A foldable cable component for a lifting platform comprises a fixed base 1, a cable sorting box 2, a connecting cable 3, an installation platform 4, a sealing frame 5, a cable folding component 6, a cable sorting component 7 and a matching support 8, wherein the cable sorting box 2 is installed at the top of the fixed base 1 and is used for sorting cables so that the cables are contained in the cable sorting box 2 to be better protected, the cable folding component 6 is arranged at the top of the cable sorting box 2 in a rotating structure and is used for adjusting the position of the connecting cable 3, the cable sorting component 7 and the matching support 8 can be vertical or horizontal when in use, different limiting effects are achieved, the cable sorting component 7 and the matching support 8 are both arranged in an inner cavity of the cable sorting box 2 and are matched with each other to achieve position adjustment of the connecting cable 3, the connecting cable 3 penetrates through the cable sorting box 2, the cable folding component 6, the cable sorting component 7 and the matching support 8, the top of connecting cable 3 is worn to establish to mounting platform 4, and sealing frame 5 welds in mounting platform 4's bottom, and mounting platform 4 is lift platform when in actual use for sealing frame 5 can go up and down along with mounting platform 4's lift, is used for forming the space of relative seal at the top of cable arrangement case 2, is used for better protecting connecting cable 3 when letting in nitrogen gas or dry gas.
The cable folding assembly 6 is specifically structured on the basis of the embodiments 1 and 2, as shown in fig. 5, the cable folding assembly 6 includes a rotation control base 6-1 with a built-in motor, a rotation bracket 6-2 and a cable penetrating ring 6-3, the rotation control base 6-1 is installed on the top of the cable arranging box 2, the rotation bracket 6-2 is installed between the two rotation control bases 6-1 and is controlled by the built-in motor, and the cable penetrating ring 6-3 is welded on the side wall of the rotation bracket 6-2.
When the device is in practical use, the position of the rotating bracket 6-2 is adjusted by using the motor arranged in the rotating control seat 6-1, so that the rotating bracket 6-2 can be in a vertical state, the limiting effect is achieved on the connecting cable 3, so that the connecting cable 3 is in an unfolded state and is used after the lifting platform is lifted, when the lifting platform is not used after falling down, the rotating bracket 6-2 can be controlled to rotate to the horizontal state to present a folded state, at the moment, the connecting cable 3 can be arranged among the cable arranging box 2, the cable folding component 6, the cable arranging component 7 and the matching bracket 8 in a bent state in a penetrating way, the matching of all the components can effectively arrange the connecting cable 3, the connecting cable 3 is not greatly bent, the inner cable core can be better protected, and the service life of the connecting cable 3 is prolonged.
As a technical optimization scheme of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the connection cable 3 is inserted into the cable insertion ring 6-3, the connection cable 3 inserted from the left cable folding assembly 6 is wound around the cable guide rod 7-4 on the right side, and the connection cable 3 inserted from the right cable folding assembly 6 is wound around the cable guide rod 7-4 on the left side, so that more parts of the connection cable 3 are accommodated in the cable sorting box 2, and more connection cables 3 can be sorted when the cable sorting assembly 7 sorts the connection cables 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the two rotating brackets 6-2 are provided with the clamping grooves 6-4, the clamping grooves 6-4 provided on the two rotating brackets 6-2 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that when the two rotating brackets 6-2 rotate to the horizontal state, the clamping grooves 6-4 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the two rotating brackets 6-2 can be clamped into the clamping grooves 6-4 of the other side without blocking, and the two rotating brackets 6-2 can be kept in the horizontal position.

A foldable cable component for a lifting platform comprises a fixed base 1, a cable sorting box 2, a connecting cable 3, an installation platform 4, a sealing frame 5, a cable folding component 6, a cable sorting component 7 and a matching support 8, wherein the cable sorting box 2 is installed at the top of the fixed base 1 and is used for sorting cables so that the cables are contained in the cable sorting box 2 to be better protected, the cable folding component 6 is arranged at the top of the cable sorting box 2 in a rotating structure and is used for adjusting the position of the connecting cable 3, the cable sorting component 7 and the matching support 8 can be vertical or horizontal when in use, different limiting effects are achieved, the cable sorting component 7 and the matching support 8 are both arranged in an inner cavity of the cable sorting box 2 and are matched with each other to achieve position adjustment of the connecting cable 3, the connecting cable 3 penetrates through the cable sorting box 2, the cable folding component 6, the cable sorting component 7 and the matching support 8, the top of connecting cable 3 is worn to establish to mounting platform 4, and sealing frame 5 welds in mounting platform 4's bottom, and mounting platform 4 is lift platform when in actual use for sealing frame 5 can go up and down along with mounting platform 4's lift, is used for forming the space of relative seal at the top of cable arrangement case 2, is used for better protecting connecting cable 3 when letting in nitrogen gas or dry gas.
In the present embodiment, the bottom structure of the mounting platform 4 is customized on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a nitrogen box 10 and a drying box 11 are respectively installed on two sides of the bottom of the mounting platform 4, the air outlet ends of the nitrogen box 10 and the drying box 11 are both connected with the sealing frame 5 through a pipeline, compressed nitrogen is stored in the nitrogen box 10, an air blower and a drying agent are arranged in the drying box 11, the drying agent is located between the air blower and an air inlet, and the air outlet direction of the air blower faces the sealing frame 5.
When the embodiment is actually used, the nitrogen box 10 is used for filling nitrogen into the sealing frame 5 to play a role in cooling and fire prevention, the blower in the drying box 11 is used for filling dry gas into the sealing frame 5 to dry the surface of the connecting cable 3, and after the sealing frame 5 falls down and covers the two rotating supports 6-2, the nitrogen or the dried gas can be controlled to be filled in, so that the connecting cable 3 in the sealing frame 5 can be better protected.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, as shown in FIG. 7, a cable surface maintenance assembly 12 is fixedly installed in a sealing frame 5, the cable surface maintenance assembly 12 comprises a second motor 12-1, an adjusting screw 12-2, a cleaning solution storage tank 12-3, an injection port 12-4 and a sponge brush 12-5, the second motor 12-1 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the bottom of an installation platform 4, one end of the adjusting screw 12-2 is arranged at the bottom of the installation platform 4 through a rotating seat, and the other end of the adjusting screw 12-2 is connected with an output shaft of the second motor 12-1.
In practical use of the present embodiment, the second motor 12-1 is turned on to drive the adjusting screw 12-2 to rotate, and the adjusting screw 12-2 rotates to drive the cleaning solution storage tank 12-3 to move.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, as shown in FIG. 8, a cleaning solution storage tank 12-3 is mounted on an adjusting screw 12-2 in a threaded manner, the top of the cleaning solution storage tank 12-3 is attached to the lower part of a mounting platform 4, the top of the cleaning solution storage tank 12-3 is provided with an injection port 12-4, a sponge brush 12-5 is arranged on a liquid outlet pipe at the bottom of the cleaning solution storage tank 12-3, and an electric control valve is arranged in the liquid outlet pipe.
When this embodiment is in actual use, the interior storage of cleaning solution storage tank 12-3 is with the cleaning solution of sufficient, through the discharge of the automatically controlled valve control cleaning solution in the play liquid pipe, and when in actual use, connecting cable 3 just can obtain smearing of cleaning solution when passing through sponge brush 12-5 to play surperficial clean maintenance.

Claims (10)
1. A collapsible cable assembly that lift platform was used which characterized in that: comprises a fixed base (1), a cable sorting box (2), a connecting cable (3), a mounting platform (4), a sealing frame (5), a cable folding component (6), a cable sorting component (7) and a matching bracket (8), the cable arranging box (2) is arranged at the top of the fixed base (1), the cable folding assembly (6) is arranged on the top of the cable arranging box (2) in a rotating structure, the cable arranging component (7) and the matching bracket (8) are both arranged in the inner cavity of the cable arranging box (2), the connecting cable (3) is arranged among the cable arranging box (2), the cable folding component (6), the cable arranging component (7) and the matching bracket (8) in a penetrating way, the top of the connecting cable (3) is arranged on the top of the mounting platform (4) in a penetrating way, the sealing frame (5) is welded at the bottom of the mounting platform (4).

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cable arranging component (7) and the matching support (8) are arranged on two sides of an inner cavity of the cable arranging box (2) respectively, a cable guide rod (7-4) is arranged between the cable arranging component (7) and the matching support (8), a limiting groove (7-5) is formed in the cable guide rod (7-4), and the connecting cable (3) is wound through the limiting groove (7-5).

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cable sorting assembly (7) comprises a first motor (7-1), a bidirectional lead screw (7-2) and a sliding seat (7-3), the first motor (7-1) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the cable sorting box (2), one end of the bidirectional lead screw (7-2) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the cable sorting box (2), the other end of the bidirectional lead screw (7-2) is connected with an output shaft of the first motor (7-1), and the sliding seat (7-3) is installed on two threaded portions of the bidirectional lead screw (7-2).

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the matching support (8) comprises a sliding rod (8-1) and a sliding plate (8-2), two ends of the sliding rod (8-1) are welded to two sides of the inner wall of the cable sorting box (2), the sliding plate (8-2) penetrates through the sliding rod (8-1), and the cable guide rod (7-4) is arranged between the sliding seat (7-3) and the sliding plate (8-2).

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the cable folding assembly (6) comprises a rotation control seat (6-1) with a built-in motor, a rotation support (6-2) and a cable penetrating ring (6-3), wherein the rotation control seat (6-1) is installed at the top of the cable sorting box (2), the rotation support (6-2) is installed between the two rotation control seats (6-1) and is controlled by the built-in motor, and the cable penetrating ring (6-3) is welded on the side wall of the rotation support (6-2).

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the connecting cable (3) penetrates through the cable penetrating ring (6-3), the connecting cable (3) penetrating from the left side on the cable folding component (6) winds in the cable guide rod (7-4) arranged on the right side, and the connecting cable (3) penetrating from the right side on the cable folding component (6) winds in the cable guide rod (7-4) arranged on the left side.
7. A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the rotary supports (6-2) are provided with clamping grooves (6-4), and the clamping grooves (6-4) formed in the two rotary supports (6-2) are arranged in a staggered manner.

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the air-conditioning system is characterized in that a nitrogen box (10) and a drying box (11) are respectively installed on two sides of the bottom of the installation platform (4), the air outlet ends of the nitrogen box (10) and the drying box (11) are connected with the sealing frame (5) through pipelines, compressed nitrogen is stored in the nitrogen box (10), an air blower and a drying agent are arranged in the drying box (11), the drying agent is located between the air blower and an air inlet, and the air outlet direction of the air blower faces towards the sealing frame (5).

A collapsible cable assembly for a lifting platform as claimed in claim 9, wherein: cleaning solution bin (12-3) screw thread is installed adjust on lead screw (12-2), the top of cleaning solution bin (12-3) with mounting platform (4) below laminating, the top of cleaning solution bin (12-3) sets up filling opening (12-4), sponge brush (12-5) set up on the bottom drain pipe of cleaning solution bin (12-3), be provided with electric control valve in the drain pipe.
