The system for automatically early warning a vehicle based on weather and position detection comprises a data processing module, an alarm module, a map module and a weather module; the map module is used for acquiring map information and weather information through a network, the weather module is used for acquiring real-time weather of the position of the vehicle, and the acquired information is transmitted to the data processing module for processing; when the data processing module acquires bad weather through the map module, the alarm module sends out a first warning; when the data processing module acquires bad weather through the map module and the weather module monitors the bad weather, the alarm module sends out a second warning, and the second warning strength is higher than that of the first warning.
The map module is also used for acquiring the information of the dangerous road section, sending a reinforcing signal to the data processing module when the vehicle approaches the dangerous road section, reinforcing the first warning and the second warning, and keeping the intensity of the second warning higher than that of the first warning. The map module obtains information of the dangerous road section through networking, and when the vehicle approaches the dangerous road section, the first warning and the second warning are enhanced, so that the warning can be given to a driver, the driver can pay attention to the road surface condition more, and accidents are prevented. And most of the current vehicles are provided with map modules, the invention can be directly reused without increasing the production cost of the vehicles.
The dangerous road sections at least comprise high-risk road sections, speed-limiting road sections, school road sections and level crossings. The road section is complicated or accidents are frequent, so that the driver is required to pay attention to the road section, particularly, accidents are easier to happen under severe weather such as heavy rain, heavy fog and the like, the road section is warned in an enhanced mode, and the driver can be effectively reminded of driving cautiously.
The map module also comprises a vehicle radar and a vehicle camera, and is used for detecting the road surface condition, and sending out a reinforcing signal when the road is ponded and rugged. Under bad weather conditions, because the sight conditions of the driver are poor, the dangers of driving can be further increased due to the pits, ponding and the like on the road surface, the sight of the driver can be supplemented through the vehicle-mounted radar and the vehicle-mounted camera, and when the road section of the accumulated water and the rugged road section are in the vehicle approach, the vehicle-mounted camera can carry out reinforced warning, so that the driver can be effectively reminded of cautious driving. Meanwhile, most of the current vehicles are provided with vehicle-mounted radars and vehicle-mounted cameras, and the vehicle-mounted radar and vehicle-mounted cameras can be directly reused without increasing the production cost of the vehicles.
The weather condition of a large area where the vehicle is located is obtained through networking of the map module, and when the weather module does not sense bad weather of a small area where the vehicle is located, a first warning with low intensity is sent out through the warning module to give a certain prompt to a driver. When the weather module senses bad weather in a small area where the vehicle is located, the warning module sends out a high-intensity second warning to remind the driver of needing cautious driving.
Example 8:
The embodiment further comprises an emergency module, at least comprising a windshield wiper, a fog lamp and a headlight, wherein when the alarm module sends out the second warning, the data processing module controls the emergency module to start the corresponding windshield wiper, fog lamp and/or headlight according to the real-time weather information acquired by the weather module. For example, the number of the cells to be processed, the windshield wiper is started according to rainfall conditions, the fog lamp is started according to heavy fog conditions, and the like. Meanwhile, the windshield wiper, the fog lamp and the headlight are configured on the vehicle, and the invention can be directly reused without increasing the production cost of the vehicle.

The processor may be a multi-core processor or may include a plurality of processors. Wherein the ROM may store static data or instructions that are required by the processor or other modules of the computer. The persistent storage may be a readable and writable storage. The persistent storage may be a non-volatile memory device that does not lose stored instructions and data even after the computer is powered down. In some embodiments, the persistent storage device employs a mass storage device (e.g., magnetic or optical disk, flash memory) as the persistent storage device. In other embodiments, the persistent storage may be a removable storage device (e.g., diskette, optical drive). The system memory may be a read-write memory device or a volatile read-write memory device, such as dynamic random access memory. The system memory may store instructions and data that are required by some or all of the processors at runtime. Furthermore, the memory may comprise any combination of computer-readable storage media including various types of semiconductor memory chips (DRAM, SRAM, SDRAM, flash memory, programmable read-only memory), magnetic disks, and/or optical disks may also be employed. In some embodiments, the memory may include a removable storage device that is readable and/or writable, such as a Compact Disc (CD), a read-only digital versatile disc (e.g., DVD-ROM, dual layer DVD-ROM), a read-only blu-ray disc, an ultra-dense disc, a flash memory card (e.g., SD card, min SD card, micro-SD card, etc.), a magnetic floppy disk, and the like. The computer readable storage medium does not contain a carrier wave or an instantaneous electronic signal transmitted by wireless or wired transmission.
The memory has stored thereon executable code that performs the system of the above embodiments, which when executed by the processor causes the processor to execute the executable code.

Meanwhile, the vehicle can reuse the existing vehicle-mounted device, and the production cost of the vehicle is not increased.

Claims (10)
1. A system for automatically early warning a vehicle based on weather and position detection is characterized in that: the system comprises a data processing module, an alarm module, a map module and a weather module; the map module is used for acquiring map information and weather information through a network, the weather module is used for acquiring real-time weather of the position of the vehicle, and the acquired information is transmitted to the data processing module for processing; when the data processing module obtains bad weather through the map module and the weather module does not perceive bad weather of a small area where the vehicle is located, the alarm module sends out a first warning; when the data processing module acquires bad weather through the map module and the weather module senses the bad weather of a small area where the vehicle is located, the alarm module sends out a second alarm, and the second alarm strength is higher than that of the first alarm.

The system for automatic vehicle warning based on weather and location detection of claim 1, wherein: the weather module comprises an induction type windshield wiper, and is used for directly sensing environmental precipitation and transmitting precipitation amount information to the data processing module.
3. The system for automatic vehicle warning based on weather and location detection of claim 2, wherein: the weather module further comprises a vehicle-mounted camera, the environment visibility is detected, and the visibility distance information is transmitted to the data processing module.
