1. A luminescent screen, comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of light emitting cells including a stack of a first electrode, a light emitting device layer, and a second electrode, the first electrode being on a surface of the substrate;
the first electrode leads correspond to and are connected with the first electrodes one by one;
the plurality of first electrode leads comprise first preset leads, and the first preset leads are provided with at least one first sharp corner structure;
and the anti-static lead is provided with at least one second sharp angle structure, and the first sharp angle structure and the second sharp angle structure are oppositely arranged and used for releasing static charges.
2. The luminescent screen body of claim 1, wherein the plurality of first electrode leads comprises a second predetermined lead, the second predetermined lead being disposed adjacent to the first predetermined lead;
the second preset lead is provided with at least one third sharp corner structure, and the third sharp corner structure and the first sharp corner structure are oppositely arranged and used for releasing electrostatic charges;
the anti-static lead is reused as the second preset lead, and the second sharp corner structure is reused as the third sharp corner structure.
3. The light-emitting screen body according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a first insulating layer, wherein the first preset lead and the anti-static lead are located on the same surface of the first insulating layer.
4. The luminescent screen body of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a second insulating layer, wherein the first predetermined lead and the anti-static lead are located on different surfaces of the second insulating layer.
5. The light-emitting screen body according to claim 4, wherein the second insulating layer comprises a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to the first surface, the first predetermined lead is located on the first surface, and the anti-static lead is located on the second surface.
6. The luminescent screen body of claim 3, further comprising a third insulating layer, the third insulating layer being located between the first predetermined lead and the anti-static lead.
7. The luminescent screen body of claim 6, wherein the third insulating layer is provided with a first via, the first pointed structure being located at the first via, and the second pointed structure being located at the first via.
8. The light-emitting screen body of claim 5, wherein the second insulating layer is provided with a second via, the first pointed structure being located at the second via, and the second pointed structure being located at the second via.
9. The light-emitting screen body according to claim 4, further comprising a fourth insulating layer, wherein the plurality of first electrode leads comprise a third predetermined lead, the first predetermined lead and the third predetermined lead are located on different surfaces of the fourth insulating layer, the first predetermined lead is provided with a fourth sharp corner structure, the third predetermined lead is provided with a fifth sharp corner structure, and the fourth sharp corner structure and the fifth sharp corner structure are opposite to each other and used for releasing electrostatic charges.
10. A lighting device comprising the luminescent screen of any one of claims 1-9.
