Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Example 1
In preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention, a refrigerator control method is provided, where the control method can be directly applied to various refrigerators, and when the control method is specifically implemented, the control method can be implemented by installing software, APP, or writing a corresponding program in a controller in the refrigerator. In particular, fig. 1 shows an alternative flow chart of the method, which, as shown in fig. 1, comprises the following steps S102-S106:
s102: when a user touches a handle of a refrigerator door body, acquiring a pressure signal at the handle;
s104: judging whether a user performs an automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle;
s106: if so, controlling the door body to perform automatic door opening operation, otherwise, not performing the automatic door opening operation.
In the prior art, a user triggers the automatic door opening by touching the handle of the refrigerator door body, however, sometimes the user may have misoperation to touch the handle, the user does not need to use the automatic door opening, or the user wants to open the door manually, but the sensing device senses the user to touch the handle and open the automatic door opening, the damage is caused to the automatic door opening of the refrigerator in the two ways simultaneously, and great inconvenience is brought to the user. In the above embodiment, when the user touches the handle of the refrigerator door body, the automatic door opening is not directly performed, but the pressure signal at the handle is acquired, and whether the user performs the automatic door opening action is judged according to the pressure signal at the handle, so that the intention of the user is determined, the misjudgment condition of the automatic door opening in the prior art is avoided, the generation of the automatic door opening misoperation is reduced, the intelligence of the automatic door opening control is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
And in the process of triggering the automatic door opening, judging the pressure signal and analyzing whether the operation information of the user is correct operation. Specifically, the method for judging whether the user performs the automatic door opening action or not according to the pressure signal at the handle comprises the following steps: acquiring a pressure signal of a false touch prevention area; wherein, the false touch prevention area is positioned on the surface of the door body; comparing the pressure signal of the false touch prevention area with the pressure signal at the handle; and judging whether the user executes the automatic door opening action or not according to the comparison result. When the pressure at the handle is greater than the pressure of the false touch prevention area, determining that the user performs an automatic door opening action; otherwise, determining that the user does not execute the automatic door opening action. Fig. 2 shows an alternative schematic diagram of the refrigerator of the present invention, and as shown in the figure, the refrigerator includes a door body 1 and a refrigerator body 2, and the door body 1 is provided with a corresponding handle 3. Fig. 3 shows a handle of the lower door body and a first sensor 4, wherein a sensing device, i.e. a first sensor, is arranged at the handle, and a sensing area of the first sensor is located on the inner surface of the handle fastening position of the refrigerator, and is used for acquiring a pressure signal at the handle. Fig. 4 shows a second sensor 5, whose sensing area is located on the top surface of the refrigerator handle, and a third sensor 6, which can sense the motion of a human hand when the human hand is inserted near the position of the refrigerator handle. The third sensor is positioned on the surface of the door body, the sensing area of the third sensor is a false touch prevention area, the false touch prevention area is positioned on the surface of the door body, and the false touch prevention area at least comprises the position range of the thumb of a user. The third sensor senses the pressure of the user in the operation process, when the user prepares to pull the refrigerator door open, misoperation judgment is carried out, if the pressure at the handle is greater than the pressure of the mistaken touch prevention area, the fact that the user is slightly pulling the door body is indicated, and the refrigerator automatically opens the door. If the pressure at the handle is smaller than or equal to the pressure of the error touch prevention area, the gesture that the user does not execute the automatic door opening at the moment is indicated, or the user executes the manual door opening, so that the automatic door opening operation is not performed at the moment.
Before judging whether the user performs the automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle, the method further comprises the following steps: judging whether a user performs manual door opening or not according to the pressure signal at the handle; if yes, the automatic door opening function is cancelled, and the manual door opening function is started; otherwise, triggering and judging whether the user executes the automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle. Wherein, judge whether the user is carrying out the manual door opening according to the pressure signal of handle department, include: acquiring a pressure threshold value, and judging whether the pressure at the handle is greater than the pressure threshold value; and if the pressure is larger than the pressure threshold value, determining that the user performs manual door opening, otherwise, determining that the user does not perform manual door opening. And in the misoperation judgment, the logic judgment is also carried out on the door opening intention of the user at the same time. When the user opens the door, the door body is opened through pulling of the handle, the maximum threshold value of the pressure is set, when the user has large force for opening the door and the pressure of the handle exceeds the maximum threshold value, the sensor transmits a signal for canceling the automatic door opening to the master control, and the automatic door opening is cancelled.
Before a user touches a handle of the refrigerator door body, the refrigerator door body further comprises: detecting whether a user stretches hands into a preset area of a handle; if so, determining that the user touches the handle, controlling the door opening assisting mechanism to enter a preparation state, and prompting the user to execute an automatic door opening action through a first voice signal and/or a first light signal; otherwise, it is determined that the user does not touch the handle. When the motion that the hand stretched into the refrigerator handle edge is sensed, the refrigerator indicator light breathes and flickers, and simultaneously, the sound device prompts the sound. The induction action that the refrigerator door is automatically opened is guided to be correctly triggered by the user through the prompt of the light source and the sound to the user, so that the bad phenomenon that the refrigerator door is automatically opened due to the fact that the user does not accidentally perform invalid operation action is avoided to a great extent.
Meanwhile, after determining that the user touches the handle, the method further includes: judging whether a pressure signal at the handle is acquired within a preset time; if yes, triggering to judge whether the user executes the automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle; otherwise, controlling the door opening assisting mechanism to exit the preparation state and controlling the first voice signal and/or the first light signal to stop prompting. If the pressure signal at the handle is not acquired after the preset time, the pressure signal is considered to be touched mistakenly, so that the door opening assisting mechanism is controlled to exit the preparation state, and the first voice signal and/or the first light signal are controlled to stop prompting. Through the scheme, the accuracy of misoperation judgment is further improved.
When the door body is controlled to automatically open the door, the door opening assisting mechanism is controlled to open the door body, and the refrigerator is prompted to execute the automatic door opening operation through a second voice signal and/or a second light signal. The position of the light device is also shown in fig. 2, and is located on the door body of the refrigerator as shown in the figure, and is close to the handle, so that the user can clearly receive the light signal prompt.
Another refrigerator control method is further provided in preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention, and specifically, fig. 5 shows an alternative flowchart of the method, and as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps S501 to S510:
s501: the user extends the hand to the handle;
s502: a handle sensing area A (a sensing area corresponding to a second sensor) receives a signal and transmits the signal to a master control to enter a preparation state; the user touches the handle sensing area to open the refrigerator door, and the sensing area senses that the hand of the user extends to the handle of the refrigerator to generate a sensing signal which is transmitted to the main control;
s503: the automatic door opening device enters a preparation state and sends signals to the handle indicator light and the sound device, the light area breathes and flickers, and the sound device sends prompt sound; the main control transmits the light and the voice device, the light flickers to remind a user that the automatic door opening refrigerator door body is prepared to be executed;
s504: whether a touch signal is received by a sensing area B (a sensing area corresponding to the first sensor) within T seconds; in the process of triggering automatic door opening, judging a received signal, analyzing whether operation information of a user is correct operation, specifically, firstly judging whether a touch signal is received by an induction area B within T seconds, if so, entering a step S507, otherwise, entering a step S505;
s505: the master control releases the preparation state, the signal is transmitted to the light component, the indicator light is turned off, and the sound device makes a sound; if the B area signal is not received within T seconds, the master control cancels the preparation state, the handle indicator lamp is turned off, the door opening power-assisted mechanism cancels the preparation state, the voice device prompts cancellation, a user is reminded of operation failure in the automatic door opening process, and the signal is identified as misoperation;
s506: the master control judges that the operation is the misoperation, and waits for the next restart of the induction device;
s507: the induction area B receives the signal and transmits the signal to the main control, and the automatic door opening and closing operation is started from the preparation state to the execution state;
s508: judging misoperation, namely comparing signals of the induction area B and the induction area C (induction area corresponding to the third sensor) to judge; the sensing area of the sensing signal B is judged by misoperation, the judging logic of the user operation mode exists, when a user opens the door body, a certain pressure feeling can be generated when the user contacts the handle of the refrigerator, when the user wants to manually open the door, the use force is large, and the pressure feeling generated in the sensing area B is also large. Whether the door is opened or closed in a manual mode or an automatic door opening mode is judged according to the pressure in the sensing area B. The sensing area B is provided with a maximum pressure threshold G, when a user opens the door, the sensing area B generates pressure G1, if G1 is larger than G, namely G1 exceeds the maximum threshold, the execution of an automatic door opening and closing instruction of the refrigerator is cancelled, the execution process of the automatic door opening and closing is closed, and the refrigerator door body is opened manually. When G1 is less than or equal to G, namely when the execution logic of the automatic door opening and closing operation is determined to be normally operated, the pressure feeling judgment of the induction area B and the induction area C is carried out, the induction area C is positioned on the surface of the door body and senses the pressure feeling in the operation process, and when a user prepares to pull open the refrigerator door, the misoperation judgment is carried out;
s509: the master control judges the misoperation, cancels the door opening instruction and waits for the next judgment instruction;
s510: the signal accords with the automatic door opening instruction, the lighting device is full bright, the sound device reminds, and the refrigerator door body automatically opens the door. If the pressure in the sensing area B is larger than that in the sensing area C, the fact that the user slightly pulls the door body is judged, the automatic door opening mechanism opens the door body for correct operation of automatic door opening, and the voice device gives a prompt. Namely, when the sensor senses corresponding action, the triggering signal is sent to the master control, after the execution signal is sent, the light source conducts full-bright prompt, the voice device conducts voice prompt, the refrigerator triggers the automatic door opening, and the refrigerator door automatically opens the door body according to the door opening signal.
In the process of executing the automatic door opening instruction, the voice prompt of the voice device has certain change, and different voices are adopted according to different commands, for example, the voice device reminds a user to avoid a door body of a refrigerator in the process of opening the door, and reminds the user of needing to operate again in the case of wrong operation.
The linear light source on the handle area plays a role in indication, and each door body can be provided with the linear light source. When a user stretches out a hand to a handle, a preparation state is triggered, meanwhile, light is lightened and flickers in a breathing mode, the next command of the main control is waited, a B area sensing signal is received within T seconds of the main control to conduct misoperation judgment, an area light source is normally lightened at the moment, and if the B area sensing signal is not received, the light is extinguished. In the misoperation judgment, if the operation is correct, the lamplight is continuously on, and the lamplight is turned off S seconds after the automatic door opening is finished; if the operation is an error operation, the flash operation is turned off after S1 seconds.
The invention has the advantages that the automatic door opening control of the refrigerator is mainly characterized by judging misoperation, the invention avoids the generation of misoperation by utilizing multi-point reminding and multi-signal triggering, avoids the bad phenomenon that a refrigerator door body is automatically opened due to inadvertent invalid operation of a user to a great extent, has strong interference elimination capability, can accurately execute automatic door opening action according to the requirement of the user and improves the use experience of the user.
