Technical Field

Background
The tobacco cutter is the most important equipment on the tobacco shred production line, and the process task is to cut tobacco leaves into qualified tobacco shreds. What performs the shredding work is a blade that is fed automatically. The grinding wheel automatically feeds the reciprocating knife to keep the sharpness of the blade, and simultaneously controls the extension of the blade, so that the cutting diameter of the knife roller is kept unchanged, the clearance between the blade and the knife gate is kept unchanged, and the stability of the shredding quality is ensured. The grinding wheel is trimmed by diamond while sharpening, so that the surface of the sharpening grinding wheel is kept clean, and the grinding wheel is ensured to be positioned at a specific grinding position. Therefore, the grinding wheel dressing device determines the grinding wheel position, the blade length and the blade gap, and plays a role in importance.
The EVO filament cutter grinding wheel dressing device is generally arranged on the left side of a cutter roller, single-row multipoint type is adopted, diamond particles are tiny and easy to wear, the positions of the salient points of the diamond particles are not high enough, smoke scale is easy to accumulate among the diamond tiny particles, and the dressing effect of the diamond on the grinding wheel is affected. The grinding position of the grinding wheel can be reduced and the blade is shortened after the diamond is worn, the gap between the blade and the cutter door can be increased, uneven thickness of cut tobacco or cut tobacco running can be caused, and the quality of cut tobacco is affected. The diamond fixing rod on the grinding wheel trimming device of the prior EVO filament cutter is generally connected with the base by a screw rod, and is found in daily use, because the whole grinding wheel motor assembly can move leftwards and rightwards while the grinding wheel rotates at high speed, the phenomenon that the connection between the diamond fixing rod and the base is loosened due to vibration is usually caused under continuous contact with the diamond, the loosening necessarily causes the change of the height of the diamond, and the defect can only be found after the product has problems at ordinary times, the obvious hysteresis and the great loss are caused, and meanwhile, the diamond is adjusted and replaced because the diamond is required to be adjusted and replaced by using various micro-clamping rules, the operation is very troublesome, the time consumption is long, the maintenance efficiency is low, the maintenance cost is obviously increased, and the energy saving and consumption reduction are not facilitated.

A method of dressing using an EVO shredder wheel dressing apparatus as described above, comprising the steps of:
s1, installing the diamond rod and the detection marker post according to a standard;
s2, until the diamond on the diamond rod is worn by the grinding wheel of the shredder, and until the grinding wheel of the shredder touches the top end of the detection marker post, the alarm circuit alarms;

The trimming related to the invention is mainly based on height adjustment after the diamond is worn, so the trimming difficulty of the diamond is the accurate trimming and tightening operation, the traditional technical scheme needs to use a micro-caliper and other accurate measuring tools to readjust the height of the diamond with the worn top to the standard height, the adjusting precision is within 0.01mm, the operation is complicated and the difficulty is great, meanwhile, the bolt tightening is needed after the adjustment, the change of the height of the diamond is possibly caused in the bolt tightening process, the height of the top end of the diamond needs to be measured again after the tightening, and the readjustment is needed until the standard height is reached if the deviation exists; the invention is characterized in that the detection marker post is arranged, the distance between the top end of the detection marker post and the top end of the diamond under the standard height is a quantitative value, and the quantitative value is arranged to trigger an alarm when the diamond abrasion amount is equal to the quantitative value, so that the diamond can be adjusted to the standard height by rotating the adjusting screw of the marker for a certain number of turns, all the measurement is completely omitted, the trimming efficiency is greatly improved, and the trimming is accurate.
2. The tightening screw and the extrusion spring A are correspondingly arranged to realize powerful extrusion locking of the adjusting screw, fastening is completed, the change of the height of the diamond is not affected when the tightening operation is carried out after the height of the diamond is adjusted, the tightening operation is simple and convenient, the effect is good, vibration and looseness can be effectively resisted after the tightening operation, and the fastening effect is good.

The lower end of the diamond rod 9 is provided with a beveled bottom surface, the upper part of the adjustable fixed support 20 is vertically provided with diamond rod insertion holes 12, the diamond rods 9 are inserted into the diamond rod insertion holes 12 for distribution, the traditional diamond rods are fastened and fixed by adopting threads, the diamond rod 9 is a smooth rod, the design aims are that as the diamond rods are used for hard connection and supporting of the diamond and are directly contacted with a grinding wheel of a filament cutter, various schemes for reinforcing the diamond rods are adopted for the traditional method of the diamond rod loosened by vibration, but the effect is poor, the invention is the reverse way, the connection between the diamond rod 9 and the adjustable fixed support 20 is changed into non-fastening connection, namely the diamond rod 9 is directly inserted into the diamond rod insertion holes 12 and is not in interference fit, namely the aperture of the diamond rod insertion holes 12 is basically equal to or even slightly larger than the diameter of the diamond rod 9, so that the stress generated by continuous high vibration of the grinding wheel of the filament cutter can be effectively released, and the lifting or the high positioning of the diamond rod is solved by the following technical scheme:

When the diamond cutter is used, the grinding wheel of the current used shredder is always pressed downwards, the diamond is limited to move downwards by virtue of the diamond 11, the diamond plays a limiting role, meanwhile, abrasion is easy to occur, once abrasion occurs to the diamond, the top of the diamond is required to be adjusted to the standard height, the trimming difficulty of the conventional technical scheme is that the precise trimming and tightening operation is required to readjust the height of the diamond with the worn top to the standard height by using a precise measuring tool such as a micro-caliper, the adjusting precision is within 0.1mm, the operation is complicated and the difficulty is high, meanwhile, the bolt is required to be tightened after the adjustment, the diamond height is possibly changed in the bolt tightening process, the diamond top height is required to be measured again after the adjustment, and the diamond is required to be readjusted when the deviation is found until the standard height is reached. The present invention does not suffer from the conventional problems described above.
