4. The adjustable bend sheath of claim 3, wherein a second retaining ring is disposed within said second segment, said second retaining ring being coupled to said second pull wire.

The adjustable bending sheath of claim 4, wherein the side wall of the second fixing ring is provided with a fourth hole, a fifth hole and a sixth hole, the fifth hole is closer to the distal end of the second fixing ring than the fourth hole and the sixth hole, the proximal end of the second pull wire is connected to the second slider, and the distal end of the second pull wire sequentially passes through the fourth hole, the fifth hole and the sixth hole or sequentially passes through the sixth hole, the fifth hole and the fourth hole.

The tunable bending sheath of claim 5, wherein a first line is provided between the center of the fourth hole and the center of the fifth hole, and a second line is provided between the center of the sixth hole and the center of the fifth hole, and the first line and the second line have an included angle, and the included angle is an obtuse angle.
7. The adjustable bending sheath of claim 5, wherein the side walls of the first, second and third holes provided in the first fixing ring face in a direction different from the direction in which the side walls of the fourth, fifth and sixth holes provided in the second fixing ring face.
8. The adjustable bend sheath of claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the first rail member is provided with a first groove in the axial direction, the first groove comprising a first bottom and a first side wall, the first slider sliding within the first groove along the first side wall,
at least part of the outer wall of the first rail member is radially recessed toward the central axis of the first rail member to form the first groove, or,
the first bottom of the first groove is at least part of an outer surface of the first rail member, and the first sidewall is located on the outer surface of the first rail member.
9. The adjustable bend sheath of claim 8, wherein the first rail member has a lumen configuration,
the proximal end of the first traction wire penetrates out of the side wall of the tube body and enters the first groove to be connected with the first sliding block, or,
the first guide rail piece is provided with a first opening, and the near end of the first traction wire enters the first groove through the first opening and is connected with the first sliding block.
10. The adjustable bend sheath of claim 3, wherein the body further comprises a fourth segment, the fourth segment being located at the distal end of the body, the proximal end of the fourth segment being connected to the second segment, the fourth segment having a stiffness greater than the stiffness of the second segment.
