DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
In the prior art, the bulwark is the enclosure around the deck week, and its aim at prevents on the one hand that the stormy waves from to the impact of deck and other equipment or building above the deck, on the other hand ensures personnel's safety of walking, and secondly, also more pleasing to the eye in a certain sense.
At present, the superstructure on the deck is more and more complex, and the space occupation is also bigger and bigger, so that the bulwark in the prior art cannot meet the requirement from the aspect of space utilization, and besides the requirement of space utilization, the safety is ensured, so that the ship bulwark is urgently needed, and the technical problems that the bulwark structure in the prior art cannot meet the increasingly complex superstructure structure, and more space is provided for facilitating the superstructure and the layout of peripheral equipment are solved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a ship side wall according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a ship side wall according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic structural relationship between a connecting member and a superstructure, and between the connecting member and a wall according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of an outside of the wall according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a side wall according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a connecting member according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in one embodiment, the present invention provides a ship side wall including a hull elevation 1 and a side wall 2, and a plurality of connectors 3;
The bulwark wall body 2 is suspended on one side of the ship body elevation 1;
The plurality of connecting pieces 3 are arranged between the ship elevation 1 and the bulwark wall body 2, and two ends of the plurality of connecting pieces 3 are respectively connected to the ship elevation 1 and the bulwark wall body 2.
In this embodiment, a ship bulwark structure is provided. The bulwark wall body 2 is the connection mode of suspension outside hull facade 1, bulwark wall body 2 and no longer produces necessary relation of connection with the deck, bulwark wall body 2 is in parallel state with hull facade 1, because bulwark wall body 2 depends on hull facade 1, so can provide different space states through the length or the spatial connection mode of connecting piece 3, equipment position etc. around also can have more design space, help solving bulwark structure among the prior art and can't satisfy the superstructure structure of increasing complicacy, and provide the technical problem that more space make things convenient for superstructure and peripheral equipment overall arrangement.
In one embodiment, the hull facade 1 is a side 101 of the superstructure 10 of the ship, and the side 101 is provided with an open window 102 in the length direction.
In this embodiment a specific implementation of a hull facade 1 is provided. The superstructure 10 is normally seated on deck, and a plurality of opening windows 102 are provided at both sides thereof, which is a basic structure of the superstructure 10, and sea wind and sea waves are also directed toward the opening windows 101 from both sides, so that the bulwark wall body 2 shields the waves.
In one embodiment, grid plates 4 are laid between adjacent connectors 3 to form a gallery structure.
In this embodiment, a specific implementation manner of forming the corridor structure is provided. The aim of the corridor structure is to provide a passable corridor, only the grating plates 4 need to be paved between the ship body vertical face 1 and the bulwark wall body 2, and the supporting structure below the grating plates 4 can be realized by means of the connecting pieces 3, and the grating plates 4 are only one way, so long as the pavement can be realized and people can perform the way.
In one embodiment, the bulwark wall 2 comprises an outer panel 5 and two transverse T-profiles 6, and a plurality of longitudinal T-profiles 7;
The two transverse T-shaped sections 6 are arranged in parallel;
two ends of each longitudinal T-shaped section bar 7 are respectively connected to two transverse T-shaped sections 6 to form a rectangular truss structure, and one side of the rectangular truss structure is attached to the outer side plate 5.
In this embodiment, a concrete structure of the bulwark wall is provided, the outer side plate 5 is of a plate structure, the outer side faces the attack direction of sea wind and sea wave, when the inner structure is designed for supporting, two transverse T-shaped sections 6 which are arranged in the same direction are adopted as main transverse supports, and then a connecting beam is formed by longitudinal T-shaped sections 7, so that the two transverse T-shaped sections 6 are fixed.
In one embodiment, a plurality of flat steel spacers 8 are arranged between the two transverse T-shaped sections 6 at intervals.
A specific implementation of the structure of the reinforced bulwark wall 2 is further provided in this embodiment. The two ends of the flat steel partition 8 are connected between two transverse T-profiles 6, which are fixed in a specific arrangement between adjacent longitudinal T-profiles 7, preferably perpendicular to the outer side plate 5, and do not emerge from the end face on the other side of the T-profile 6, which has the advantage that the welding path is also comparatively long.
In one embodiment, the connector 3 comprises a connecting rod 31 and an anti-tipping toggle plate 32;
The anti-tilting toggle plate 32 is arranged at both ends of the connecting rod 31.
In this embodiment a specific structure of the connector 3 is provided. The anti-tilting toggle plate 32 may increase the welding length to improve the coupling strength of the hull facade 1 and the bulwark wall 2, and in addition, the anti-tilting toggle plate 32 should be disposed in the upper and lower directions after coupling.
In one embodiment, the connecting rod 31 is i-steel, the anti-tilting toggle plates 32 are triangular plates, the number of the anti-tilting toggle plates 32 is four, each end of the connecting rod 31 is two, the two ends are symmetrically arranged on the wing plates of the connecting rod 31, and one edge of each triangular plate of the anti-tilting toggle plates 32 is aligned with the end face of the connecting rod 31.
In this embodiment, a specific structure of the connecting member 3 is further provided, and the structure in this embodiment is also for increasing the welding length, so as to facilitate subsequent welding.
In one embodiment, the webs at both ends of the I-steel are longer than the wing plates, and the anti-tilting toggle plate 32 is provided with a rounded corner 321 near the wing plates.
In this embodiment, a specific implementation of forming the fillet 321 by matching the i-steel with the anti-tilting bracket 32 is provided.
In one embodiment, two transverse T-profiles 6 are provided with one end facing them, the other end of the transverse T-profile 6 extending streamline downwards.
In this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is provided that two transverse T-shaped sections 6 can form a streamline shape, and due to reasonable layout on the structure, the bulwark wall 2 can provide more modeling designs. The web of the transverse T-shaped material 6 is vertically welded towards the outer side plate 5, the web of the longitudinal T-shaped material 7 is vertically welded towards the outer side plate 5, and the web between the transverse T-shaped material 6 and the longitudinal T-shaped material 7 is welded after being butted.
In one embodiment, the present invention also provides a vessel having a side wall, the vessel comprising the vessel side wall and a hull;
The superstructure 10 is arranged on the deck of the hull;
The number of the bulwark walls 2 is two, and the bulwark walls are bilaterally symmetrical at two sides of the superstructure 10.
In this embodiment a marine structure with a bulwark is provided. The bulwark wall body 2 connected with the superstructure 10 on the deck is avoided, so that other equipment can be laid out and planned on the deck, and the bulwark wall body 2 also realizes the blocking of wind waves at two sides.
