Detailed Description
The following description will be made in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The key 1 of the present invention includes a base 10, a switch circuit layer 11, a resilient element 20, a supporting element 30, a key cap 40 and a protective cover 50. The switch circuit layer 11 is disposed on the bottom plate 10 for generating a key signal. The elastic element 20 is disposed on the bottom plate 10 and above the switch circuit layer 11 for triggering the switch circuit layer 11. The supporting member 30 is disposed on the base plate 10 and surrounds the elastic member 20, and the key cap 40 is disposed above the supporting member 30 and coupled to the supporting member 30. The supporting element 30 can drive the key cap 40 to approach or depart from the base plate 10, and when the key cap 40 is pressed, the supporting element moves toward the base plate 10 and presses down the elastic element 20, so that the elastic element 20 contacts the switch circuit layer 11 to generate a key signal. A protective cover 50 covers the key cap 40 to prevent dust, foreign matter or moisture from entering under the key cap. The protective cover 50 and the key cap 40 are bonded to each other by an adhesive 60, so that the protective cover 50 is positioned on the key cap 40, and the structure of the key cap 40 can limit the overflow range of the adhesive 60 and prevent the adhesive 60 from contaminating other components.
The structures of the key cap 40 and the protective cover 50 will be described in detail below. The key cap 40 has a top surface 41, a flow guiding shoulder surface 42 and an outer side wall surface 43. The top surface 41 is located on the top of the key cap 40, the outer side wall surface 43 is the outer peripheral wall of the key cap 40, the flow guiding shoulder surface 42 is disposed on the top periphery of the key cap 40 and surrounds the top surface 41, and the flow guiding shoulder surface 42 is located between the top surface 41 and the outer side wall surface 43. The protecting cover 50 has an abutting surface 51 and a stretching surface 52. The stretching surface 52 is disposed at the periphery of the bonding surface 51, and the bonding surface 52 is bonded to the top surface 41 of the key cap 40.
Referring to fig. 2, the protecting cover 50 covers the key cap 40, and the attaching surface 51 of the protecting cover 50 corresponds to the top surface 41 of the key cap 40, and the adhesive 60 is coated between the attaching surface 51 and the top surface 41, so that the protecting cover 50 and the top surface 41 are bonded to each other. When the amount of the viscose 60 between the binding surface 51 of the protective cover 50 and the top surface 41 of the key cap 40 is too much, the viscose overflows from a gap between the binding surface 51 and the top surface 41, the overflowing viscose 61 flows to the diversion shoulder surface 42 along the periphery of the top surface 41, the diversion shoulder surface 42 provides a buffering inclined surface to retain the overflowing viscose 61, the overflowing viscose 61 is prevented from continuously diffusing towards the outer surface, the overflowing viscose 61 is enabled not to be stained with the outer side wall surface 43 of the key cap 40, and the viscose is prevented from diffusing and being stained.
Further, the angle B of the diversion shoulder surface 42 is larger than the angle a of the top surface 41, the angle of the top surface 41 is a plane of 180 degrees, and the angle of the diversion shoulder surface 42 is 183 degrees to 195 degrees. Because the viscose 60 has the characteristics of coagulation property and stiffness after drying, the overflowed viscose 61 is gradually coagulated and slows down the flow on the flow guide shoulder surface 42, and then is coagulated and retained on the flow guide shoulder surface 42.
Please refer to fig. 3 for further explaining the key usage of the present invention, referring to the schematic diagram of the key pressing status according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The area of the attaching surface 51 of the protecting cover 50 is larger than the area of the top surface 41 of the key cap 40, and the range covered by the attaching surface 51 can correspond to the top surface 41 and the flow guiding shoulder surface 42, so that the adhesive 60 can only be stained on the attaching surface 51, and the stretching surface 52 of the protecting cover 50 can not contact the top surface 41 and the flow guiding shoulder surface 42 and can not be stained on the adhesive 60.
When user U presses protective cover 50 and key cap 40, key cap 40 will move toward bottom plate 10, and top surface 41 of key cap 40 will drive binding face 51 of protective cover 50 to move toward the bottom plate together, and tensile face 52 of protective cover 50 is in the state that can elastically stretch because it is not infected with viscose 60, therefore tensile face 52 can the elastic bending extend, let key cap 40 can stably descend to bottom plate 10 and trigger switch circuit layer 11.
The protecting cover 50 is a soft and elastic rubber sheet having good stretching elasticity. The shoulder surface 42 of the key cap 40 may be formed on the periphery of the top surface 41 of the key cap 40 by cutting or integral molding.
According to the key, the surface of the keycap can be reserved with redundant viscose and can limit the viscose from diffusing to other areas, so that the viscose is prevented from being infected with other areas or elements, and the key structure and the pressing function are maintained.
The above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and therefore, other equivalent changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
