Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the disposable locking type anti-theft lunch box includes a box body 1 and a box cover 2, the box body 1 has an inner flange 11 and an outer flange 12, a connecting groove 13 is formed between the inner flange 11 and the outer flange 12, the box cover 2 has an opening cover edge 21, the opening cover edge 21 is located in the connecting groove 13, and the outer flange 12 and the connecting groove 13 have an easy-folding portion 14. The opening cover edge 21 is used as an opening part of the box cover 2, is hidden in the connecting groove 13, and completely wraps the side part of the box cover through the easy folding part 14 and the outward flanging 12. Under the condition that the opening edge 21 is not exposed, the box cover 2 cannot be uncovered, and the opening prevention effect of the box cover 2 is realized.
The easy-folding portion 14 includes a folded edge 141 engaged with the outward turned edge 12 and a connecting edge 142 engaged with the connecting groove 13, the folded edge 141 and the outward turned edge 12 and the connecting groove 13 and the connecting edge 142 are connected by a pre-connecting point 143, and an upper surface of the connecting edge 142 is separated from a lower surface of the opening lid 21, thereby exposing a partial region outside the opening lid 21. The turned-over edge 141 is identical in shape and size to the outward turned edge 12, and both sides are connected to the outward turned edge 12 through the pre-joint 143. The connecting edge 142 is flush with the connecting slot 13 and is cooperatively dimensioned. The turned-over edge 141 and the turned-in edge 11 and the connecting edge 142 and the connecting groove 13 are integrally connected via a pre-connecting point 143. Breaking any of the pre-attachment points 143 can cause separation between the frangible portion 14 and the cartridge 1.
The folding edge 141 and the connecting edge 142 form an easy-folding part 14 with a U-shaped cross section and two ends extending along the horizontal plane to two sides. The left and right sides of the turned-over edge 141 are connected to the outward turned edge 12 through at least one pre-connection point 143, and the outer side of the connection edge 142 is connected to the connection groove 13 through a plurality of pre-connection points 143. The pre-joining point 143 between the flange 141 and the flange 12 is broken to turn the joining edge 142, thereby separating the joining edge 142 from the lower surface of the open lid edge 21. The pre-joint 143 has good joint strength, and the pre-joint 143 can be easily cut off when the turned-over edge 141 is pressed down. When the box cover 2 needs to be opened, the pressing flanging 141 rotates downwards, the pre-connecting point 143 of the flanging 141 is damaged, the connecting edge 142 inclines downwards, the connecting edge 142 can be separated from the cover opening edge 21, the cover opening edge 21 is partially exposed, and the box cover 2 can be uncovered by pulling the cover opening edge 21. Similarly, the folded part can be folded upwards, the pre-connecting point 143 of the folded edge 141 is also damaged, and at this time, the cover opening edge 21 can be pinched together to directly open the box cover 2. The flap may also be removed entirely in other ways and the lid 2 subsequently removed in the same way. When the box cover 2 is opened once, the easy-folding part 14 is inevitably damaged, and a diner can obviously know that the lunch box is opened after seeing the damaged easy-folding part 14, so that the disposable easy-folding part 14 plays a role of theft prevention.
The cover opening edge 21 includes a side edge 211 extending vertically downward along the cover and a bottom edge 212 located at the lower end of the side edge 211, the outer portion of the bottom edge 212 is overlapped with the connecting edge 142, and the rest is overlapped with the connecting groove 13. The connecting edge 142 is folded downwardly to separate the connecting edge 142 from the bottom edge 212, and the exposed portion of the bottom edge 212 is pulled to open the lid 2. As shown in fig. 3, when the foldable part 14 is folded, the outer part of the bottom edge 212 is exposed, and the diner can open the box cover 2 by pinching the outer part. When the easy-folding portion 14 is intact, the bottom plate is located inside the connecting groove 13, because the connecting groove 13 has a depth, and the bottom edge 212 is the bottom edge 212 parallel to the connecting groove 13, at this time, the bottom edge 212 cannot be controlled by hands or external tools, and the box cover 2 cannot be opened, so that the hiding of the cover opening edge 21 is realized through the cooperation of the easy-folding portion 14, the connecting groove 13 and the cover opening edge 21, and the cover opening edge 21 is protected, so that the function of opening the box cover 2 cannot be realized in a hidden state.
The bottom edge 212 is provided with a lifting means 213, part of the lifting means 213 is overlapped with the connecting edge 142, the rest part is overlapped with the connecting groove 13, the connecting edge 142 is folded downwards to separate the connecting edge 142 from the lifting means 213, and the lifting means 213 of the separated part is lifted to uncover the box cover 2. The width of the lifting means 213 is less than or equal to the sum of the widths of the connecting edge 142 and the connecting groove 13, and the lifting means 213 is in a crescent structure. In order to open the lid 2, a lifting means 213 is additionally provided on the bottom edge 212. The middle part of the lifting means 213 is matched with the easy-folding part 14, when the easy-folding part 14 is separated from the handle section 213, the lifting means 213 with a larger area is exposed, and a diner can open the box cover 2 more conveniently by holding the lifting means 213. The lifting means 213 is made into a crescent structure, and the matching area of the lifting means and the easy-folding part 14 is larger, so that a larger operation area is provided for diners. The inverted flap has an inwardly concave design in the handle section 213, which provides design space for the handle section 213 and ensures that the handle section 213 has a larger area.
The inboard of inside turn-ups 11 is provided with exhaust groove 111, and exhaust groove 111 is the indent setting along the lateral wall of inside turn-ups 11, is the clearance setting between inside turn-ups 11 and the lid 2, and the gas in the box body 1 is discharged through the clearance between opening lid limit 21 and the spread groove 13 along exhaust groove 111. The exhaust grooves 111 are symmetrically arranged in groups of three on the inner side of the inner flange 11. The number, shape and location of the vent slots may be reasonably adjusted and are not limited to the locations and shapes disclosed in fig. 5. The exhaust groove 111 is an arc groove body, and the outer side wall of the arc groove is protruded from the inward flange 11. Because the inside food that has the higher temperature of cooking liquor etc. often can hold of cutlery box, the box body 1 is inside because steam can form great pressure, and lid 2 can be ejecting because of pressure this moment. In order to avoid the situation, a plurality of exhaust grooves 111 are formed in the inner flanging 11, hot air in the box body 1 passes through the inner flanging 11 through a gap between the exhaust grooves 111 and the box cover 2 and then enters the connecting groove 13, and because a very small gap still exists between the connecting groove 13 and the cover opening edge 21, the hot air continuously flows out of the gap and is exhausted into the air along the exhaust grooves 111, so that the phenomenon that the air pressure in the box body 1 is too large due to heating is avoided, gaps among the box cover 2 and the box body 1 are at reasonable intervals, and the connection stability of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 cannot be influenced.
Different from the prior art, the disposable lock catch type anti-theft lunch box can hide the opening part of the box cover, and the box cover can be opened only by damaging the easy-folding part on the box body to touch the opening part of the box cover, so that a diner is prompted whether the lunch box is complete and unopened.
