The identification information in the target interface is hidden, and the identification information can be hidden by removing an area in the target interface where the identification information is displayed, so that the identification information is removed from the sharing interface. In this way, when the sharing interface is synchronized to the other user terminals, since the certification information does not exist in the sharing interface, the other user terminals cannot locally restore the certification information, and the data security is further improved.
In an embodiment, the target terminal is a user terminal having the operation authority of the display interface, and the operation authority can be determined by the management terminal. Namely, the seat personnel can distribute the operation authority to the user terminal through the management terminal, and the user terminal distributed with the operation authority is the target terminal. And the operation authority of the user terminal is determined by the management terminal, so that the user terminal can be effectively controlled by the management terminal, and the controllability of the remote cooperation process is ensured.
The cloud-based remote collaboration device provided by the present application is described below, and the cloud-based remote collaboration device described below and the cloud-based remote collaboration method described above may be referred to in a corresponding manner.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a cloud-based remote collaboration apparatus, including:
the display interface acquiring module 210 is configured to determine, according to a service scenario selected by a management terminal, a display interface of a cloud terminal connected to the management terminal;
a display interface synchronization module 220, configured to synchronize the display interface to the management terminal and the at least one user terminal, and receive an interface operation of a target terminal in the at least one user terminal for the display interface;
an interface cooperation module 230, configured to determine that an operation area of the interface operation is an input area of sensitive information of the display interface, and hide the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal.
The method comprises the steps of determining a display interface of a cloud terminal connected with a management terminal by receiving a service scene selection operation of the management terminal, synchronizing the display interface to the management terminal and a user terminal, and hiding the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal when an operation area of the user terminal for the interface operation of the display interface is received and is an input area of sensitive information of the display interface. The user terminal and the management terminal are remotely assisted based on the cloud terminal, if the user terminal carries out privacy operation on the sensitive information through the display interface of the cloud terminal, the privacy operation cannot be checked on the management terminal, and therefore the safety of the user on the sensitive information operation process when the user carries out financial business on line is improved.
In an embodiment, the display interface synchronization module 220 is further configured to:
and determining at least one corresponding user terminal according to the service scene.
In an embodiment, the interface coordination module 230 is further configured to:
according to the interface operation, a target interface with certification information is obtained from the cloud terminal;
and synchronizing the target interface to the management terminal so that the management terminal stores the target interface.
In an embodiment, the interface cooperation module 230 is specifically configured to:
and adding preset watermark information to the target interface and then synchronizing the target interface to the management terminal.
In an embodiment, the interface cooperation module 230 is specifically configured to:
and determining first user information corresponding to the target terminal, matching the first user information with second user information of the certification information in the target interface, adding preset watermark information to the target interface, and synchronizing the target interface to the management terminal.
In one embodiment, the interface coordination module 230 is further configured to:
hiding the certification information in the target interface to generate a sharing interface;
and synchronizing the sharing interface to other terminals except the target terminal in each user terminal.
In an embodiment, the target terminal is a user terminal having the operation authority of the display interface;
the operation authority is determined by the management terminal.
Fig. 5 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, which may include, as shown in fig. 5: a processor (processor) 810, a Communication Interface 820, a memory 830 and a Communication bus 840, wherein the processor 810, the Communication Interface 820 and the memory 830 communicate with each other via the Communication bus 840. The processor 810 may invoke the computer program in the memory 830 to perform a cloud-based remote collaboration method, including, for example:
determining a display interface of a cloud terminal connected with a management terminal according to a service scene selected by the management terminal;
synchronizing the display interface to the management terminal and at least one user terminal, and receiving interface operation of a target terminal in the at least one user terminal for the display interface;
and determining that the operation area of the interface operation is the input area of the sensitive information of the display interface, and hiding the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 830 can be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the software functional units are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, and various media capable of storing program codes.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium includes a computer program, where the computer program is stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, a computer is capable of performing the cloud-based remote collaboration method provided in the foregoing embodiments, for example, the method includes:
determining a display interface of a cloud terminal connected with a management terminal according to a service scene selected by the management terminal;
synchronizing the display interface to the management terminal and at least one user terminal, and receiving interface operation of a target terminal in the at least one user terminal for the display interface;
and determining that the operation area of the interface operation is the input area of the sensitive information of the display interface, and hiding the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal.
On the other hand, embodiments of the present application further provide a processor-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored in the processor-readable storage medium, where the computer program is configured to cause a processor to execute the method provided in each of the above embodiments, for example, the method includes:
determining a display interface of a cloud terminal connected with a management terminal according to a service scene selected by the management terminal;
synchronizing the display interface to the management terminal and at least one user terminal, and receiving interface operation of a target terminal in the at least one user terminal for the display interface;
and determining that the operation area of the interface operation is the input area of the sensitive information of the display interface, and hiding the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal.
The processor-readable storage medium can be any available medium or data storage device that can be accessed by a processor, including but not limited to magnetic memory (e.g., floppy disks, hard disks, magnetic tape, magneto-optical disks (MOs), etc.), optical memory (e.g., CDs, DVDs, BDs, HVDs, etc.), and semiconductor memory (e.g., ROMs, EPROMs, EEPROMs, non-volatile memories (NAND FLASH), solid State Disks (SSDs)), etc.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. Based on the understanding, the above technical solutions substantially or otherwise contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the various embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.

Claims (7)

1. A remote collaboration method based on cloud is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a display interface of a cloud terminal connected with a management terminal according to a service scene selected by the management terminal;
synchronizing the display interface to the management terminal and at least one user terminal, and receiving interface operation of a target terminal in the at least one user terminal for the display interface;
determining that an operation area of the interface operation is an input area of sensitive information of the display interface, and hiding the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal;
according to the interface operation, a target interface with certification information is obtained from the cloud terminal;
and determining first user information corresponding to the target terminal, matching the first user information with second user information of the certification information in the target interface, adding preset watermark information to the target interface, and synchronizing the target interface to the management terminal so that the management terminal stores the target interface.
2. The cloud-based remote collaboration method of claim 1 further comprising:
and determining at least one corresponding user terminal according to the service scene.
3. The cloud-based remote collaboration method of claim 1 further comprising:
hiding the certification information in the target interface to generate a sharing interface;
and synchronizing the sharing interface to other terminals except the target terminal in each user terminal.
4. The cloud-based remote collaboration method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the target terminal is a user terminal having an operation right of the display interface;
the operation authority is determined by the management terminal.
5. A remote cooperative apparatus based on cloud end, comprising:
the display interface acquisition module is used for determining a display interface of a cloud terminal connected with the management terminal according to a service scene selected by the management terminal;
the display interface synchronization module is used for synchronizing the display interface to the management terminal and at least one user terminal and receiving interface operation of a target terminal in the at least one user terminal aiming at the display interface;
the interface cooperative operation module is used for determining that an operation area of the interface operation is an input area of sensitive information of the display interface, and hiding the interface operation on the display interface of the management terminal;
the interface interoperation module is further configured to:
according to the interface operation, a target interface with certification information is obtained from the cloud terminal;
and determining first user information corresponding to the target terminal, matching the first user information with second user information of the certification information in the target interface, adding preset watermark information to the target interface, and synchronizing the target interface to the management terminal so that the management terminal stores the target interface.
6. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the cloud-based remote collaboration method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
7. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the cloud-based remote collaboration method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
