技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂领域,具体为一种阀门执行器润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
阀门执行器为用来操作阀门并与阀门相连接的一种装置,其运动过程可由行程、转矩或轴向推力的大小来控制。阀门执行器按运动方式可分为直行程和角行程两种;直行程驱动装置即多回转阀门驱动装置,主要适用于各种类型的闸阀、截止阀和节流阀等;角行程驱动装置即只回转90°转角的部分回转驱动装置,主要适用于各种类型的球阀、蝶阀等。
阀门执行器按能源形式可分为手动(手柄手轮式、弹簧杠杆式)、电动(电磁式、电动机式)、气动(隔膜式、气缸式、叶片式、空气发动机式、薄膜和棘轮组合式)、液动(液压缸式、液压马达式)、联动(电液联动、气液联动)等各种形式。在各种类型的阀门执行器中,电动装置占主导地位,它主要用在闭路阀门上。气动装置日前在防爆要求的场合应用较广,其中薄膜式气动装置主要用在调节阀上。液动装置在长输管线上的自然紧急切断阀和井口放喷阀上使用广泛。手动装置的手轮大多数安装在低、中压截止阀和闸阀上;手柄则用于高压和超高压截止阀、球阀及旋塞等阀类上。气液联动装置多用于输气管道,无电源的野外场合,它的动力源即管道中的气体。
阀门执行器的正常工作离不开润滑剂。在阀门气动执行器中,气动组件的电磁阀、气缸的轴芯与阀体间均有橡胶密封件,使用不适合的润滑剂于此密封件上,将导致密封件迅速失效,一旦密封失效则阀门气动组件就立即失效。
与金属件摩擦情况不同,橡胶/塑料在压力下的摩擦有明显的黏着变形现象,因此金属件专用的润滑产品一般不适合用于橡胶/塑料材料的润滑。
阀门气动组件的特殊性决定了其所需的润滑脂既要有润滑抗磨作用,又要保证与橡胶/塑料部位有良好的相容性,使接触部位的密封圈不轻易变形。
目前市场上缺乏专门用于阀门执行器的润滑脂产品,一般的润滑脂与橡胶材质密封圈的相容性不佳,使得密封圈容易变形,降低阀门执行器的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种阀门执行器润滑脂,具有较好润滑抗磨作用,并与橡胶材质密封圈具有良好的相容性能,使接触部位的密封圈不轻易变形,提高阀门执行器的使用寿命。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 28-42份
聚α烯烃合成基础油 58-72份
XY-200油性增稠剂 15-23份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 3-7份
L57抗氧剂 3-6份
ABS8434树脂 3-5份
聚四氟乙烯 2-4份
十二羟基硬脂酸 2-5份
硬脂酸 2-4份
氢氧化锂 1-3份
二苯胺 1-3份
癸二酸 1-2份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 1-2份
防锈剂T706 1-2份。
所述聚α烯烃合成基础油的型号为PAO8和PAO150,其中PAO8占26-48份,其余为PAO150。

所述阀门执行器润滑脂的锥入度为265-295,99℃下22h的润滑脂蒸发量小于2%,100℃下24h的钢网分油小于5%,100℃下70h的与氟橡胶、丁晴橡胶相容试验中润滑脂的体积、质量变化不大于10%。
所述阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至150-180℃,然后保温1.5-2h;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到200-230℃,之后保温1-1.5h,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。

本发明提供的阀门执行器润滑脂,在聚α烯烃合成基础油中加入了300#石蜡油,石蜡油具有挥发份少、闪点高和芳烃含量低的基本特点,石蜡油的高闪点和低挥发份为橡胶制品加工提供了更好的耐候性和高温下挥发物小的特性,石蜡油的低芳香烃含量和低挥发性相配合在橡胶制品的应用中起到举足轻重的位置,低芳烃含量提高了橡胶的抗氧化降解性能、低挥发性有助于防止老化收缩,并且有利于改善制品的不良外观,这两种特性有利于延长橡胶制品的使用寿命。添加的XY-200油性增稠剂能溶于在基础油中,并具有良好的增稠性,与树脂、增稠剂等具有良好的相容性和配伍性。添加的T361A抗磨极压添加剂的抗磨极压效果好,使用寿命长。对金属材料的适应性比较广泛,耐高温性能好,不破坏润滑脂的胶体结构,不影响润滑脂的其他理化性能,与其他活性添加剂具有良好的配伍性。添加的L57抗氧剂是液体辛基丁基二苯胺抗氧剂,具有高氮含量,表现为较高的总碱值,具有良好的密封相容性,能够稳定润滑脂,延长其使用寿命,有效地控制润滑脂由于氧化引起的粘度增加。添加的ABS8434树脂具有优良的力学性能,其冲击强度超好,可以在极低的温度下使用,耐磨性优良,尺寸稳定性好,又具有耐油性。添加的聚四氟乙烯作为固体润滑剂,充分发挥了其耐腐、耐化学试剂、耐磨、韧性和强度高的性能。因此,本发明提供的阀门执行器润滑脂既有润滑抗磨作用,又与橡胶/塑料部位有良好的相容性,使接触部位的密封圈不轻易变形,能够提高阀门执行器的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
本发明针对阀门执行器所需的润滑特性,提供了一款结合更好的低温性能并尽量降低成本,而且能良好润滑,与橡胶/塑料部位有良好相容性的阀门执行器润滑脂。
下面给出几个本发明的具体实施例
实施例1
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 32份
PAO8聚α烯烃合成基础油 40份
PAO150聚α烯烃合成基础油 32份
XY-200油性增稠剂 15份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 4.5份
L57抗氧剂 3份
ABS8434树脂(上海高桥) 4.5份
聚四氟乙烯 2.5份
十二羟基硬脂酸 3.2份
硬脂酸 2份
氢氧化锂 1.5份
二苯胺 1份
癸二酸 2份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 1.2份
防锈剂T706 1.3份。
所述阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜(1T)中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至160℃,然后保温105min;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到210℃,之后保温85min,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
实施例2
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 38份
PAO8聚α烯烃合成基础油 34份
PAO150聚α烯烃合成基础油 30份
XY-200油性增稠剂 18份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 3份
L57抗氧剂 6份
ABS8434树脂 3.5份
聚四氟乙烯 2份
十二羟基硬脂酸 3.5份
硬脂酸 3份
氢氧化锂 1.8份
二苯胺 3份
癸二酸 1.2份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 1.5份
防锈剂T706 1.2份。
所述阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜(1T)中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至170℃,然后保温100min;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到220℃,之后保温70min,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
实施例3
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 28份
PAO8聚α烯烃合成基础油 42份
PAO150聚α烯烃合成基础油 26份
XY-200油性增稠剂 20份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 7份
L57抗氧剂 4.5份
ABS8434树脂 4份
聚四氟乙烯 3.5份
十二羟基硬脂酸 5份
硬脂酸 2.5份
氢氧化锂 2份
二苯胺 1.5份
癸二酸 1.5份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 1份
防锈剂T706 2份。
所述阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜(1T)中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至150℃,然后保温120min;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到200℃,之后保温90min,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
实施例4
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 42份
PAO8聚α烯烃合成基础油 36份
PAO150聚α烯烃合成基础油 22份
XY-200油性增稠剂 23份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 5份
L57抗氧剂 4份
ABS8434树脂 3份
聚四氟乙烯 4份
十二羟基硬脂酸 2份
硬脂酸 4份
氢氧化锂 1份
二苯胺 2.5份
癸二酸 1.6份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 2份

所述阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜(1T)中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至180℃,然后保温90min;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到230℃,之后保温60min,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
实施例5
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 34份
PAO8聚α烯烃合成基础油 38份
PAO150聚α烯烃合成基础油 24份
XY-200油性增稠剂 19份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 6份
L57抗氧剂 5份

1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜(1T)中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至165℃,然后保温110min;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到215℃,之后保温75min,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
实施例6
一种阀门执行器润滑脂,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 36份
PAO8聚α烯烃合成基础油 35份
PAO150聚α烯烃合成基础油 28份
XY-200油性增稠剂 17份
T361A抗磨极压添加剂 4份
L57抗氧剂 4.8份
ABS8434树脂 5份
聚四氟乙烯 2.8份
十二羟基硬脂酸 3份
硬脂酸 2.8份
氢氧化锂 3份
二苯胺 2份
癸二酸 1.3份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 1.1份

所述阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜(1T)中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至175℃,然后保温95min;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到225℃,之后保温65min,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机(GYB3000-3S)均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
采用以下设备按照相应国标对本发明的阀门执行器润滑脂进行性能检测,得到其主要技术指标如下:
检测设备:润滑脂氧化安定测定仪(SYP4112-II)、润滑脂极压性能测定仪(四球机)、润滑脂锥入度测定仪(SYP4100-I)、润滑脂剪切测定仪(SYP4106-I)、润滑脂密封性能测试仪、润滑脂滴点测定仪(SYP-4110-I)、润滑脂防腐蚀性测定仪(SYP4109-I)、润滑脂和润滑油蒸发损失测定仪(BF-60)、润滑脂相似粘度测定仪(SYP4101-I)等。
主要技术指标:
1、润滑脂的锥入度:265-295,单位0.1mm 。
2、润滑脂蒸发量(99℃,22h),%:<2% 。
3、钢网分油(100℃,24h),%:<5%。
4、与氟橡胶、丁晴橡胶相容试验(100℃,70h),% :体积、质量变化不大于10%。

L57抗氧剂 3-6份
ABS8434树脂 3-5份
聚四氟乙烯 2-4份
十二羟基硬脂酸 2-5份
硬脂酸 2-4份
氢氧化锂 1-3份
二苯胺 1-3份
癸二酸 1-2份
抗氧抗腐剂T202 1-2份
防锈剂T706 1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门执行器润滑脂,其特征在于:所述聚α烯烃合成基础油的型号为PAO8和PAO150,其中PAO8占26-48份,其余为PAO150。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀门执行器润滑脂,其特征在于,按质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
300#石蜡油 32-38份

4.根据权利要求3所述的阀门执行器润滑脂,其特征在于:所述阀门执行器润滑脂的锥入度为265-295,99℃下22h的润滑脂蒸发量小于2%,100℃下24h的钢网分油小于5%,100℃下70h的与氟橡胶、丁晴橡胶相容试验中润滑脂的体积、质量变化不大于10%。
5.权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的阀门执行器润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比将XY-200油性增稠剂加入到1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油中,在调合釜中混合均匀,搅拌并缓慢升温至150-180℃,然后保温1.5-2h;
2)再加入300#石蜡油、十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸和癸二酸,搅拌均匀并加热升温到200-230℃,之后保温1-1.5h,保温时间过后停止加热;
3)再次加入1/2的聚α烯烃合成基础油,搅拌均匀后混合物急冷,之后混合物通过均质机均化得到基础酯;
4)在得到的基础脂中加入T361A抗磨极压添加剂、L57抗氧剂、ABS8434树脂、聚四氟乙烯、氢氧化锂、二苯胺、抗氧抗腐剂T202、防锈剂T706,通过均质机均化,再经高压过滤机过滤,即得到阀门执行器润滑脂。
