本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体而言,涉及一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀。
背景技术
我国每年进行大量的外科手术,其中大部分都需要进行组织切割。传统的机械手术刀切割过程中,伤口流血较多,手术时间较长。高频电刀是用来替代传统机械手术刀进行组织切割的设备,由主机和电刀笔组成。工作时,电刀锋端产生高频电压电流与肌体接触时对组织进行加热,实现对组织的电切和电凝。但是在工作中存在一些问题:高频电压电流流过人体会对人体造成伤害,影响伤口恢复;电切时,电刀粘连组织产生大量烟雾,甚至导致周围组织破裂出血,需要频繁更换电极刀,影响手术效率;在电切脂肪较厚部位时,容易使脂肪液化。
专利号为CN 205359622 U的实用新型专利公开了一种高频多功能双极电刀,适用于在切割的病变组织部位射频双极电流封闭毛细血管,达到快速凝血效果,该专利将中间陶瓷刀片作为分离组织刀刃,两边金属刀片作为电极,手柄尾部设气管竹节与吸烟装置连接。该实用新型同时具有组织切除和同步快速凝固止血功能,但是该电刀没有解决电刀在切割凝血时容易粘附组织造成组织损害,该电刀只是从吸烟方面解决电刀烟雾的问题,并没有从根源上解决烟雾的产生,烟雾给医护人员带来的伤害仍然存在,该电刀并没有给患者伤口照明效果。
专利号为CN 215937639 U的实用新型专利公开了一种外科手术用可吸烟式高频电刀,高频电刀本体一侧顶端安装有可拆卸的电力连接线,电力连接线与插座头连接,插座头与电力连接杆连接,电刀主体一侧安装无菌透明输液贴膜,贴膜另一端安装可拆卸式一次性使用吸引管。该实用新型通过安装吸引管将产生的烟雾吸走,减少了手术过程中烟雾的危害,但是操作较为繁琐,吸烟不彻底,且是单极刀,没有解决电刀切割损伤伤口的问题。
目前市场上没有电刀具有同时机械切割、电凝和照明的功能。因此需要一种可以减少高频电流伤害、可电凝、可照明的双极电刀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀,解决背景技术中提出的电刀伤害大、烟雾多、视野不清晰的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀,包括刀头,刀柄,手柄,刀头一端与刀柄通过金属弹片插拔式连接,刀柄另一端通过通电插头与手柄插拔式连接。
刀头由主杆、绝缘套管、切割部、第一电极片和第二电极片组成,主杆位于刀头远端与刀柄连接,绝缘管套位于主杆近端,第一电极片、第二电极片位于切割部尾部两侧,作为正负极,所述主杆为长35-45mm,直径2.4-2.6mm的圆柱体,所述绝缘管套厚度为1-2mm,长度为18-22mm,内径为2.4-2.6mm;所述切割部厚度为0.2μm-0.3mm,第一电极片和第二电极片厚度为0.4μm-0.4mm,所述手柄近端安装两个用于照明的小型发光二极管或LED灯,刀柄和手柄外都设置一层防滑绝缘隔热胶层。主杆与切割部使用绝缘陶瓷通过烧结制成,第一电极片和第二电极片使用氧化镍、硼化钼、单层碳纳米管、石墨烯和粘接剂按一定比例通过压制后烧结打磨而成、打磨后的表面粗糙度为Ra0.01-0.04,具有很好的防粘连性能,其中,氧化镍的质量为30-70%,硼化钼为20-50%,单层碳纳米管为0.5-2%,石墨烯为0.5-2%,粘接剂为1-2%。
刀柄近端安装两个金属弹片,刀柄远端安装通电插头,刀柄与刀头连接时,第一电极片远端、第二电极片远端分别与两个金属弹片连接,刀柄与手柄连接时,通电插头与充电孔连接,刀柄内部有导线连接两个金属弹片和通电插头,刀柄外部包裹一层防滑绝缘隔热层。
手柄上设置电源开关按钮组与灯光开关按钮,内置电池组为小型发光二极管或LED灯提供电能,使用电池为4个一次性的纽扣电池,手柄近端有充电孔,通过通电插头与刀柄连接,手柄外包裹一层防滑绝缘隔热层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:1.直接用陶瓷刀切割,可以减少患者术后疼痛,避免脂肪液化,不会损伤组织,结痂后恢复效果较好。
2.使用复合的陶瓷电刀,可以在机械切割组织的同时对伤口进行电凝,减少高频电压电流对患者身体的伤害。
3.通过使用陶瓷刀进行机械切割,可以防止手术过程中产生大量烟雾影响操作者视野,从而提高手术安全性。
4.使用第一电极片和第二电极片作为正负电极,不需要使用负极板,防止负极板接触不良对患者造成损伤。
5.通过在手柄近端设置两个小型发光二极管或LED灯可以提供清晰的视野,提高手术的安全性。

本发明提供一种不粘连自照明陶瓷双极电刀:包括刀头1,刀柄2,手柄3,刀头1远端主杆9与刀柄2近端金属弹片连接,刀柄2远端通电插头4与手柄3充电孔连接,刀柄2内部中空,通过导线连接金属弹片和通电插头,刀柄2外部包裹一层防滑绝缘层,手柄3设置电源开关按钮组6与灯光开关按钮7,手柄3外部包裹一层防滑绝缘层。
如图3-6所示,所述刀头1由切割部8、主杆9、第一电极片10、第二电极片11、绝缘套管12组成,第一电极片10、第二电极片11形状大小完全相同。主杆9为长40mm,直径2.4-2.6mm的圆柱体,绝缘套管12套在主杆9近端,内径为2.4-2.6mm,长度为18mm,厚度为1mm;切割部8横截面为箭头形结构,头部最薄处厚度为0.2μm,腰长1.52mm,底边长0.3mm,尾部长1mm,宽0.1mm;第一电极片10和第二电极片11形状大小完全相等,长50mm,宽1mm,第一电极片10和第二电极片11横截面为直角梯形,上底为0.1mm,下底为0.2mm,高为0.4mm,最薄处厚度为0.4μm。手柄3近端安装两个用于照明的小型发光二极管或LED灯5,刀柄2和手柄3外都设置一层防滑绝缘隔热胶层,主杆9与切割部8使用绝缘陶瓷通过烧结制成,第一电极片10和第二电极片11使用氧化镍、硼化钼、单层碳纳米管、石墨烯和粘接剂按一定比例通过压制后烧结打磨而成、打磨后的表面粗糙度为Ra0.01-0.04,具有很好的防粘连性能,其中,氧化镍的质量比为30-70%,硼化钼为20-50%,单层碳纳米管为0.5-2%,石墨烯为0.5-2%,粘接剂为1-2%,粘接剂可以为聚偏氟乙烯、聚丙烯酸、丁苯橡胶等。
具体工作过程
工作时,陶瓷刀锋利的刀锋可以直接对组织进行切割,打开电凝开关后,陶瓷刀两侧的电极片可以对伤口电凝止血,避免了高频电压电流对组织的伤害和大量烟雾的产生,打开灯光按钮时可以为医生提供清晰的视野,增加手术的安全性。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1不同之处在于刀头的结构:如图4-7所示,刀头1由绝缘套管12、切割部8、第一电极片10、第二电极片11、主杆9组成,第一电极片10、第二电极片11形状大小完全相同。主杆9为长45mm,直径2.4-2.62.5mm的圆柱体,绝缘套管12套在主杆9近端,内径为2.4-2.6mm,长度为22cm,厚度为2mm;切割部8横截面为箭头形结构,头部最薄处厚度为0.2μm,腰长2mm,底边长0.3mm,尾部长1.5mm,宽0.2mm;第一电极片10和第二电极片11形状大小完全相等,长70mm,第一电极片10和第二电极片11横截面为直角梯形,上底为0.05mm,下底为0.4mm,高为2mm,最薄处厚度为0.4μm。
对比例1
一次性机械手术刀,由纯钛、钛合金、不锈钢或碳钢材质的刀头和塑料刀柄组成。
对比例2
一种单极电刀:刀头材料为不锈钢的高频电刀,由刀头、柄部、手控开关和电线组成。
对比例3
一种可照明的单极电刀:刀头材料为不锈钢的高频电刀,由刀头、柄部、手控开关、照明装置和电线组成,照明装置安装在手柄一侧,手术时可以提供清晰的视野。
对比例4
一种可吸烟的单极电刀:刀头材料为不锈钢的高频电刀,由刀头、吸引管、手控开关和电线组成,刀头安装一个吸引管与抽气泵相连。
对比例5
一种双极电刀:由刀头,刀柄和手柄组成,刀头由不锈钢的第一电极片、第二电极片和中间的陶瓷刀片组成,在手柄后端有气管竹节与吸烟装置连接。
测试方法
将刀头常温下浸泡在新鲜猪血中1h,观察电刀粘附性;使用不同刀头切割新鲜猪肉,观察刀头组织粘附性能、烟雾产生情况和刀锋视野是否清晰可见,使用普通棉布擦拭2-3次,观察擦拭后的刀头表面粘连情况;使用不同刀头切割新鲜猪脂肪,观察脂肪液化情况;在显微镜下使用对比法测试电刀表面粗糙度;使用购买的Bard-Parker手术刀与陶瓷刀进行锋利性对比,使用相同大小的力垂直切割A4纸,计算切开的张数。
结果如表1所示:

表1中可以看出,实施例工作时不产生烟雾,不粘血液和组织,手术视野好,切割后恢复效果好,对人体的损伤小。

Claims (4)
1.一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀,包括刀头、刀柄和手柄,刀头由主杆、绝缘套管、切割部、第一电极片和第二电极片组成,其特征在于:所述切割部横截面为箭头形,箭头形头部三角形区域为刀锋,尾部矩形区域为刀背,第一电极片和第二电极片横截面为梯形,位于切割部尾部两侧作为正负极,刀头尖锐一端为近端,远离尖锐一端为远端,所述切割部远端、第一电极片远端、第二电极片远端嵌入主杆中间;所述切割部为绝缘陶瓷材料、第一电极片与第二电极片为导电陶瓷材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀,其特征在于:所述切割部横截面为箭头形,箭头形头部三角形区域为刀锋,刀锋最薄处厚度为0.2μm;第一电极片和第二电极片作为正负极,位于切割部尾部两侧,横截面为梯形,最薄处厚度为0.4μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀,其特征在于:所述的主杆为圆柱体,材质为绝缘陶瓷材料,所述绝缘套管为绝缘橡胶材质,所述切割部横截面为箭头形,材质为绝缘陶瓷材料,所述第一电极片和第二电极片材质和大小完全相同,材质为高导电性陶瓷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的复合陶瓷双极电刀,其特征在于:主杆与切割部、主杆与第一电极片、主杆与第二电极片通过嵌入连接,切割部、第一电极片、第二电极片的远端与主杆远端相平齐。
