Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of network copyright consumption management, in particular to a network copyright consumption management system.
Background
Digital content rights management (DRM, digital Rights Management) is a technology for protecting rights and controlling and managing use in the process of producing, spreading, selling and using digital content such as video and audio, electronic books and the like, and is widely applied to the field of rights protection in the audiovisual industry. The participants of the digital Content protection industry mainly include a Content Provider (CP), a Service Provider (SP), and a terminal Provider, the most common collaboration modes between them are shown in fig. 1, the CP provides digital Content to the SP, the terminal Provider provides terminals (mobile phones, televisions, set-top boxes, etc.) supporting DRM to the SP, and the SP deploys a DRM system in the video and audio Content operation system, thereby realizing security of digital Content network distribution and terminal broadcasting.
The DRM technical standard GY/T277-2019 (hereinafter referred to as GY/T277-2019) is drafted by the China broadcast video digital rights management forum (ChinaDRM), is a recommended industry standard of broadcast television in the people's republic of China, and has the characteristics of safety, openness and good interoperability. After release from GY/T277-2019, the compound has been widely concerned and applied in the broadcast television industry. Taking video live broadcast or on demand content copyright protection application as an example, the system logic structure defined by GY/T277-2019 is shown in FIG. 2.
The DRM system consists of a server and a client, wherein the server comprises four components of content encryption, key management, key gateway and content authorization, and the functions of each component are described as follows:
content encryption: a content encryption key (CEK, content Encryption Key) is obtained from key management to encrypt live or on-demand content.
Key management: generating a CEK and transmitting the CEK to a content encryption component; and after the content is successfully encrypted, the CEK is sent to the key gateway.
Key gateway: preserve the CEK and provide the CEK query service to the content authorization component.
Content authorization: and receiving a license request from the terminal, authenticating the terminal, inquiring the CEK from the key gateway, packaging the license, and replying the license of the terminal.
Content encryption and key management are collectively referred to as a content encryption system.
The key gateway plays a role of caching and transferring CEK between the content encryption system and the content authorization, and is decoupled from the content encryption system and the content authorization, so that the key gateway can be deployed and operated by a third party organization, as shown in fig. 3, the key gateway aggregates CEKs generated by deploying the content encryption system by a plurality of CPs, provides CEK inquiry service for deploying the content authorization service by a plurality of SPs, and finally realizes license issuing at the front end of the SPs. The key gateway provides CEK inquiry service for each SP uniformly, and gathers CEK inquiry requests of each digital content, so that a third party organization responsible for operating the key gateway can provide consumption data of the digital content for CPs and SPs, and the provision of the data is more neutral and reliable.
According to GY/T277-2019, the key gateway can obtain the acquisition times of the digital content CEK by the terminal, wherein the acquisition times are equivalent to the times of issuing a license to the terminal by the content, namely the times of consuming the content by a consumer; the terminal uses a unique DRM device certificate and uniquely identifies the digital Content by a CID (Content ID). Besides the above information, the key gateway cannot obtain other key information, cannot judge from which SP the CEK queries, cannot ensure that the recorded consumption data is consistent with the recorded consumption data of the SP service system, cannot prevent the consumption data from being tampered, and the like, and has the problems of content consumption data information deficiency and insufficient data credibility.
