Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of a phoxim pour-on preparation, and particularly relates to a compound phoxim pour-on preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pour-on formulation, veterinary formulation for combating animal parasites. The pesticide or the anthelmintic is prepared into a liquid medicine which is absorbed through skin penetration, and is poured along the back of the animal to repel and kill ecto-parasites such as the cattle flies and the lice, such as organophosphorus pouring agents such as coumaphos, trichlorfon, fenthion and the like. Phoxim is an organophosphorus pesticide, has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum, long pesticide residual period and the like, has strong contact poisoning and stomach poisoning effects on pests, and can be used for treating various ectoparasite diseases of livestock, such as dermatomyza bovis seu Bubali, sheep mite, pig mite, pellagra scabies and the like; it can also kill mosquito, fly, tick, louse, bedbug and cockroach, and has toxicity to other pesticide. However, long-term use of chemical pesticides will cause serious environmental pollution and increase the drug resistance of pests, so the development of botanical pesticides with the advantages of broad-spectrum insecticidal spectrum, low toxicity, difficult generation of drug resistance, good environmental compatibility and the like is the focus of current research.
The plant essential oil is extracted from flower, leaf, root, bark, fruit, seed, resin, etc. of herbaceous plant by distillation and squeezing. Essential oils have antimicrobial preservative components, and thus have antimicrobial, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. The essential oil is helpful for strengthening the immune system of the body and resisting attack of various germs and viruses. The plant essential oil shows various action modes such as contact killing, fumigation, repelling, luring, eating refusing, ovicidal, growth development inhibiting, oviposition avoiding and the like on insects and mites, and particularly has a strong action effect on insects with low ossification degree.
Patent document CN201710325955.8 discloses a pesticide synergistic composition containing camphor tree leaf essential oil and phoxim, but the source of the essential oil is limited to camphor tree leaves.
