The dangerous road sections at least comprise high-risk road sections, speed-limiting road sections, school road sections and level crossings. The map module also comprises a vehicle radar and a vehicle camera, and is used for detecting the road surface condition, and sending out a reinforcing signal when the road is ponded and rugged. The weather condition of a large area where the vehicle is located is obtained through networking of the map module, and when the weather module does not sense bad weather of a small area where the vehicle is located, a first warning with low intensity is sent out through the warning module to give a certain prompt to a driver. When the weather module senses bad weather in a small area where the vehicle is located, the warning module sends out a high-intensity second warning to remind the driver of needing cautious driving.

A system for automatically early warning a vehicle based on weather and position detection is characterized in that: the system comprises a data processing module, an alarm module, a map module and a weather module; the map module is used for acquiring map information and weather information through a network, the weather module is used for acquiring real-time weather of the position of the vehicle, and the acquired information is transmitted to the data processing module for processing; when the data processing module obtains bad weather through the map module and the weather module does not perceive bad weather of a small area where the vehicle is located, the alarm module sends out a first warning; when the data processing module acquires bad weather through the map module and the weather module senses the bad weather of a small area where the vehicle is located, the alarm module sends out a second alarm, and the second alarm strength is higher than that of the first alarm.
