Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽油机防积炭添加剂,其组分和含量(质量%)是:有机胺9-11,脂肪酸3-6,醇类8-12,溶纤剂8-12,稀土盐8-12,乳化剂2-4,烃类42-62,其显著优点是除炭效率高,对金属无腐蚀现象,在汽油中稳定可靠。该添加剂可广泛用于汽油机中防炭除炭。
Description
本发明涉及一种汽油添加剂,特别是一种汽油机防积炭添加剂。
汽油机是内燃型汽油发动机的简称。当汽油在气缸中燃烧时,由于燃烧不完全等原因,至使在气缸盖、活塞、火花塞及排气系统产生一定量的炭沉积。这种炭沉积现象会严重影响汽油机的运转,浪费动力,使得汽油机达不到正常规定运行性能,造成机械损环。常用的维修方法是拆开被污的系统零件,用硬性工具把积炭层刮下来,再进一步用金属清洗剂及刷子清洗干净。这种方法有损于机器,且耗时费力。
本发明的目的是提供一种汽油机防积炭添加剂,该添加剂利用化学方法防止汽油燃烧时产生炭,并能自动清除已产生的炭沉积。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:选用适当的组份和含量调配成汽油机防积炭添加剂,其组份和含量(质量%)是:有机胺9-11,脂肪酸3-6,醇类8-12,溶纤剂8-12,稀土盐8-12,乳化剂2-4,烃类42-62。其工艺流程是按规定的配比选取醇类和乳化剂进行混合,再选择有机胺、溶纤剂和脂肪酸进行混合,将上述两组混合物进行混合,然后加入稀土盐进行混合,再加入煤油进行混合,最后进行包装。该添加剂防炭除炭的机理:当汽油在缸中燃烧时,汽油分子氧化成二氧化碳、一氧化碳及水,同时释放了大量的热量。由于汽油机运行情况的多变性,如车速、坡度等使得汽油机气缸中进油量瞬息变化而造成汽油分子氧化不完全,结果产生积炭现象。这种积炭层的成份很复杂,有液相炭或固相碳两者交织组成,附着于气缸内表面,从而影响汽油机的性能及作功效率。本发明的添加剂中有效成份从物理及化学两方面进行除炭作用。其物理方面是有机胺、醇类、乳化剂、羧酸、烃类能松动及溶解一部分积炭层,其化学方面是稀土金属离子的催化活性使积炭层转化为二氧化碳、一氧化碳而从尾气管中排除。使用的方法是按一定的比例加入汽油中,通常按1∶100比例加入汽油中,当汽油机在运行时,添加剂能防止汽油燃烧时产生炭,并能自动清除已产生的炭沉积,避免缸盖、活塞、火花塞、排气管等处的炭积现象,因而确保汽油机正常的运行,节省了汽油,延长了汽油机使用寿命,革除了刮洗、清洗措施。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是除炭效率高,对金属无腐蚀现象,在汽油中稳定可靠。经江苏省日用化学品检测站检定结果如下表:

本发明由以下的实施例进一步描述:
实施例1:所谓汽油机防积炭添加剂,其成份和配比(质量)分别是:三乙醇胺10%,油酸5%,丁醇10%,乙二醇一丁醚8%,环烷酸稀土10%,OP-102%,煤油55%。其工艺过程是:首先把丁醇和OP-10乳化剂搅拌混和,再把三乙醇胺、乙二醇一丁醚及油酸搅拌混和。进一步再把上述的两组混和液搅拌混合成一个混合液,最后把煤油加入混合液中,经测定PH值及密度合格后获得产品,使用方法是:按1∶100=添加剂∶汽油的质量比例直接加至油箱中,和汽油一起进入燃烧系统,在汽油机连续运行100km后,便可明显观察到汽油机内无炭沉积,排烟孔无炭尾气排出,并且动力显著提高。
实施例2:工艺过程和使用方法与实施例1相同,其组份和配比分别是:二乙醇胺10%,亚油酸5%,异丙醇10%,二甘醇-丁醚10%,环烷酸稀土10%,OP-10 4%,二甲苯51%。
