The working principle is as follows: as shown in fig. 1-8, when catching the culter alburnus, fish-attracting food such as loach is placed in the wire net placing frame 182, the net cage device is lifted into water by the lifting lugs 110, the fish-attracting lamp 162 is turned on, then the rotating motor 133 rotates slowly, fish such as the culter alburnus are influenced by light and food and move to the vicinity of the net cage device, then enter the trapping housing 11 through the fish school inlet 111, the rotating cover plate 13 rotates slowly to drive the arc-shaped driving plate 15 and the escape-proof plate 19 to rotate, during the rotation process, the arc-shaped driving plate 15 and one of the arc-shaped partition plates 14 form a closed space, because the arc-shaped driving plate 15 rotates all the time, the closed space is gradually reduced, the fish enters the fan-shaped gap 191 of the escape-proof plate and then falls into the collecting tank 21 at the bottom, and then the arc-shaped driving plate 15 and the next arc-shaped partition plate 14 form a closed space, make the fish enter into the fan-shaped breach 191 of anti-escape plate, later fall into to the collecting vat 21 of bottom in, the rotation is catched in repetition always, some little fishes can enter into to the aquatic through the sieve mesh, leave fish such as adult culter alburnus, later hang up the box with a net device, the fish that will catch carries out artifical letter sorting, catch the large-scale culter alburnus in reproductive phase, put off other unnecessary fishes, can catch a large amount of culter alburnus, make when the culter alburnus reproductive phase of alburnus, can catch a large amount of fishes, prevent that alburnus from forming the advantage population, put the survival rate of breeding silver carp bighead carp fry and other small-size fishes in the reservoir and exert an influence.
