Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the instrument holder of the present invention is adapted to detachably connect a microphone 1 with a wind instrument 2. In the present embodiment, the wind instrument 2 is saxophone, and includes a tube wall 21 around an axis L. The tube wall 21 has a rim 211. The instrument holder comprises a first holding unit 3 and a second holding unit 4.
The first clamping unit 3 comprises a body 31, a clip member 32 displaceably arranged through the body 31 and adapted to clamp the microphone 1, and an elastic member 33.
The body 31 has an inner peripheral surface 312 defining a hole 311, an outer peripheral surface 313 opposite to the inner peripheral surface 312, an opening 314 extending from the inner peripheral surface 312 to the outer peripheral surface 313, and a stopper 315 (fig. 4) formed on the inner peripheral surface 312. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the duct 311 extends along a length direction X. In this embodiment, the limiting portion 315 (as shown in fig. 4) is a bump.
The clip 32 is movably disposed in the hole 311 of the body 31 along the length direction X, and has a recess 321 recessed from an outer surface, a stop portion 322 formed at one end of the recess 321, and an abutment portion 323 formed on the outer surface for abutting against the stop portion 315. In this embodiment, the abutting portion 323 is a bump made of plastic and capable of being slightly deformed by being pressed, and has a slope 326 facing the inner peripheral surface 312 of the body 31 and an abutting surface 327 facing the limiting portion 315. The inclined surface 326 is used for guiding the abutting portion 323 to pass through the limiting portion 315 during the pressing deformation when the clip 32 is inserted into the hole 311 along the length direction X. The abutment surface 327 is configured to abut against the limiting portion 315 after the bump passes through the limiting portion 315, so as to prevent the clip 32 from being separated from the hole 311.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the clip 32 is capable of being displaced along the length direction X and is capable of being displaced relative to the body 31 between a locking position (fig. 4) in which the blocking portion 322 is adjacent to and faces the opening 314 and defines a channel 324 with the body 31, and an open position (fig. 5) in which the blocking portion 322 is disengaged from the opening 314 and the notch 321 faces the opening 314 and defines an open space 325 with the opening 314.
The elastic component 33 is inserted into the hole 311 of the body 31 along the length direction X and is pressed against the space between the body 31 and the clip 32, so as to constantly generate a biasing force for positioning the clip 32 at the fastening position.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second clamping unit 4 includes a first clamping member 41 and a second clamping member 42 connected to the outer peripheral surface 313 of the body 31.
The first clamping member 41 extends from the body 31 in a width direction Y, and has a clamping surface 411 formed at an end remote from the body 31, and a recess 412 recessed from an outer surface toward the body 31. The clamping surface 411 is adapted to abut against an outer surface of the tube wall 21. The recess 412 is adapted to receive the rim 211 of the tube wall 21.
The second clamping member 42 is made of plastic layer coated metal sheet with elastic-plastic property, and has a connecting section 421 extending from the body 31 along the width direction Y, a clamping section 422 connected to the connecting section 421 and extending along a thickness direction Z, and an arc section 423 connected to the connecting section 421 and the clamping section 422 and having an arc opening facing the first clamping member 41. The clamping section 422 and the first clamping member 41 define a clamping space 424 that is open to one side and adapted for the tube wall 21 to pass through, and have a protrusion 425 formed on an inner surface and adapted to abut against the inner surface of the tube wall 21. The length direction X, the width direction Y, and the thickness direction Z are perpendicular to each other.
It should be noted that, by means of the elastoplasticity of the second clamping member 42, the clamping space 424 can be contracted and expanded during the deformation process of the clamping section 422, and by means of the arrangement of the arc-shaped section 423, the deformation range of the clamping section 422 can be increased, so that the clamping space 424 can be further expanded.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, when the microphone 1 is used to pick up the wind instrument 2, the clamping surface 411 of the first clamping member 41 is only required to abut against the outer surface of the tube wall 21 of the wind instrument 2 and the position adjacent to the rim 211, and then the second clamping unit 4 is rotated toward the axis L to insert a portion of the tube wall 21 into the clamping space 424 until the second clamping member 42 is forced to be fixed on the inner surface of the tube wall 21 of the wind instrument 2, and the protruding portion 425 abuts against the inner surface of the tube wall 21. Therefore, the annular edge 211 of the pipe wall 21 can be received by the concave portion 412 of the first clamping member 41, and the clamping space 424 can be scaled by the elastoplasticity of the second clamping member 42 in cooperation with the thickness of the pipe wall 21, so that the first clamping member 41 and the second clamping member 42 clamp the pipe wall 21 to be stably positioned on the wind instrument 2.
Then, the clip 32 is pressed against the biasing force of the elastic component 33, so that the clip 32 is displaced to the open position along the length direction X, so that the microphone 1 can be easily inserted into the recess 321 with the recess 321 and the opening 314 defining the open space 325, and then, the clip 32 can be displaced to the fastening position along the length direction X by the biasing force of the elastic component 33 only by releasing the clip 32, so that the microphone 1 is clamped between the stop portion 322 and the body 31 and is limited in the channel 324, thereby the microphone 1 is stably positioned in the second clamping unit 4 by the first clamping unit 3, and can be displaced along with the wind instrument 2, and radio is performed.
When the microphone 1 is to be detached, the microphone 1 can be taken out from the open space 325 by pressing the clip 32 to the open position, and the second clamping unit 4 can be pushed by the pipe wall 21 to expand the clamping space 424 by pulling the second clamping member 42 in the opposite direction to the wind instrument 2, so that the second clamping unit 4 is separated from the wind instrument 2.
From the above description, the advantages of the foregoing embodiments can be summarized as follows:
1. According to the invention, the microphone 1 can be firmly clamped and positioned on the wind instrument 2 through simple pressing and buckling actions under the condition that other tools or screwing actions are not needed by the first clamping unit 3 and the second clamping unit 4 through special structures, so that the wind instrument 2 is quite convenient to use and operate, and the microphone can move along with the wind instrument 2, and further the sound receiving quality of the microphone 1 is improved.
2. Importantly, according to the present invention, the elastic-plastic property of the second clamping member 42 and the special space configuration of the first clamping member 41 enable the second clamping unit 4 to be matched with different pipe wall 21 thicknesses to scale the clamping space 424, so as to be applicable to wind instruments 2 of different sizes or different forms.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
