21。The lower support 21 for a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 5, according to the lower support 21 for a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention, the lower support 21 is suitable for being arranged on the bottom of the air intake grille assembly 31 of the vehicle 100, and the lower support 21 includes a lower support body 211 The lower supporting body 211 has a weakened area 2111 and a strengthened area 2112 , the weakened area 2111 is adapted to correspond to the air intake grille assembly 31 , and the strengthened area 2112 is located on both sides of the weakened area 2111 .

Wherein, the strengthened area 2112 is located on both sides of the weakened area 2111 , there are vehicle headlights on both sides of the air intake grille assembly 31 , and the vehicle headlights are stronger than the air intake grille assembly 31 .

The inventor of the present application has carefully observed and explored a large number of accident vehicles, and found that in the related art, the lower support has not been designed specifically for the situation of the air intake grille assembly and the vehicle headlights, so that the strength of each part of the lower support is consistent, This situation results in that when the vehicle collides with pedestrians, the lower support, which is weaker than the vehicle headlight, deforms earlier. It can be understood that the lower support is located under the vehicle headlight, and the lower support deforms earlier than the vehicle headlight. In the event of a collision with a pedestrian, the pedestrian is likely to be drawn under the vehicle.

Through the targeted design of the lower support 21 in this application, the part of the lower support 21 corresponding to the headlight of the vehicle is set as a strengthened area 2112, and the part of the lower support 21 corresponding to the air intake grille assembly 31 is set as a weakened area 2111. When a collision occurs, the probability of pedestrians being drawn into the bottom of the vehicle 100 is reduced.

It should be noted that the present application has a targeted design for the lower support 21, and the part of the lower support 21 corresponding to the air intake grille assembly 31 is set as a weakened area 2111, which reduces the waste required for strengthening and improves the utilization rate.

According to the lower support 21 of the vehicle 100 in the embodiment of the present invention, by setting the strengthened area 2112 and the weakened area 2111 on the lower support 21, the probability of pedestrians being involved in the bottom of the vehicle 100 is reduced, thereby reducing the impact on pedestrians. damage while increasing utilization and reducing costs.

214。As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, the lower support 21 further includes: an upper edge portion 212 , a first protruding structure 213 , and a second protruding structure 214 .

The upper edge portion 212 is disposed on the front edge of the lower supporting body 211 and extends upward.

The first protruding structure 213 is disposed on the lower supporting body 211 and located at the weakened area 2111 , the first protruding structure 213 extends upward and connects with the upper edge portion 212 . Wherein, the first protruding structure 213 is arranged on the lower supporting body 211 to exert the effect of increasing the strength of the lower supporting body 211 .

The second protruding structure 214 is disposed on the lower supporting body 211 and located in the strengthening area 2112 , the second protruding structure 214 extends upward and connects with the upper edge portion 212 . Wherein, the second protruding structure 214 is provided on the lower supporting body 211 to exert the effect of increasing the strength of the lower supporting body 211 .

Wherein, the connection length between the second protrusion structure 214 and the upper edge portion 212 is greater than the connection length between the first protrusion structure 213 and the upper edge portion 212 . That is to say, the second protruding structure 214 supports more of the upper edge portion 212 than the first protruding structure 213, thereby increasing the strength.

2142。As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, the second protruding structure 214 includes: a first unit part 2141 and a second unit part 2142 .

One end of the second unit part 2142 is connected to the first unit part 2141 , and the other end is connected to the upper edge part 212 , and an angle is formed between the second unit part 2142 and the first unit part 2141 . By setting the included angle between the first unit part 2141 and the second unit part 2142, when the vehicle 100 collides with a pedestrian, the first unit part 2141 and the second unit part 2142 are bent at the included angle, reducing the pertinence. the difficulty of collapse.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, the second protruding structure 214 extends upwards at least to the top surface of the upper edge portion 212 , and the first protruding structure 213 extends upward but lower than the upper edge portion 212 top surface.

That is to say, the top surface of the second raised structure 214 can be flush with the top of the upper edge portion 212, the top surface of the second raised structure 214 can also be higher than the top surface of the upper edge portion 212, the second raised structure 214 completely supports the upper edge portion 212 , thereby further improving the strength of supporting the upper edge portion 212 .

Wherein, the first protruding structure 213 extends upward but is lower than the top surface of the upper edge portion 212, the first protruding structure 213 may extend upward but not contact the upper edge portion 212, that is to say, the first protruding structure 213 is in contact with the upper edge portion 212. The connection length of the upper edge portion 212 is zero; the first protruding structure 213 can also touch the upper edge, but the top surface of the first protruding structure 213 is lower than the top surface of the upper edge portion 212 .

It can be understood that the second protruding structure 214 is differentiated from the second protruding structure 214 relative to the upper edge portion 212 , thereby forming a different support for the upper edge portion 212 and improving pertinence.

In some embodiments, the first protruding structure 213 extends upward to the junction of the lower supporting body 211 and the upper edge portion 212 , or the first protruding structure 213 extends upward beyond the junction, further restricting the first protruding structure 213 lower limit.

For example, the first protruding structure 213 extends upwards to the junction of the lower supporting body 211 and the upper edge portion 212, that is, the connection length between the first protruding structure 213 and the upper edge portion 212 is zero, and the collision between the vehicle 100 and the pedestrian During a collision, the junction of the lower support body 211 and the upper edge portion 212 provides a collision bending point, which reduces the difficulty of deformation of the lower support 21 .

Alternatively, the first protruding structure 213 extends upward beyond the junction, that is, the connection length between the first protruding structure 213 and the upper edge portion 212 is greater than zero, and the first protruding structure 213 exerts a supporting effect on the upper edge portion 212 .

As shown in FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, the first raised structure 213 includes a raised connecting section 2131 adjacent to the upper edge 212 , the top surface of the raised connecting section 2131 is configured as a plane, and the plane is perpendicular to the upper edge. 212 inner wall. By setting the plane perpendicular to the inner wall of the upper edge portion 212 , that is, the plane forms a right angle with the inner wall, the bending of the upper edge portion 212 is facilitated when the vehicle 100 collides.

2111。As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, the extension length of the second protrusion structure 214 is greater than the extension length of the first protrusion structure 213 . By setting the extension length of the second protrusion structure 214 to be greater than the extension length of the first protrusion structure 213, so that the action area of the second protrusion structure 214 is larger than the action area of the first protrusion structure 213, distinguishing the strengthened area 2112 from the weakened area 2111.

As shown in FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, there are multiple first protruding structures 213 , and the multiple first protruding structures 213 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the vehicle 100 . Wherein, the lower support 21 has a mid-section plane, and the farther the first protruding structure 213 is from the mid-section plane, the shorter the length of the first protruding structure 213 is. By arranging the farther the first protruding structure 213 is from the middle split plane, the shorter the length of the first protruding structure 213 is, so that the first protruding structure 213 strengthens the strength of the lower supporting body 211 in a targeted manner, and further improves pertinence.

Specifically, the middle split plane is a virtual plane, and a plurality of first protruding structures 213 are on both sides of the middle split plane. Longer, thus affecting a wider range.

As shown in FIG. 4 , in some embodiments, the lower support 21 has a lower support cutout 215 , and the lower support cutout 215 is arranged on both sides of the lower support 21 . By setting the lower support cutout 215 , part of the structure of the lower support 21 is removed in a targeted manner, and the weight of the lower support 21 is reduced without affecting the lower support 21 .

As shown in Figure 4, it should be noted that the lower support cutouts 215 are located on both sides of the lower support 21. During the collision of the vehicle 100, the inventors of the present application found that the lower support cutouts 215 The corresponding area basically does not touch pedestrians, and this application satisfies the lightweight development requirements of the vehicle 100 by setting the lower support cutout 215 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , in some embodiments, the lower support cutout portion 215 is at least partially configured as a smooth curve.

451。As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , in some embodiments, the front end of the lower support 21 is provided with a skin connection part 217 , and the skin connection part 217 is connected to the vehicle skin 451 .

41。As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 12 , in some embodiments, the vehicle 100 includes: a vehicle body, a lower support 21 , an air intake grille assembly 31 , a bracket 42 and a lighting lamp 41 .

The lower support 21 is provided on the vehicle body. The intake grill assembly 31 is arranged on the lower support 21 . The bracket member 42 is disposed on the vehicle body and above the lower support 21 . The illuminating lamp 41 is arranged on the bracket member 42 .

According to the vehicle 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, through the arrangement of the lower support 21 , the air intake grille assembly 31 , the bracket 42 and the lighting lamp 41 , the injuries to pedestrians are reduced.

As shown in Figure 6, in some embodiments, the vehicle 100 also includes: a movable support assembly 51, the movable support assembly 51 is arranged on the vehicle body, and the movable support assembly 51 is connected to the support member 42, so that the support member 42 is positioned at the front and rear of the vehicle 100 direction to move. By arranging the movable support assembly 51 , the support member 42 has a certain amount of activity, and when the vehicle 100 collides with a pedestrian, it provides a certain buffer and reduces the damage to the pedestrian.

At the same time, it should be noted that the movable support assembly 51 makes the bracket 42 easier to collapse backwards during a collision. When the vehicle 100 collides with a pedestrian, the lower support 21 can support the pedestrian's calf, and the lighting lamp 41 is installed on the bracket. 42 and above the lower support 21, the part above the pedestrian's calf will turn towards the direction of the vehicle 100, and the pedestrian can finally lie on the hood 52, reducing the risk of being involved in the bottom of the vehicle 100 and reducing the injury to pedestrians.

As shown in FIG. 6 , specifically, the vehicle body includes an anti-collision beam, and the movable support assembly 51 is arranged on the anti-collision beam.

512。In some embodiments, the movable support assembly 51 includes: a first fitting part 511 and a second fitting part 512 .

The first fitting part 511 is disposed on one of the vehicle body or the bracket part 42 .

The second matching part 512 is disposed on the other of the vehicle body or the bracket part 42 , and the second matching part 512 is slidably connected with the first matching part 511 to make the bracket part 42 move relative to the vehicle body.

For example, the first fitting 511 is arranged on the vehicle body, the second fitting 512 is arranged on the bracket 42, the second fitting 512 is slidingly connected with the first fitting 511, and the bracket 42 can be displaced relative to the body to provide a buffer space .

Alternatively, the second fitting 512 is arranged on the vehicle body, the first fitting 511 is arranged on the bracket 42, the second fitting 512 is slidably connected to the first fitting 511, and the bracket 42 can be displaced relative to the body to provide a buffer space .

As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 13, in some embodiments, the first fitting 511 includes: an anti-sinking bracket 5111, and a through hole is provided on the anti-sinking bracket 5111, and the second fitting 512 includes: a moving column, a moving The column is arranged in the through hole so that the moving column can slide in the through hole, and the structure is simple and durable.

Specifically, the through hole is configured as a tapered hole, the moving post is configured as a tapered post, and the tapered hole is connected with the tapered post to limit the one-way movement of the support member 42 . For example, the backward movement of the support member 42 is limited, the support member 42 only moves backward, and the support member 42 will not shake.

As shown in FIG. 8 , in some embodiments, the lower support 21 is provided with an abutting portion 216 . The air intake grille assembly 31 is provided with matching portions 311 corresponding to the abutting portions 216 , and the matching portions 311 are arranged behind the abutting portions 216 at intervals in the front-rear direction of the vehicle 100 .

Wherein, the air intake grille assembly 31 is located above the lower support 21, and in the front-rear direction of the vehicle 100, the matching portion 311 on the air intake grille assembly 31 and the abutting portion 216 on the lower support 21 are arranged at intervals. In the event of a collision, the space between the matching portion 311 and the abutting portion 216 enables the lower support 21 to move backward, thereby providing a certain buffer space, and reducing the injury to the pedestrian when the vehicle 100 collides with the pedestrian's calf.

Simultaneously, the mating portion 311 and the abutting portion 216 are in the front-rear direction of the vehicle 100, and the mating portion 311 moving backward may contact the abutting portion 216. When the vehicle 100 collides with the pedestrian's calf, the lower support 21 can support the pedestrian's calf to avoid Pedestrians are involved in the bottom of the car, thereby reducing the injury to pedestrians.

It can be understood that the lower support 21 plays the role of the pedestrian protection lower leg beam, so that the vehicle 100 reduces a single pedestrian protection lower leg beam, and optimizes the structure.

According to the vehicle 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, through the cooperation of the abutting part 216 and the matching part 311, the setting of "weak front and strong rear" is realized. When the vehicle 100 collides with the pedestrian's calf, a certain buffer space is provided to reduce Damage to the pedestrian's calf, and at the same time support the pedestrian's calf to prevent the pedestrian from being involved in the bottom of the vehicle 100 .

As shown in FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 8 , in some embodiments, the abutment portion 216 includes an abutment surface 2161, and the mating portion 311 includes a mating surface 3111, and the mating surface 3111 and the abutment surface 2161 are at least partially Is on. By arranging the matching surface 3111 to at least partially face the abutting surface 2161 in the front-rear direction, the probability that the abutting portion 216 contacts the matching portion 311 is increased.

It can be understood that the mating surface 3111 and the abutting surface 2161 are at least partially facing each other in the front-rear direction, and the abutting portion 216 can smoothly contact the mating portion 311 during the movement of the lower support 21, while the abutting surface 2161 and the mating surface 3111 can better touch.

213。As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, the lower support 21 includes: a lower support body 211 and a first protruding structure 213 .

The first protruding structure 213 is arranged on the lower supporting body 211, the abutting portion 216 is arranged on the first protruding structure 213 and extends toward the direction of the air intake grille assembly 31, the abutting surface 2161 includes the abutting portion 216 facing backward. On the side, the mating surface 3111 includes the front side of the air intake grille assembly 31 . By arranging the abutting portion 216 to extend toward the direction of the air intake grill assembly 31 , the probability of the abutting portion 216 being in contact with the mating portion 311 is increased.

3111。Wherein, the abutment surface 2161 includes the rearward side of the abutment portion 216, and the mating surface 3111 includes the frontward side of the air intake grille assembly 31. During the process of the lower support 21 moving backward, the abutment surface 2161 has a high probability of natural contact and fit. Face 3111.

As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, in some embodiments, there are a plurality of abutting parts 216, and the plurality of abutting parts 216 are distributed at intervals in the left and right direction of the vehicle 100, and the plurality of abutting parts 216 on the plurality of abutting parts 216 The connecting surfaces 2161 are coplanar and correspond to the same mating surface 3111 . By setting the multiple abutting surfaces 2161 on the multiple abutting parts 216 to be coplanar and corresponding to the same mating surface 3111, the probability of the abutting surface 2161 contacting the mating surface 3111 is further increased. The surface 2161 is in contact with the mating surface 3111 , so that the connection between the contact portion 216 and the mating portion 311 is more stable.

In some embodiments, the projections of the plurality of abutting surfaces 2161 on the plane where the matching surface 3111 is located are all on the matching surface 3111 . That is to say, the total size of the plurality of abutting surfaces 2161 is smaller than the size of the mating surface 3111 , in the width direction of the vehicle 100 , the space is reasonably utilized and the structure is compact.

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, in some embodiments, the lower support 21 is adapted to be arranged on the bottom of the air intake grille assembly 31, the lower support body 211 has a weakened area 2111 and a strengthened area 2112, the weakened area 2111 is suitable for Corresponding to the air intake grille assembly 31 , the strengthened area 2112 is located on both sides of the weakened area 2111 .

It should be noted that the present application has a targeted design for the lower support 21, and the corresponding air intake grille assembly 31 on the lower support 21 is set as a weakened area 2111, which reduces the waste required for strengthening and improves the utilization rate.

214。As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, the lower support 21 further includes: an upper edge portion 212 and a second protruding structure 214 .

The upper edge portion 212 is disposed on the front edge of the lower supporting body 211 and extends upward.

Wherein, the first protruding structure 213 is located in the weakened area 2111 , and the first protruding structure 213 extends upward and connects with the upper edge portion 212 . That is to say, the second protruding structure 214 supports more of the upper edge portion 212 than the first protruding structure 213, thereby increasing the strength.

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 8, in some embodiments, the air intake grille assembly 31 has a first end 312 and a second end 313, and the first end 312 and the second end 313 are arranged on the air intake grille assembly 31. opposite sides.
