The working principle is as follows: the packaging bag of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is placed on the first conveyor belt component 2, is conveyed to the position below the first air cylinder 5 through the first conveyor belt component 2, then the first conveyor belt component 2 stops rotating, the first air cylinder 5 is started through an external air source, the first mounting plate 6 is made to descend, so that the second sucker 7 presses down the packaging bag and compresses the first spring 8, the second sucker 7 and the first sucker 4 at the corresponding position can adsorb the packaging bag when pressing down, then the first air cylinder 5 rises, so that the packaging bag is opened through the first sucker 4 and the second sucker 7, after the packaging bag is opened, the second air cylinder 11 is started through the external air source, the second mounting plate 10 is pushed to move forwards, so that the movable block 13 extends into the packaging bag through a conical structure at the front end, then the transmission gear 15 drives the racks 12 at two sides to rotate through the torsion motor 14, then the movable block 13 is driven to open, so that the packaging bag is separated from the first sucker 4 and the second sucker 7, the movable block 13 is opened to further open the elastic sealing sleeve 17, so that the sealing sleeve 17 is attached to the packaging bag, the movable block 13 is changed from a folded state to an open state and is blocked at the front end of the sealing sleeve 17, then the sealing sleeve 17 is connected with an external air source and a gas recovery pipeline through a connector at the rear end, hot air enters through one connector, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the packaging bag are dried and dehumidified, gas is discharged through the other connector, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are prevented from flying out through a baffle plate 16 with a filter hole during dehumidification, and chips and dust in part of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are discharged through the gas recovery pipeline, so that the chips and the dust are prevented from being attached to the sealing position of the packaging bag, the sealing performance after sealing is ensured, then the packaging bag after dehumidification is conveyed to the heat sealing plate 20 through the first conveyor belt assembly 2, the packaging bag can lift the second belt pulley 23 at the middle part below the third mounting plate 21 in the process, therefore, the shaft sleeve 24 moves upwards, the second spring 25 continues to be compressed, and meanwhile, the other second belt wheel 23 at one end below the third mounting plate 21 moves downwards under the action of the second spring 25, so that the transmission belt 26 keeps compact, similarly, when the other second belt wheel 23 at one end below the third mounting plate 21 moves upwards, the second belt wheel 23 at the middle part below the third mounting plate 21 moves downwards, so that the transmission belt 26 keeps compact, the dehumidified packaging bag is clamped up and down by the transmission belt 26 and the first conveyor belt assembly 2, the movement is prevented in a holding state, the position is accurate when heat sealing is kept, and the heat-sealed packaging bag is discharged through the transmission belt 26 and the first conveyor belt assembly 2.
