背景技术
液力传动油又称自动变速器油(ATF)或自动传动油,用于由液力变矩器、液力偶合器和机械变速器构成的车辆自动变速器中作为工作介质,借助液体的动能起传递能量的作用。液力传动油作为工作介质不仅传递动力,而且还用以润滑轴承和齿轮,同时又是滑差热的载体,带走热量。液力传动油的性能直接关系到液力元件的可靠性、传动效率和使用寿命。
液力传动油是高级别的润滑油品种,目前已被广泛应用于机床、装载机、汽车、工矿设备、机器人、农业机械等领域。但是,目前也普遍存在一个问题,那就是液力传动油对密封件有收缩作用,长时间使用容易造成滴漏,轻则影响润滑传动效果,重则引起工作失灵、导致事故。

要解决的技术问题:本发明针对目前液力传动油在应用中对密封件有收缩作用,容易造成滴漏,引起工作失灵、导致事故的技术问题,本发明采用弹性体兼容材料,能够在润滑油对密封件产生收缩作用时,对其进行弹性密封,防止造成润滑油滴漏。

优选的,所述基础油为100N加氢基础油和/或150N加氢基础油。
优选的,所述弹性体兼容材料为烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的混合物。
优选的,所述烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的体积比为1:1:3。
优选的,所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;
(2)加入5mL十二烷基苯磺酸钙,在75℃下保温30min;
(3)经去离子洗涤2次后,经减压蒸馏获得改性端羟基液体橡胶。
优选的,所述消泡剂为甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油。
优选的,所述极压抗磨剂为硫化异烯烃、氨基硫代酯、异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺中的一种或几种。

2.本发明采用烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶三者复配的方式,弥补三者各自的不足,发挥各自的优点,更有利于弹性密封。
3.本发明采用改性的端羟基液体橡胶,通过引入金属氧化物使端羟基液体橡胶带有羟基,与含有亲油基团的有机物有效地结合起来,使其具有很好的亲油性,能够在基础油中获得更好的分散性。
4.本发明也可以在矿物油配方和合成型配方中应用。

一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括:烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的混合物3.0%、乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物HC-100 5%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯2.0%、甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油5.0ppm、N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺5.0ppm、硫化异烯烃1.0%、亚磷酸二正丁酯1.0%、烷基二苯胺0.2%、KT5023 1.0%、苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑0.02%、100N加氢基础油余量;其中,烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的体积比为1:1:3。所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;
(2)加入5mL十二烷基苯磺酸钙,在75℃下保温30min;

所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;

(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;
(2)加入5mL十二烷基苯磺酸钙,在75℃下保温30min;
(3)经去离子洗涤2次后,经减压蒸馏获得改性端羟基液体橡胶。
实施例5
一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括:烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的混合物7.0%、乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物HC-100 15.0%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯5.0%、甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油10.0ppm、N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺100ppm、氨基硫代酯2.5%、亚磷酸二正丁酯1.5%、辛丁基二苯胺0.8%、KT5023 2.5%、苯并三氮唑0.07%、150N加氢基础油余量;其中,烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的体积比为1:1:3。
所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;
(2)加入5mL十二烷基苯磺酸钙,在75℃下保温30min;
(3)经去离子洗涤2次后,经减压蒸馏获得改性端羟基液体橡胶。
实施例6
一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括:烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的混合物8.0%、乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物HC-100 20.0%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯6.0%、甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油15.0ppm、N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺150ppm、异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺3.0%、磷酸三甲酚酯2.0%、对,对-二异辛基二苯胺1.0%、KT50232.6%、甲基苯并三氮唑0.09%、100N加氢基础油和150N加氢基础油余量;其中,烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的体积比为1:1:3;100N加氢基础油和150N加氢基础油的体积比为1:1。
所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;

本实施例与实施例6的差别在于不含有烷基萘和二烷基苯,具体的:
一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括:改性端羟基液体橡胶8.0%、乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物HC-100 20.0%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯6.0%、甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油15.0ppm、N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺150ppm、异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺3.0%、磷酸三甲酚酯2.0%、对,对-二异辛基二苯胺1.0%、KT5023 2.6%、甲基苯并三氮唑0.09%、100N加氢基础油和150N加氢基础油余量;其中,100N加氢基础油和150N加氢基础油的体积比为1:1。所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;

本实施例与实施例5的差别在于不含有弹性体兼容材料,具体的:
一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括:乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物HC-10020.0%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯6.0%、甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油15.0ppm、N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺150ppm、异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺3.0%、磷酸三甲酚酯2.0%、对,对-二异辛基二苯胺1.0%、KT50232.6%、甲基苯并三氮唑0.09%、100N加氢基础油和150N加氢基础油余量;其中,100N加氢基础油和150N加氢基础油的体积比为1:1。
所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述弹性体兼容材料为烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述烷基萘、二烷基苯和改性端羟基液体橡胶的体积比为1:1:3。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述改性端羟基液体橡胶的制备方法为:
(1)取500mL端羟基液体橡胶,加入10ml浓度为10%的四氯化钛溶液,加热至50℃,同时边搅拌边缓慢滴加20mL 2mol/L的NaOH溶液,调节pH至8.5,在30min内滴加完毕,反应完毕再保温30min;
(2)加入5mL十二烷基苯磺酸钙,在75℃下保温30min;
(3)经去离子洗涤2次后,经减压蒸馏获得改性端羟基液体橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为甲基硅油酯或/和含氟硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为硫化异烯烃、氨基硫代酯、异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为亚磷酸二正丁酯和/或磷酸三甲酚酯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述为抗氧化剂为烷基二苯胺、辛丁基二苯胺和对,对-二异辛基二苯胺中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种防滴漏液力传动油,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑和/或甲基苯并三氮唑。
