the wind control module 54 is configured to perform human body detection, human body tracking, and user identifier verification on an image acquired by the face brushing device before the display module 52 displays the payment account of the payer and the face image of the payer on the payee-side screen; the image collected by the face brushing equipment comprises an image of a payment user collected by the face brushing equipment in the process from the time the payment user enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the time the payment user triggers face brushing payment;
the display module 52 is further configured to, when the change of the payment user is detected in the process from the time the payment user enters the camera range of the face brushing device to the time the payment user triggers face brushing payment, display a prompt message on the screen of the payee side to prompt the payee to confirm whether the change of the payment user occurs;

In this embodiment, the wind control module 54 may include: a human body detection submodule 541, a correlation submodule 542 and a verification submodule 543;
the human body detection sub-module 541 is configured to perform human body detection on an image acquired by the face brushing device, and position a human face frame and a human body frame in the image;
the association submodule 542 is used for performing user identification association on the face frame and the body frame in the time sequence;
the verification submodule 543 is used for judging whether the user identification is changed or not in the process from the time that the payment user enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing device to the time that the payment user triggers face brushing payment;
thus, detecting that the payment subscriber has changed includes: a change in user identity is detected.
Further, the display module 52 is further configured to display the information to be pushed on the screen of the payee side before the obtaining module 51 obtains the order to be paid;
the obtaining module 51 is further configured to obtain push information selected by the payee from the information to be pushed;
the display module 52 is also used for displaying the push information on the screen of the payment user side.
The face brushing payment apparatus provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 may be used to implement the technical solutions of the method embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4 in this specification, and reference may be further made to the relevant descriptions in the method embodiments for implementation principles and technical effects.
FIG. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a face brushing device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 7, the face brushing device may include at least one processor; and at least one memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein: the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, and the processor calls the program instructions to execute the face-brushing payment method provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 4 in the present specification.
FIG. 7 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary facebrushing device suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present description. The face brushing device shown in fig. 7 is merely an example, and should not impose any limitation on the function and scope of use of the embodiments of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 7, the grooming device is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of the brushing device may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors 410, a communication interface 420, a memory 430, and a communication bus 440 that connects the various components (including the memory 430, the communication interface 420, and the processing unit 410).
The face brushing device typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. These media may be any available media that can be accessed by the grooming device, including volatile and non-volatile media, removable and non-removable media.
A program/utility having a set (at least one) of program modules, including but not limited to an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, may be stored in memory 430, each of which examples or some combination may include an implementation of a network environment. The program modules generally perform the functions and/or methods of the embodiments described in fig. 2-4 herein.
The processor 410 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the memory 430, for example, implementing the face-brushing payment method provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 4 of the present specification.
The embodiment of the present specification provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and the computer instructions cause the computer to execute the face-brushing payment method provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 4 of the present specification.
The non-transitory computer readable storage medium described above may take any combination of one or more computer readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM) or flash memory, an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, Radio Frequency (RF), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present description may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

Claims (12)
1. A face-brushing payment method comprising:
acquiring an order to be paid; the order to be paid is generated after a payment user initiates payment collection operation on the order to be settled displayed by the face brushing device; the face brushing device comprises a receiving user side screen and a paying user side screen, and the order to be settled is displayed on the receiving user side screen;
displaying the order to be paid on the payment user side screen;
after a payment user triggers face-brushing payment on the order to be paid, acquiring a face image of the payment user, and acquiring a payment account of the payment user according to the face image of the payment user;
displaying the payment account of the payment user and the face image of the payment user on the screen of the payee side so that the payee can confirm whether the payment user obtained by face brushing identification is the payment user triggering face brushing payment;
after the indication of confirming the collection is obtained, a deduction operation is carried out on the payment account of the payment user; the instruction for confirming collection is generated after the collection user confirms that the payment user who obtains through face brushing identification is the payment user who triggers face brushing payment and performs collection confirmation operation on the collection user side screen.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the displaying the payment account of the payment user and the facial image of the payment user on the payee side screen further comprises:
carrying out human body detection, human body tracking and user identification verification on the image acquired by the face brushing equipment; the image acquired by the face brushing equipment comprises an image of a payment user acquired by the face brushing equipment in the process from the moment that the payment user enters a camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the moment that the payment user triggers face brushing payment;
if the change of the payer is detected in the process from the fact that the payer enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the fact that the payer triggers face brushing payment, displaying prompt information on a screen of the payee side to prompt the payee to confirm whether the payer is changed; or, if no change of the payer is detected in the process from the time when the payer enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing device to the time when the payer triggers face brushing payment, the step of displaying the payment account of the payer and the face image of the payer on the screen of the payee side is executed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after displaying the prompt message on the payee-side screen, further comprising:
obtaining an indication of a refusal to collect payment; the indication of refusing to collect is generated after the collection user confirms that the payment user changes and conducts collection refusing operation on the collection user side screen;
re-acquiring the order to be paid; and the re-acquired order to be paid is generated after the collection user initiates collection operation on the order to be settled again on the collection user side screen.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the human detection, human tracking and user identification verification of the image captured by the facebrushing device comprises:
carrying out human body detection on the image collected by the face brushing equipment, and positioning a human face frame and a human body frame in the image;
carrying out user identification association on the face frame and the body frame in the time sequence;
judging whether the user identification is changed or not in the process from the time when the payment user enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the time when the payment user triggers face brushing payment;
the detecting that the payment subscriber has changed comprises: a change in user identity is detected.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the order to be paid, further comprising:
displaying information to be pushed on the screen of the payee side;
acquiring push information selected by the collection user from the information to be pushed;
displaying the push information on the payer side screen.
6. A face-brushing payment device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the order to be paid; the order to be paid is generated after a payment user initiates payment collection operation on the order to be settled displayed by the face brushing device; the face brushing device comprises a receiving user side screen and a paying user side screen, and the order to be settled is displayed on the receiving user side screen;
the display module is used for displaying the order to be paid on the screen of the payment user side;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring the face image of the payment user after the payment user triggers face-brushing payment on the order to be paid, and acquiring the payment account of the payment user according to the face image of the payment user;
the display module is further used for displaying the payment account of the payer and the face image of the payer on the screen at the payee side so that the payee confirms whether the payer obtained through face brushing identification is the payer who triggers face brushing payment;
the deduction module is used for executing deduction operation on the payment account of the payment user after acquiring the instruction of confirming collection; the instruction for confirming collection is generated after the collection user confirms that the payment user who obtains through face brushing identification is the payment user who triggers face brushing payment and performs collection confirmation operation on the collection user side screen.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the wind control module is used for carrying out human body detection, human body tracking and user identification verification on the image acquired by the face brushing device before the display module displays the payment account of the payment user and the face image of the payment user on the screen of the payee side; the image acquired by the face brushing equipment comprises an image of a payment user acquired by the face brushing equipment in the process from the moment that the payment user enters a camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the moment that the payment user triggers face brushing payment;
the display module is further used for displaying prompt information on a screen of the payee side to prompt the payee to confirm whether the payer is changed or not when the change of the payer is detected by the wind control module in the process from the time that the payer enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the time that the payer triggers face brushing payment;
the display module is further used for displaying the payment account of the payment user and the face image of the payment user on the screen of the collection user side when the wind control module does not detect that the payment user changes in the process from the time when the payment user enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing device to the time when the payment user triggers face brushing payment.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein,
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring an instruction of refusing to collect money and re-acquiring the order to be paid after the display module displays the prompt message on the screen of the money collection user side; the indication of refusing to collect is generated after the collection user confirms that the payment user changes and conducts collection refusing operation on the collection user side screen; the order to be paid, which is obtained again by the obtaining module, is generated after the receiving user initiates receiving operation on the order to be settled again on the receiving user side screen.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the wind control module comprises:
the human body detection submodule is used for carrying out human body detection on the image collected by the face brushing equipment and positioning a human face frame and a human body frame in the image;
the association submodule is used for carrying out user identification association on the face frame and the human body frame in the time sequence;
the verification submodule is used for judging whether the user identification is changed or not in the process from the time that the payment user enters the camera shooting range of the face brushing equipment to the time that the payment user triggers face brushing payment;
the detecting that the payment subscriber has changed comprises: a change in the user identity is detected.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein,
the display module is further used for displaying information to be pushed on the screen of the collection user side before the acquisition module acquires the order to be paid;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring push information selected by the collection user from the information to be pushed;
the display module is also used for displaying the push information on the screen of the payment user side.
11. A facial brushing device comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein:
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
12. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
