Background
The roller type straightening machine is equipment for straightening and leveling metal plate strips, and generally enables the metal plate strips to reach qualified flatness through the matching of an upper straightening roller and a lower straightening roller. In actual production, the position of the upper straightening roller is required to be adjusted according to the thickness of different products, in the existing roller type straightening machine, the height of the upper straightening roller can be adjusted only at the same time, the position of the straightening roller at an inlet or an outlet can be adjusted only at the same time, and the straightening machine suitable for different products is required to be selected, so that the production efficiency is greatly reduced. The straightening technology is mainly used for the post-process of processing the metal plate and strip, the quality level of a product is determined to a great extent, in order to increase the thickness range of a straightening plate and strip of the straightening machine, the straightening machine can be adapted with different roller systems, and proper straightening rollers are adopted according to different products in actual production; or the straightening rollers need to be replaced due to abrasion, and the traditional method for replacing the straightening rollers manually has low efficiency and certain dangerousness.
Therefore, there is a need for further research and practice of the above-mentioned technical problems.

The invention aims to provide a metal plate and strip roller type straightening machine and a straightening method, which can adjust the position of an upper straightening roller according to the requirements of different products, have strong applicability and facilitate the replacement of the straightening roller through a roller changing mechanism.

the roll changing mechanism is arranged on one side of the rack and comprises a workbench and roll changing assemblies, two first rails perpendicular to the upper straightening rolls are arranged on the workbench, and the roll changing assemblies are arranged on the first rails in a matched mode and can move along the first rails; the roller changing assembly comprises two supporting legs, a cross beam, a roller clamping device and a roller supporting piece, wherein the two supporting legs are matched with the first rail respectively, the two ends of the cross beam are fixedly connected with the two supporting legs respectively, the cross beam is provided with a second rail perpendicular to the first rail, the roller clamping device is arranged on the second rail and can move along the second rail, and the roller supporting piece is fixedly arranged at the end part of one end of the rack, which is close to the second rail.
In the technical scheme, the upper straightening rollers are independent and do not interfere with each other, and can be suitable for metal plate strips with different thicknesses; after the straightening roll is clamped by the roll clamping device in the roll changing mechanism, the straightening roll is dragged to move along the second track to complete the replacement.
Furthermore, the roller clamping device is connected with a third driving mechanism, the third driving mechanism is used for controlling the roller clamping device to move along the second track, and a clamping portion matched with the end portion of the upper straightening roller is further arranged on the roller clamping device.

The manual switch and the automatic trigger device are matched with each other to control the locking mechanism, so that the safety in the roll changing process is improved, and the straightening roll is convenient to detach and install.
Further, a sliding part is arranged above the roller supporting piece, and the sliding part comprises a supporting frame and a rolling piece arranged on the supporting frame.

The roller clamping device 407 is connected with a driving mechanism 409, the driving mechanism 409 is used for controlling the roller clamping device 407 to move along the second track 404, a clamping portion 410 matched with the end portion of the upper straightening roller 201 is further arranged on the roller clamping device 407, the driving mechanism 409 drives the roller clamping device 407 to move, and the clamping portion 410 is used for being matched and connected with the end portion of the upper straightening roller 201.
A locking mechanism is arranged between the supporting leg 405 and the first rail 403, the locking mechanism is electrically connected with a manual switch and an automatic trigger device, and the manual switch and the automatic trigger device are matched with each other to control the locking mechanism; the automatic trigger device is arranged on the roller clamping device 407, and comprises a first circuit board 411 and a second circuit board 412, a sliding switch 413, a movable rod 414, and a thimble 415 matched with the movable rod 414, wherein an elastic piece 416 is arranged at the top of the movable rod 414; when the thimble 415 does not push the movable rod 414 by an external force, the movable rod 414 presses the sliding switch 413 downwards under the action of the elastic element 416, and the sliding switch 413 and the second circuit board 412 are closed; when the thimble 415 is forced to move towards the direction close to the movable rod 414, and the movable rod 414 moves upwards, the elastic element 416 is in a compressed state, and the sliding switch 413 is reset to be disconnected from the second circuit board 412 and to be in contact with the first circuit board 411.
