And 16 is a handle provided on the opening/closing door, 17 is a rack on which articles are placed, 18 is a stand for supporting the main body of the cooling storage box 1, 19 is a drain device for draining defrost water in the cooling chamber 6 and dew condensation water in the 1 st storage chamber 3 and the 2 nd storage chamber 20, and 22 is a basket which is removably placed in the 2 nd storage chamber 20. The basket 22 is used for storing vegetables and other articles at a temperature suitable for refrigeration.
The first embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 3 is configured to have a first structure. The storage chamber 3 is set as the 1 st storage chamber, and the inside is cooled to a freezing temperature (for example, -20 ℃). A second storage chamber (20) partitioned by a heat insulating material having a predetermined thickness is provided in a lower left portion of the first storage chamber (3). Since the inside of the second storage chamber 2 is cooled to a refrigerating temperature (for example, +5 ℃), when the inside of the first storage chamber 1 is stabilized at-20 ℃, the second storage chamber 2 is partitioned by a heat insulating material having a predetermined thickness to ensure that the inside temperature is +5 ℃.
The thickness of the heat insulating material is set as follows: if the minimum thickness of the heat transfer medium which does not affect the heat transfer to the 1 st storage chamber is T1, it is T2(T1 > T2). In the invention of the first structure, the thickness of T2 is set to: the heat transfer QI to the 1 st storage chamber 3 and the heat from the outside are maintained in balance to ensure that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber (the 2 nd storage chamber 20) is +5 ℃ and the temperature of the freezing chamber (the 1 st storage chamber 3) is-20 ℃. QI is represented by the following equations 1 and 2. [ equation 1]
QI=K×S×ΔT
Wherein, K: the heat transfer rate through the insulated wall between the freezing compartment (1 st storage compartment 3) and the refrigerating compartment (2 nd storage compartment 20). S: the surface area of the insulating wall. Δ T: temperature difference between the freezing chamber (1 st storage chamber 3) and the refrigerating chamber (2 nd storage chamber 20). The temperature difference at this time was: 5- (-20) ═ 25 ℃. [ formula 2]
K=1/(1/α R+T2/λ+1/αF)
Wherein, α R: heat transfer rate of the refrigerating side surface of the insulating wall. λ: thermal conductivity of the insulation material within the insulating wall. T2: the thickness of the insulating wall. α F: heat transfer rate of the freezing side surface of the insulating wall.
As a method of adjusting the QI amount, K and S may be changed, but since S is determined by the structure, a method of changing K is possible. As a method of changing K, T2 may be changed. But may also be adjusted by changing other parameters.
In the 2 nd embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the thickness of the heat insulating material of the 2 nd storage room 20 is determined by the above-described method. In embodiment 2, the 2 nd storage chamber 20 is normally formed at the upper front side of the 1 st storage chamber 3, and the front opening of the 2 nd storage chamber 20 is openably and closably closed by the heat insulating door 21. In the 2 nd storage room, seasoning, soy sauce and other articles which are not used in large quantities can be refrigerated.
In the present invention having the first configuration, the cooling storage box includes: a refrigerator comprising a heat insulating box 2 having an openable/closable door 15 mounted on the front surface thereof, wherein the interior of the heat insulating box 2 is defined as a 1 st storage compartment 3, and the 1 st storage compartment 3 is cooled to a freezing temperature. Further comprising: and a 2 nd storage chamber 20 which is provided in the 1 st storage chamber 3, is partitioned by a heat insulating material having a predetermined thickness, and has a refrigerating temperature inside. With this configuration, the inside of the 2 nd storage chamber 20 can be maintained at a desired refrigerating temperature by the cold air in the 1 st storage chamber 3.
An embodiment of the present invention having the second structure is explained below with reference to fig. 6 to 8. The same portions as those of the first structure are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the basic structure is the same as that of the first structure, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In the second aspect of the invention, the 2 nd storage chamber 20 is provided on the back surface of the opening/closing door 15 (1 st opening/closing door), and the 2 nd opening/closing door 23 for opening the 2 nd storage chamber 20 is provided on the 1 st opening/closing door 15. Therefore, when the article in the 2 nd storage room 20 is taken out, the object can be achieved by only opening the 2 nd opening/closing door 23, so that the cold air on the 1 st storage room 3 side can be prevented from flowing out. Numeral 17 denotes a rack in the 2 nd storage room 20, and numeral 22 denotes a basket.
The method of determining the thickness of the heat insulating material of the present invention having the second structure is the same as that of the first structure. That is, the cooling storage box of the second configuration includes: a refrigerating device having a heat insulating box 2 with a door 15 opened and closed freely on the front, the heat insulating box 2 being used as a 1 st storage chamber 3, and the 1 st storage chamber being cooled to a freezing temperature; further comprising: a 2 nd storage chamber 20 which is provided on the back surface of the opening/closing door 15 and is partitioned by a heat insulating material having a predetermined thickness, and which has a refrigerated room temperature inside, and a 2 nd opening/closing door 23 which is formed on the opening/closing door 15 and which openably closes the 2 nd storage chamber 20. With this configuration, the inside of the 2 nd storage room 20 can be maintained at a desired refrigerating temperature by the cold air of the 1 st storage room, and the flow of the cold air of the 1 st storage room 3 can be prevented by opening the 2 nd opening/closing door 23 when taking out the contents of the 2 nd storage room 20.
A third structure of the present invention is explained with reference to fig. 6 to 10. The same portions as those of the first structure are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the basic structure is the same as that of the first structure, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 6 to 10, the second embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which the 2 nd storage chamber 20 is provided in the 1 st opening/closing door 15, and a heating device 24 such as an electric heater is provided at a position shown in fig. 9, that is, inside the 2 nd storage chamber 20, as in the second embodiment. The electric heater 24 is controlled by a bimetallic thermostat 25 as shown in fig. 10. The bimetal temperature controller 25 is attached to the heat transfer material 26 on the 1 st storage chamber 3 side which is excellent in heat conductivity and which cuts the heat insulating material constituting the 2 nd storage chamber 20.
This allows the temperature in the 2 nd storage chamber 20 to be controlled in accordance with the temperature in the 1 st storage chamber 3. Therefore, even when the outside temperature is low (subzero temperature) in winter or the like, the inside of the second storage chamber 20 can be maintained at the refrigerating temperature (+5 ℃) by the electric heater 24.
The invention of the third structure also determined the thickness of the heat insulating material as in the invention of the first structure. That is, the cooling storage box 1 having the third configuration includes: a refrigerating device which is provided with a heat insulating box 2 with a freely opened and closed door 15 on the front, uses the heat insulating box 2 as a 1 st storage chamber 3, and cools the 1 st storage chamber 3 to a freezing temperature; further comprising: a 2 nd storage room 20 which is provided in the opening/closing door 15 and in which a heating device 24 is installed and the interior of which can be set to a refrigerating temperature, and a 2 nd opening/closing door 23 which is formed in the opening/closing door 15 and which openably closes the 2 nd storage room. With this configuration, the inside of the 2 nd storage chamber 20 can be maintained at a desired refrigerating temperature by the cold air of the 1 st storage chamber 3. Meanwhile, when taking out the article from the 2 nd storage room, the cold air in the 1 st storage room 3 can be prevented from flowing out only by opening the 2 nd opening and closing door 23. Further, the inside of the 2 nd storage chamber 20 can be maintained at the refrigerating temperature (+5 ℃) even in winter.
When the inner surface of the 2 nd storage chamber 20 is frosted, it is necessary to perform defrosting. However, in the defrosting operation of the 1 st storage chamber 3 (the frost attached to the cooler 4 is melted by a heater not shown), the cold air circulating fan 5 stops rotating, so that α F of the K equation is lowered and the K value is lowered. Therefore, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber (2 nd storage chamber 20) side is caused to rise. Therefore, by using the electric heater 24 provided in the second storage chamber 20 in combination, defrosting can be performed efficiently.
Fig. 11 shows a modified embodiment of the present invention having the first configuration, which is an embodiment in which the right side is a freezing chamber (1 st storage chamber 3) and the left side is a refrigerating chamber (2 nd storage chamber 20). In the case of this embodiment, an electric heater and a bimetal temperature regulator 25, not shown in the figure, are included.

With this structure, the 2 nd storage chamber can be maintained at a desired refrigerating temperature by using the cold air of the 1 st storage chamber, and the operation management of the refrigerating chamber can be maintained without using extra energy.
A cooling storage box according to a second aspect of the present invention includes: a refrigerating device which is provided with a heat insulation box body with a freely opened and closed door at the front, takes the heat insulation box body as a 1 st storage chamber and cools the 1 st storage chamber to a refrigerating temperature; further comprising: a second storage room 2 which is provided on the back surface of the opening/closing door and is partitioned by a heat insulating material having a predetermined thickness, and which has an interior at a refrigerating temperature, and a second opening/closing door 2 which is formed on the opening/closing door and which openably closes the second storage room. With this structure, the 2 nd storage room can be maintained at a desired temperature by the cold air of the 1 st storage room, and the 2 nd opening/closing door can be opened only when taking out the contents of the 2 nd storage room, thereby preventing the cold air of the 1 st storage room from flowing out.
A cooling storage box according to a third aspect of the present invention includes: a refrigerating device which is provided with a heat insulation box body with a freely opened and closed door at the front, takes the heat insulation box body as a 1 st storage chamber and cools the 1 st storage chamber to a refrigerating temperature; further comprising: and a 2 nd storage chamber which is arranged in the opening and closing door, is provided with a heating device and has the interior of the storage chamber at the refrigerating temperature. With this configuration, the 2 nd storage compartment can be maintained at a desired refrigerating temperature by the cold air of the 1 st storage compartment, and the 2 nd opening/closing door can be opened only when taking out the contents of the 2 nd storage compartment, thereby preventing the cold air in the 1 st storage compartment from flowing out.
