Currently, the enteral nutrition pump on the market is mainly driven by peristaltic wheels, and the motor is generally a direct current brushless motor or a direct current brush motor, and has a characteristic no matter the brush motor or the brushless motor is used, the running speed is easily influenced by the load, and the load of the enteral nutrition pump is continuously fluctuated in the process of conveying the nutrient solution. Therefore, in the actual use process, the continuous fluctuation load can influence the running speed of the motor, and further influence the feeding precision of the enteral nutrition pump.
And peristaltic wheel driven enteral nutrition pump, the nutrition tube used is silica gel tube, the possible length of different brands of nutrition tube is different. And even the nutrition tube of the same brand, the silica gel tube can be softened along with the increase of time in use, and the length of the silica gel tube can be correspondingly prolonged. Thus, different brands and usage times of the feeding tube can also lead to load variations.
However, the existing enteral nutrition pumps on the market do not consider the above characteristics, so that the enteral nutrition pump does not control the feeding speed well, so that the estimated feeding speed deviates from the actual feeding speed, and the feeding accuracy of the enteral nutrition pump is low.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of an enteral feeding pump, comprising:
Step S100, monitoring the current single delivery time length of the enteral nutrition pump;
Specifically, in this embodiment, the enteral nutrition pump adopts a discontinuous infusion control mode, and the motor of the enteral nutrition pump drives the peristaltic wheel to rotate for a period of time (for example, the peristaltic wheel rotates for one circle), then pauses for a period of time, and circulates in this way in turn, thereby completing the whole feeding process. The discontinuous transfusion control mode can simulate the gastrointestinal absorption of a person when the person normally eats (namely, the person eats one mouth, pauses and eats one mouth again), so that the comfort of the person when the person uses the device is ensured, and the device is more friendly to the person. The current single delivery time of the enteral nutrition pump, namely the time required by the enteral nutrition pump to deliver the nutrient solution to the patient at a current time, can be obtained by periodically monitoring the delivery process of the enteral nutrition pump.
Still further, the step S100 further includes the steps of:
step S110, monitoring the rotation time of a motor of the enteral nutrition pump when the enteral nutrition pump conveys a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, and taking the rotation time as the current single conveying time.
Specifically, the preset single feeding amount may be a single feeding amount of the nutrient solution preset by a manufacturer, or may be a single feeding amount set by a user according to actual needs. The rotation time of the motor of the enteral nutrition pump can be calculated by means of the timer function of the MCU (Microcontroller Unit, micro-control unit) of the enteral nutrition pump when the enteral nutrition pump delivers a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution. For example, when the enteral feeding pump delivers a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, the motor rotates one turn, and the time for the motor to rotate one turn can be calculated through the timer function. The rotational time period may then be taken as the current single delivery time period. In this embodiment, the rotation time length of the motor when the enteral nutrition pump conveys the preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution is used as the current single transportation time length, so that the current single transportation time length can be monitored without complicated monitoring equipment, the convenience of monitoring the current single transportation time length is improved, and additional hardware cost is not required to be increased.
Step 200, calculating a current single intermittent time length according to a preset single feeding time length and the current single conveying time length, wherein the preset single feeding time length is the sum of the current single conveying time length and the current single intermittent time length;
Specifically, the preset single feeding time period may be a single feeding time period required for completing the total feeding amount at a preset feeding speed and a preset single feeding amount, or may be a time period set by a user according to actual needs. The preset single feeding time length is the sum of the current single conveying time length and the current single intermittent time length. Calculating a time length difference value between a preset single feeding time length and the single conveying time length, and taking the time length difference value as a current single intermittent time length. I.e. the current single intermittent time period t 2 is equal to the preset single feeding time period t minus the current single delivery time period t 1. For example, the preset single feeding duration t is 5s, and the monitored current single conveying duration t 1 is 2s, and then the current single intermittent duration t 2 =5-2=3 s.
Further, the step S200 includes the following steps:
Step S210, obtaining total feeding amount, and calculating a preset single feeding duration according to the total feeding amount, the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount.
Specifically, the preset feeding speed may be a feeding speed set by the user according to actual requirements, and the preset single feeding amount may be a feeding amount set by the user according to actual requirements, or may be a single feeding amount of the enteral nutrition pump preset by a manufacturer, for example, an amount of the nutritional liquid output by a peristaltic wheel rotating for one week. After the total feeding amount of the nutrient solution is obtained, the total feeding time length can be obtained according to the total feeding amount and the preset feeding speed, then the total feeding times can be obtained according to the total feeding amount and the preset single feeding amount, and finally the preset single feeding time length can be calculated according to the total feeding time length and the total feeding times. In this embodiment, the preset single feeding duration is calculated according to the total feeding amount, the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount, and the user can control the preset single feeding duration by setting the corresponding total feeding amount, the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount.
Still further, step S210 further includes the steps of:
step S211, obtaining total feeding amount, and calculating total feeding duration according to the total feeding amount and preset feeding speed;
Step S212, calculating the total feeding times according to the total feeding amount and the preset single feeding amount;
Step S213, calculating a preset single feeding duration according to the total feeding duration and the total feeding times.
Specifically, the total feeding amount of the nutrient solution may be obtained according to the total feeding amount information input by the user through the input unit. And calculating the total feeding time according to the total feeding amount and the preset feeding speed, calculating the total feeding times according to the total feeding amount and the preset single feeding amount, and finally calculating the preset single feeding time according to the total feeding time and the total feeding times. I.e. total feeding duration = total feeding amount/preset feeding rate; total number of feeds = total feed/preset single feed; preset single feeding duration = total feeding duration/total number of feeds.
For example, the total feeding amount is 200mL, the preset feeding speed is 60mL/min, and the preset single feeding amount is 5mL. Total feeding duration = total feeding amount/preset feeding rate = 200/60 = 3 minutes 20 seconds; total number of feeds = total feed/preset single feed = 200/5 = 40 times; preset single feeding duration = total feeding duration/total feeding number = 200 seconds/40 = 5 seconds.
And step S300, controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to intermittently operate according to the current single intermittent time length.
Specifically, the intermittent operation of the motor of the enteral feeding pump may be controlled according to the current single intermittent time period. After the nutrient solution of the preset single feeding amount is delivered, the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to stop until the stop time reaches the Shan Cijian stop time, and then the next flow of delivering the nutrient solution is carried out, namely the nutrient solution of the preset single feeding amount is delivered, and the step S100 is executed.
Still further, step S300 includes the steps of:
step S310, after the enteral nutrition pump conveys a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, controlling a motor of the enteral nutrition pump to stop running, and counting the stop time of the motor to stop running;
And step S311, controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to continue to run after the pause duration reaches the current single pause duration.
Specifically, after the enteral nutrition pump conveys the preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, the motor of the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to stop running, and the stop time of the motor to stop running is counted through the timer function of the MCU. And controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to continue to run after the pause time reaches the current single pause time. So that the enteral feeding pump performs the next feeding procedure, i.e., feeding a predetermined single feeding amount of the feeding solution, and performs step S100.
In a first embodiment of the invention, the current single delivery duration of a single feeding amount of nutrient solution is preset by monitoring the enteral feeding pump; calculating the current single intermittent time length according to the difference value between the preset single feeding time length and the current single conveying time length; and controlling the intermittent operation of the motor of the enteral nutrition pump according to the current single intermittent time length. According to the method, the current single intermittent time length is calculated according to the difference value between the preset single feeding time length and the current single conveying time length, so that the sum of the current single conveying time length and the current single intermittent time length is always the preset single feeding time length, and therefore on the premise that the preset single feeding time length and the preset single feeding amount are unchanged, the feeding speed of the nutrient solution is kept unchanged, and the feeding precision of the enteral nutrition pump is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling an enteral nutrition pump, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, wherein after the step of stopping the time period until the current single time period is reached, the method further includes:
Step S320, counting the current feeding times of the enteral nutrition pump, and obtaining the total feeding times;
step S330, judging whether the current feeding times reach the total feeding times;
Step S331, if the total feeding times are reached, controlling the enteral nutrition pump to stop running;
And step S332, if the total feeding times are not reached, controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to continue to operate.
Specifically, after the pause duration reaches the current single pause duration, the current feeding times of the enteral nutrition pump may be counted, and a total feeding time may be obtained. Of course, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that statistics may also be made when the dwell time reaches the Shan Cijian dwell time, or after the motor controlling the enteral feeding pump has been suspended. Then, it is determined whether the feeding process of the enteral feeding pump has ended by judging whether the current feeding number reaches the total feeding number. If the current feeding times reach the total feeding times, the feeding process of the enteral nutrition pump is finished, the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to stop running, and a prompt sound can be sent out to prompt the user that the feeding process is finished. If the current feeding times do not reach the total feeding times, which indicates that the feeding process of the enteral nutrition pump is not finished yet, the motor of the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to continue to operate so as to enable the enteral nutrition pump to carry out the next flow of nutrient solution conveying. In this embodiment, when the current feeding frequency reaches the total feeding frequency, the enteral nutrition pump is controlled to stop running, so that the workload of a user is reduced, and the convenience of the enteral nutrition pump in use is improved.
Still further, the method of controlling an enteral feeding pump further comprises:
Step S410, monitoring the running state information of the enteral nutrition pump;
Step S411, when the operation state information is an abnormal operation state, outputting a preset prompting message.
In particular, the manufacturer may preset the abnormal conditions, which may include an abnormal scenario when the enteral feeding pump is abnormally operated. For example, when the current feeding frequency does not reach the total feeding frequency, the enteral nutrition pump stops running, or when the current feeding frequency exceeds the total feeding frequency, the enteral nutrition pump still runs in abnormal situations. And judging whether the enteral nutrition pump is in an abnormal operation state according to a preset abnormal condition, and obtaining operation state information. The operation state information may include a normal operation state and an abnormal operation state. When the operation state information is in an abnormal operation state, the operation of the enteral nutrition pump is abnormal, and preset prompt information can be output. The expression form of the preset prompt information can be one or a combination of more of voice, characters, images and the like. In this embodiment, by monitoring the operation state of the enteral nutrition pump, the operation state of the enteral nutrition pump can be prompted when the enteral nutrition pump is abnormally operated, so that a user can timely treat the abnormal situation, and convenience and safety of the enteral nutrition pump during use are improved.
