The embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor runs the computer program to make the electronic device execute a filing method of a dispute case of a bank receipt in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 of the present application.
An embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer program instructions, and when the computer program instructions are read and executed by a processor, the method for creating a case for disputes of a union pay bill in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 of the present application is performed.

And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method for establishing a silver union bill dispute case is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the information of the bill-receiving dispute database and preconfigured bill-receiving dispute configuration parameters;
acquiring information of the Unionpay single-collecting dispute case on a Unionpay error platform website according to the information of the single-collecting dispute database and the single-collecting dispute configuration parameters;
acquiring an inline transaction record according to the information of the dispute case of the Unionpay bill;
comparing the inline transaction record with the Unionpay dispute case information to obtain difference data;
generating case retrieval prompt information according to the difference data and the information of the disputed cases of the UnionPay and the UnionPay;
and feeding back the case retrieval prompt information to a manager.
2. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said obtaining information of the unionpay dispute case on the unionpay error platform website according to the unionpay dispute database information and the unionpay dispute configuration parameters comprises:
logging in a Unionpay error platform website according to the information of the bill and dispute database;
acquiring element information of each display column according to the bill-collecting dispute configuration parameters on a case retrieval interface of the UnionPay error platform website;
and summarizing the element information of each display column to obtain the dispute case information of the Unionpay statement.
3. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said billing dispute configuration parameters at least include case handling type and transaction code type of billing dispute acceptance.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring inline transaction records based on the silver-collected single dispute case information comprises:
docking bank authorization information according to the information of the dispute case of the unionpay;
and acquiring an inline transaction record according to the bank authorization information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said comparing said inline transaction record with said unionvered dispute case information to obtain difference data comprises:
comparing the inline transaction record with the information of the UnionPay dispute case according to the transaction detail dimension to obtain a comparison result;
and carrying out difference element analysis on the comparison result to obtain difference data.
6. A case establishing device for a Unionpay dispute case is characterized by comprising the following components:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a processing unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the information of an order-receiving dispute database and pre-configured order-receiving dispute configuration parameters;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the information of the Unionpay single-collecting dispute cases on the Unionpay error platform website according to the information of the single-collecting dispute database and the configuration parameters of the single-collecting dispute;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring an inline transaction record according to the information of the dispute case of the Unionpay receiving bill;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the inline transaction record with the information of the unionpay dispute case to obtain difference data;
the generating unit is used for generating case retrieval prompt information according to the difference data and the information of the disputed cases of the UnionPay statement;
and the feedback unit is used for feeding back the case retrieval prompt information to a manager.

the login subunit is used for logging in a Unionpay error platform website according to the information of the bill and dispute database;

and the summarizing subunit is used for summarizing the element information of each display column to obtain the dispute case information of the unions collected by the bank.
