用在其它场景时,具有大致相同的使用方法和有益效果,在此不再赘述。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种涂抹清洁布,下称涂抹布100,参考图1所示,其包括依次层叠设置的隔水层110、连接层120和吸水层130;其中,隔水层110为TPU膜,连接层120为聚酯纤维层,吸水层130为超细纤维层,且超细纤维层的厚度在0.2mm~0.3mm之间。本实施例中,上述的超细纤维包括70-80%的涤纶,其余为锦纶。
为了便于该涂抹布100的使用,需要将其包覆在其它物体上以便于抓握,该结构可详见下述的涂抹清洁装置200。因此,本实施例中,通过设置该隔水层110,能够避免镀晶液渗透穿过该隔水层110,也就能够减少镀晶液的浪费。
在此基础上,通过使隔水层110采用TPU膜,通过TPU膜的防水透气性能,可以在隔绝镀晶液的同时,避免隔水层110和车漆面之间存在气体,如果隔水层110和车漆面之间有气体,则会影响吸水层130与车漆面的接触,影响镀晶液的涂抹效果。
本实施例中,隔水层110的厚度在0.5-1.5mm之间;该隔水层110的厚度例如可以是0.5mm、0.8mm、1mm、1.2mm或1.5mm,还可以是0.5-1.5mm中任一其它数值。
本实施例中,通过设置上述的连接层120,且连接层120采用聚酯纤维层,也即“涤纶”;一方面,通过设置该聚酯纤维层能够方便超细纤维层在TPU膜上的复合。另一方面,由于聚酯纤维层的吸水性较差,因此,能够减少镀晶液向该连接层120的进入,也就能够减少镀晶液的浪费。
本实施中,该聚酯纤维层的厚度在0.5mm-1mm之间,该聚酯纤维层的厚度例如可以为0.5mm、0.8mm或1mm,还可以是0.5-1mm中任一其它数值。
本实施例中,通过设置上述的超细纤维层,由于其具有较好的吸水特性,在进行镀晶液的涂抹时,能够较好的带动镀晶液随之移动,也即能够较好的进行镀晶液在车漆面上的涂抹。
本实施例中,该超细纤维层的厚度可以为0.2mm、0.25mm或0.3mm,该超细纤维层的厚度还可以是0.2-0.3mm中任一其它数值。
总得来说,采用海绵涂抹镀晶液时,一方面,由于海绵会吸收较多的镀晶液,该部分镀晶液会被浪费掉,而镀晶液的价格通常较为高昂;另一方面,采用海绵涂抹镀晶液时,随着海绵所受压力的变化,海绵会释放或吸收镀晶液,显然,海绵释放镀晶液时,会使其周侧的镀晶层厚度较厚,而海绵吸收镀晶液时,将会导致其底面处的镀晶层厚度较薄甚至无镀晶层,总之会导致镀晶层的厚薄不均。
与之相比,本实施例的涂抹布100,一方面,其对镀晶液的吸收量很少,也即能够减少镀晶液的浪费;另一方面,由于其对镀晶液的吸收量很少,其所吸收的镀晶液的量也就不会有剧烈变化,其在涂抹过程中,就可以使各处的镀晶液分布较为均匀,最终使得镀晶层的厚度较为均匀。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种涂抹清洁装置,下称涂抹装置200,参考图2和图3所示,其包括填充层210,还包括如实施例一的涂抹布100;涂抹布100包覆在填充层210的外侧。
本实施例中,上述的填充层为海绵。
与直接采用涂抹布100进行镀晶液涂抹的方式相比,本实施例的涂抹装置200,通过采用上述结构,较易拿握,方便使用。
本实施例中,参考图2和图3所示,上述的填充层呈三角状,使得该涂抹装置200也呈三角状。
在一些实施例中,该涂抹装置200还可以为方形、圆形或者其它形状。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种涂抹清洁系统,下称涂抹系统,参考图4和图5所示,其包括供液组件300和如实施例二提供的涂抹清洁装置200;其中,供液组件300包括壳体310和安装座320;壳体310上设有第一固定部,第一固定部用于构成壳体310在手臂上的固定;安装座320上设有第二固定部,第二固定部用于固定涂抹装置200;且壳体310内设有容腔,容腔用于盛装镀晶液;安装座320上设于喷液口3201,喷液口3201设置在涂抹装置200的一侧;供液组件300还包括泵体311,泵体311用于构成镀晶液自容腔至各喷液口3201的泵送。
也即是说,本实施例的涂抹系统中,可将涂抹装置200固设在安装座320上,然后将壳体310固定在操作人员手臂上,由操作人员手持安装座320进行镀晶施工。
目前的镀晶工艺中,一般是由操作人员从瓶中倒出一部分镀晶液,由操作人员使用海绵将这部分镀晶液涂抹开;然后操作人员再从瓶中倒出一部分镀晶液,操作人员再次将镀晶液涂抹开。依次循环,完成镀晶施工。
与之相比,本实施例的涂抹系统中,通过将盛装镀晶液的壳体310固定在操作人员的手臂上,由泵体311将镀晶液泵送至操作人员手中安装有涂抹装置200的安装座320中,一方面,由于无需工作人员停工倾倒镀晶液,因而本实施例的涂抹系统能够具有较高的镀晶效率;而且,人工倒镀晶液时,镀晶液将较为集中,将其涂抹均匀的时间较长,而本实施例的方案中,从多个喷液口3201喷出的镀晶液较为均匀,所需的涂抹时间较短,因此,从该方面来说,本实施例的方案也具有较高的效率。另一方面,由于从多个喷液口3201喷出的镀晶液较为均匀,镀晶液也就能够涂抹的较为均匀,因此,本实施例的涂抹系统还可使镀晶层的厚度较为均匀。
本实施例中,上述的第一固定部包括沿该壳体310的长度方向间隔设置的若干组绑带,且各组绑带包括第一绑带和第二绑带,其中,第一绑带上设有魔术贴公贴,第二绑带上设有魔术贴母贴,进而可通过第一绑带和第二绑带的粘连将壳体310固定在操作人员的手臂上。
在一些实施例中,第一绑带和第二绑带上也可分别设置公扣和母扣,其具有相同的原理,在此不再赘述。
上述的容腔设置在壳体310的内部,在壳体310上还设有与该容腔连通的开口,镀晶液可从该开口处倒入容腔内;上述的泵体311可固设在壳体310的外侧,该泵体311的液体输入管伸入容腔内,使得该泵体311可从容腔内抽取镀晶液。该部分结构均可参考现有技术,在此对其不再详述。
在前述整体发明构思的基础上,本实施例进一步提供了一种结构较优的安装座320,以方便将前述的涂抹装置200快速且方便的固定在该安装座320上。具体的来说,参考图5至图8所示,本实施例的安装座320包括固定盘321、若干个夹持块322、夹紧板323以及驱动件324;其中,各夹持块322环固定盘321的轴线间隔设置,并分别能够沿固定盘321的径向滑动,且各夹持块322上分别设有夹持板3221,夹持板3221与固定盘321间隔设置;夹紧板323设于固定盘321和夹持板3221之间;驱动件324与各夹持块322和夹紧板323驱动连接;由驱动件324驱使,夹持板3221具有插入涂抹装置200的第一行程,夹紧板323具有靠近各夹持板3221以与夹持板3221夹紧涂抹清洁装置200的第二行程。
简单的来说,本实施例的安装座320中,通过操作驱动件324,能够使各夹持块322上的夹持板3221向固定盘321也即涂抹装置200的中心移动,由于涂抹装置200的材质较软,各夹持板3221能够部分插入涂抹装置200。而且,操作驱动件324时,驱动件324还能够驱使夹紧件向靠近各夹持板3221的方向移动,最终使得各夹持板3221与夹紧板323如图8所示的夹紧涂抹装置200,完成涂抹装置200在该安装座320上的固定。
也即是说,在使用时,可将涂抹装置200放置在固定盘321上,然后操作驱动件324,即可借助夹持板3221和夹紧板323固定该涂抹装置200;反向操作驱动件324即可方便的将涂抹装置200从该安装座320上取下。总得来说,本实施例的安装座320能够快速且方便的进行涂抹装置200的安装和拆卸。
具体结构上,参考图5和图6所示,固定盘321的一侧上设有柱体3211,柱体3211顶端的外周上设有外螺纹;各夹持块322上分别设有第一楔面;驱动件324包括滑套3241和螺帽3242,滑套3241的内孔包括串接的小径段和大径段;其中,小径段可导向滑动的套设在柱体3211上,大径段的内壁上设有能够与第一楔面贴合的第二楔面32411;螺帽3242与外螺纹螺接,并与滑套3241抵接,且螺帽3242上设有穿过固定盘321并与夹紧件转动连接的连接杆32421。
也即是说,本实施例中,由驱动件324驱使各夹持块322向涂抹装置200中心移动的结构为:如图7和图8所示,在夹持块322上设有第一楔面,在滑套3241上设有与第一楔面抵接的第二楔面32411,通过该第二楔面32411与第一楔面,使得滑套3241的轴向移动能够驱使夹持块322径向移动。
其中,驱使滑套3241轴向移动的结构为:螺帽3242与主体螺接并与滑套3241抵接,以此,当转动螺帽3242时,螺帽3242将与滑套3241同时具有沿柱体3211轴向的移动。
由驱动件324驱使夹紧板323向夹持板3221靠近的结构为:如图6所示,在螺母上固设有一个连接杆32421,该连接杆32421的另一端与夹紧板323转动连接,也即是夹紧板323仅具有相对于连接杆32421转动的自由度;由此,当转动螺帽3242时,螺母和夹紧板323将具有同步的沿柱体3211轴向的位移。
总得来说,基于上述结构,当向靠近固定盘321的方向转动螺帽3242时,各夹持块322将向内滑动,使夹持块322上的夹持板3221向内插入涂抹装置200的中部;同时,夹紧板323靠近夹持板3221,使夹持板3221和夹紧板323夹紧镀金装置,即可完成涂抹装置200在该安装座320上的固定。
本实施例中,通过采用上述的结构驱使各夹持块322以及夹紧板323动作,一方面,该结构操作简单,只需转动螺母即可;另一方面,螺母和滑套3241均呈柱状,方便操作人员拿握该螺母和滑套3241进行由涂抹装置200涂抹镀晶液的操作。
本实施例中,在柱体3211和夹持块322之间设有弹性件400,在旋松螺母时,弹性件400能够对夹持块322施加弹性推力,以驱使夹持块322向外滑动,由于第一楔面和第二楔面32411的作用力是相互的,夹持块322向外滑动,能够驱使滑套3241复位。
本实施例提供了一种结构较优的弹性件400,参考图7所示,本实施例的弹性件400包括包括固定环410和若干个弹性支撑部420;固定环410固定套设在柱体3211上,各弹性支撑部420与各夹持块322一一对应设置,且弹性支撑部420呈V形,弹性支撑部420的一个自由端与固定环410固连,另一个自由端与夹持块322抵接。
在一些实施例中,上述的弹性件400也可以是设置在滑动部和柱体3211之间的弹簧,但与本实施例的方案相比,弹簧的安装和布置较为麻烦。
本实施例中,参考图9所示,在固定盘321内设有腔体3212,前述的泵体311的液体输出端与该腔体3212连通,上述的喷液口3201贯穿腔体3212的底壁面设置。
本实施例的涂抹系统的具体使用过程为:
将壳体310固定在操作人员的手臂,例如右手的手臂上,然后向容腔内倒入镀晶液;
操作人员右手抓握安装座320开始进行镀晶液的涂抹,其中,在需要时,可由左手按下壳体310上的泵体311的开关,由泵体311将容腔内的镀晶液喷送至涂抹装置200的前方。
需要安装和更换涂抹装置200时,仅需转动螺帽3242即可。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种涂抹清洁布,其特征在于:包括依次层叠设置的隔水层(110)、连接层(120)和吸水层(130);其中,所述隔水层(110)为TPU膜,所述连接层(120)为聚酯纤维层,所述吸水层(130)为超细纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂抹清洁布,其特征在于,所述超细纤维层的厚度在0.2mm~0.3mm之间,且所述超细纤维层包括70-80%的涤纶,其余为涤纶。
3.一种涂抹清洁装置,其特征在于:包括填充层,还包括如权利要求1或2所述的涂抹清洁布;所述涂抹清洁布包覆在所述填充层的外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涂抹清洁装置,其特征在于,所述填充层为海绵块。
5.一种涂抹清洁系统,其特征在于:包括供液组件(300)和如权利要求3或4所述的涂抹清洁装置;
所述供液组件(300)包括壳体(310)和安装座(320);所述壳体(310)上设有第一固定部,所述第一固定部用于构成所述壳体(310)在手臂上的固定;所述安装座(320)上设有第二固定部,所述第二固定部用于固定所述涂抹清洁装置;
所述壳体(310)内设有容腔,所述容腔用于盛装涂抹液;所述安装座(320)上设有若干个喷液口(3201),各所述喷液口(3201)位于所述安装座正对所述涂抹清洁装置的一侧;
所述供液组件(300)还包括泵体(311),所述泵体(311)用于构成所述涂抹液自所述容腔至各所述喷液口(3201)的泵送。
6.根据权利要求5所述的涂抹清洁系统,其特征在于,所述安装座(320)包括:
固定盘(321);
若干个夹持块(322),各所述夹持块(322)环所述固定盘(321)的轴线间隔设置,并分别能够沿所述固定盘(321)的径向滑动,且各所述夹持块(322)上分别设有夹持板(3221),所述夹持板(3221)与所述固定盘(321)间隔设置;
夹紧板(323),设于所述固定盘(321)和所述夹持板(3221)之间;
驱动件(324),与各所述夹持块(322)和所述夹紧板(323)分别驱动连接;由所述驱动件(324)驱使,所述夹持板(3221)具有插入所述涂抹清洁装置的第一行程,所述夹紧板(323)具有靠近各所述夹持板(3221),以与所述夹持板(3221)夹紧所述涂抹清洁装置的第二行程。
7.根据权利要求6述的涂抹清洁系统,其特征在于,所述固定盘(321)的一侧上设有柱体(3211),所述柱体(3211)顶端的外周上设有外螺纹;各所述夹持块(322)上分别设有第一楔面;
所述驱动件(324)包括滑套(3241)和螺帽(3242),所述滑套(3241)的内孔包括串接的小径段和大径段,所述小径段可导向滑动的套设在所述柱体(3211)上,所述大径段的内壁上设有能够与所述第一楔面贴合的第二楔面(32411);
所述螺帽(3242)与所述外螺纹螺接,并与所述滑套(3241)抵接,且所述螺帽(3242)上设有穿过所述固定盘(321)并与所述夹紧件转动连接的连接杆(32421)。
8.根据权利要求7述的涂抹清洁系统,其特征在于,还包括弹性件(400),所述弹性件(400)包括固定环(410)和若干个弹性支撑部(420);
所述固定环(410)固定套设在所述柱体(3211)上,各所述弹性支撑部(420)与各所述夹持块(322)一一对应设置,且所述弹性支撑部(420)呈V形,所述弹性支撑部(420)的一个自由端与所述固定环(410)固连,另一个自由端与所述夹持块(322)抵接。
9.根据权利要求6述的涂抹清洁系统,其特征在于,所述固定盘(321)内设有腔体(3212),所述泵体(311)的输出端与所述腔体(3212)连通,所述喷液口(3201)贯穿所述腔体(3212)的底壁面设置。
