Abstract
本发明是一种无稳定剂污染的PVC家具板,其特征是:采用本人发明的一种无稳定剂污染的PVC粒料、精确衡量落料机、超高压单螺杆挤出机等产业链制造技术,根据PVC家具板的规格形状,发明一系列射孔流道挤出成型模,设计一系列加工制作PVC家具板的操作工艺技术。使PVC家具板的加工热熔时间控制在45秒钟之内,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点,制造一种防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观的PVC家具板。优点:PVC家具板的使用寿命500年以上,是21世纪的新技术、新材料、新产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种无稳定剂污染的PVC家具板,属于塑料加工工业技术领域。
背景技术
PVC材料是现代家具的最佳选择,一是防水性能优越,不吸收任何污物浊水,长期使用清水一洗干干净净、完好如初;二是卫生等级高,属于食品卫生级材料,不霉、不烂、无毒、无味;三是防火性能好,PVC材料的氧指数40%,杜绝了家居火灾隐患。然而,由于传统PVC制品的加工技术落后,添加了稳定剂、增塑剂之类的化工污染物质,严重损坏PVC材料的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐候、耐用、环保性能,使PVC材料应有的材质性能无法充分发挥。
由于PVC材料的材质坚硬、脆性,必须充分剪切混炼<2纳米的原始微区核才能发挥PVC的材质性能,而且PVC材料在≥120℃温度开始分解HCL,但PVC制品的加工热熔温度180℃~220℃,必须添加稳定剂中和反应HCL,才能加工制作PVC制品。但是,从技术原理上讲,只要PVC材料在加工制作过程中出现了HCL分解,或者是添加了其它物质,就损坏了PVC材料的纳米晶体链结构,必然影响PVC材料的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐候、耐用性能。所以,PVC材料1912年问世以来,始终没有PVC制品的制造技术,存在二大技术错误:
一是PVC制品的加工制作过程中,必须添加稳定剂中和反应HCL,既污染了PVC制品的环保性能,又破坏了PVC材料的纳米晶体链结构,大大降低了PVC制品的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐候、耐用性能。尽管欧盟国家高度重视稳定剂的污染问题,早在上世纪九十年代计划2025年前开发出无毒稳定剂,但至今未见重大的技术性突破。
二是PVC制品加工制作过程的热熔历史太长(约300~600秒),必然造成PVC材料的热降解现象非常严重,虽然有稳定剂中和反应HCL,实质上严重损坏PVC材料的纳米晶体链结构,造成了PVC材料在阳光紫外线照射下容易分解的错误认识。换言之,只要PVC制品出现HCL分解,即使在没有阳光紫外线照射的黑暗环境中,活跃的HCL同样也会出现泛黄变色的老化现象。
由此可见,开辟一种无稳定剂污染的PVC制品制造技术,是全世界科技界梦寐以求、望而却步的重大科研课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对传统家具板的功能质量缺陷,开辟一种无稳定剂污染的PVC家具板新技术,本发明技术的解决方案是:根据PVC材料在≤250℃温度中停留100秒内不分解HCL的特点,紧紧围绕60秒内加工制作PVC制品的科研课题开展技术攻关,使用本人发明的一种无稳定剂污染的PVC粒料、精确衡量落料机、超高压单螺杆挤出机等产业链制造技术,根据PVC家具板的规格形状,发明一种射孔流道挤出成型模,设计一套加工制作PVC家具板的操作工艺技术。使PVC家具板的加工热熔时间控制在45秒钟之内,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点,制造一种防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观的PVC家具板。本发明的优点

(四)一种无稳定剂污染的PVC家具板,使用寿命500年以上,市场用量特别巨大,是21世纪的新技术、新材料、新产品。
具体实施方式
实施例:超高压挤出成型技术制造PVC材料
工作内容:加工制作一种无稳定剂污染的PVC家具板
挤出机口径Φ65mm,螺杆压缩比32倍,螺杆转速58转/分,电机功率10kw。
操作过程:第一步采用移动式加热装置对超高压单螺杆挤出成型机加热到180℃,射孔流道挤出成型模加热到195℃,然后移开挤出机筒的加热装置,第二步启动超高压单螺杆挤出成型机,添加一些软质PVC开机料,第三步启动精确衡量落料机,逐渐加料使超高压单螺杆挤出成型机进入正常工作状态,第四步打开挤出机筒的冷却装置,使机筒出口的温度稳定在≤170℃,第五步打开挤出螺杆冷却装置,将射孔流道挤出成型模的温度稳定在≤195℃,此次PVC家具板的加工热熔时间27秒,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点,每小时产量45kg,连续生产60天未见黄料、结碳现象。

1.一种无稳定剂污染的PVC家具板,其特征是采用本人发明的一种无稳定剂污染的PVC粒料、精确衡量落料机、超高压单螺杆挤出机等产业链制造技术,根据PVC家具板的规格形状,发明一系列射孔流道挤出成型模,设计一系列加工制作PVC家具板的操作工艺技术,使PVC家具板的加工热熔时间控制在45秒钟之内,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点,制造一种防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观的PVC家具板。
