Description

Compound phoxim pour-on agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of a phoxim pour-on preparation, and particularly relates to a compound phoxim pour-on preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pour-on formulation, veterinary formulation for combating animal parasites. The pesticide or the anthelmintic is prepared into a liquid medicine which is absorbed through skin penetration, and is poured along the back of the animal to repel and kill ecto-parasites such as the cattle flies and the lice, such as organophosphorus pouring agents such as coumaphos, trichlorfon, fenthion and the like. Phoxim is an organophosphorus pesticide, has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum, long pesticide residual period and the like, has strong contact poisoning and stomach poisoning effects on pests, and can be used for treating various ectoparasite diseases of livestock, such as dermatomyza bovis seu Bubali, sheep mite, pig mite, pellagra scabies and the like; it can also kill mosquito, fly, tick, louse, bedbug and cockroach, and has toxicity to other pesticide. However, long-term use of chemical pesticides will cause serious environmental pollution and increase the drug resistance of pests, so the development of botanical pesticides with the advantages of broad-spectrum insecticidal spectrum, low toxicity, difficult generation of drug resistance, good environmental compatibility and the like is the focus of current research.
The plant essential oil is extracted from flower, leaf, root, bark, fruit, seed, resin, etc. of herbaceous plant by distillation and squeezing. Essential oils have antimicrobial preservative components, and thus have antimicrobial, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. The essential oil is helpful for strengthening the immune system of the body and resisting attack of various germs and viruses. The plant essential oil shows various action modes such as contact killing, fumigation, repelling, luring, eating refusing, ovicidal, growth development inhibiting, oviposition avoiding and the like on insects and mites, and particularly has a strong action effect on insects with low ossification degree.
Patent document CN201710325955.8 discloses a pesticide synergistic composition containing camphor tree leaf essential oil and phoxim, but the source of the essential oil is limited to camphor tree leaves.

Azone is added as a penetration enhancer of the sterilizing and pesticide.
The emulsifier is one or a mixture of more of tween, span, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol ethoxylate and isopropyl myristate, and the surface tension between emulsions is improved by adding the emulsifier to form a uniform and stable dispersion system.
Preferably, the solvent is one or a mixture of several of ethanol, propanol, butanol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and glycerol.
A preparation method of a compound phoxim pour-on preparation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: dissolving phoxim and plant essential oil with a solvent;
s2: after dissolving, adding azone and emulsifier and placing in a mixing kettle;
s3: and stirring uniformly to obtain a finished product.
Has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention provides a compound phoxim pour-on agent, which is prepared by adding plant essential oil into a formula, wherein the plant essential oil is used for replacing a traditional chemical pesticide reagent to avoid serious environmental pollution on one hand, and the essential oil has the characteristics of antibiosis, antimicrobial and antivirus on the other hand, the phoxim and the effective components of the plant essential oil are compounded, so that the actual prevention and treatment effect is improved, the using amount of pesticide is reduced, and the generation of resistance is delayed due to the synergistic effect between the formulas.
(2) The compound phoxim pour-on preparation provided by the invention covers the unpleasant odor of phoxim by adding the plant essential oil with aromatic odor, improves the drug resistance of treated animals, improves the treatment effect and improves the prevention and treatment cost performance.

the method comprises the following steps: 200 yaks are selected from a group of cattle with severe infection of the experimental animal with the maggots of the skin flies in the past year, wherein the number of the cattle is 55 in 0.5-0.7 years old, 55 in 0.7-1.5 years old and 55 in 1.5 years old; dividing 200 test cattle into 10 groups at random, wherein each group comprises 20 cattle, which are blank groups, comparative examples 1-3 and examples 4-7, the dosage of the phoxim pour-on agent in each group is 50mg/kg,
step two, the administration method is that each group of cattle is dosed head by head according to the formula weight (kg) ═ chest circumference (cm)2X soft italics (cm)/l0800]X 0.85 to calculate the body weight and the dosage based on the body weight. Pouring 4 medicines along the back midline head by head according to the designed dosage, marking head by head, and grazing the grass on the grassland. Observing the conditions of ingestion, spirit, defecation and the like of the test cattle after 7d of administration; control cattle were given placebo.
Step three, effect inspection: after the drug is applied to the yak in 9 th of 2020, the skin on the back of the yak in the test group and the yak in the control group are checked for the existence of the pimples and the wormholes in the middle 3 rd of the next year and in the last 5 th of the next month, and the results are calculated according to the following formula according to the increase, decrease and disappearance of the pimples and the wormholes, so that the control effect is evaluated. The cure rate (%) (number of cattle in control group one dose of uncured cattle)/number of cattle in control group x 100%; the anthelmintic rate (%) (average number of control nodules — average number of test nodules)/average number of control nodules × 100%. Insect repellent effect is shown in table 1:
