Background
The security inspection door is a detection device for detecting whether a person carries a metal object or not, and is also called a metal detection door. The metal detection security gate is mainly applied to public places with large human flow such as airports, stations, large conference rooms and the like, and is used for detecting metal objects hidden on human bodies, such as guns, control cutters and the like. When the existing security inspection door is operated, a security inspection operator is required to be additionally arranged beside the security inspection door, the metal detector is used for scanning and detecting the whole body of a passenger, the security inspection efficiency is low, meanwhile, the whole body of the passenger is difficult to scan due to negligence of the security inspection operator, the reliability of the security inspection door is reduced, the existing security inspection device is fixedly arranged and is difficult to move, however, in daily life, the condition that security inspection is required to be carried out on different meeting places often occurs, and the security inspection device can be moved.
In view of this, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies on the above problems, and have produced the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a movable, efficient and highly-automated intelligent security inspection device for a meeting place.

The intelligent security inspection device for the conference place comprises a movable bearing seat which can move on the ground and is used for bearing people, a rotation detection device which is arranged outside the movable bearing seat and is used for detecting the whole body of a human body, and a lifting detection device which is arranged on the movable bearing seat and is used for detecting the inner sides of the legs of the people, wherein the rotation detection device and the movable bearing seat are rotatably connected together, and the movable bearing seat is provided with a plurality of universal wheels.
The universal wheels are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the movable bearing seat.
The movable bearing seat is disc-shaped, and the universal wheels are annularly distributed by taking the circle center of the movable bearing seat as the center.
The rotation detection device comprises an annular gear sleeved outside the movable bearing seat, wherein the movable bearing seat is provided with an annular groove matched with the annular gear, and a first driving device for driving the annular gear to rotate.
The first driving device comprises a gear which is arranged in the movable bearing seat and matched with the annular gear, a first driving motor which drives the gear to rotate, and the annular groove is provided with a notch for extending out of teeth of the gear.
The movable bearing seat is also provided with a bearing plate for bearing the annular gear.
The rotation detection device further comprises a detection mechanism fixedly connected with the inner gear ring.
The detection mechanism comprises a support frame which is vertically arranged and fixedly connected with the inner gear ring, and a plurality of first detectors which are vertically arranged on the support frame.
The first detector comprises a first sensor for detecting the metal object and an alarm lamp connected with the first sensor.
The warning light has a first buzzer.
The lifting detection device is arranged on the rotation axis of the rotation detection device.
The lifting detection device comprises a shell fixedly connected with the movable bearing seat and a lifting detection mechanism arranged in the shell, wherein the shell is provided with an opening for the lifting detection mechanism to extend out, and the opening is upwards arranged.
The lifting detection mechanism comprises a lifting mechanism and a second detector connected with the lifting mechanism.
The lifting mechanism comprises a bearing piece for bearing the second detector and a second driving device for driving the bearing piece to lift.
The second driving device comprises a screw rod connected with a bearing piece and a second driving motor for driving the screw rod to rotate, and the bearing piece is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw rod.
The second detector comprises a plurality of second sensors arranged on the outer surface of the bearing piece and a second buzzer connected with the plurality of second sensors.
By adopting the technical scheme, the intelligent security inspection device for the meeting place detects the whole human body through the rotation detection device, detects the inner sides of the two legs of the human body through the lifting detection device, avoids dead angles of detection, and detects the human body comprehensively and efficiently, replaces manual detection through automatic detection, so that detection is more accurate and efficient, omission can be avoided, meanwhile, the movable bearing seat is provided with the universal wheels, the security inspection device is convenient to move, can move to different meeting places for security inspection, is better suitable for the meeting places, and has the advantages of being movable, high in efficiency and high in automation compared with the traditional security inspection device.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the intelligent security inspection device for the conference place comprises a movable bearing seat 1 which can move on the ground and is used for bearing a person, a rotation detection device 2 which is arranged outside the movable bearing seat 1 and is used for detecting the whole body of the human body, and a lifting detection device 3 which is arranged on the movable bearing seat 1 and is used for detecting the inner sides of the legs of the person, wherein the rotation detection device 2 and the movable bearing seat 1 are rotatably connected together, and the movable bearing seat 1 is provided with a plurality of universal wheels 11. The human body is detected through the rotation detection device, the inner sides of the two legs of the human body are detected through the lifting detection device, detection dead angles are avoided, the human body is detected comprehensively and efficiently, automatic detection replaces manual detection, detection is more accurate and efficient, omission can be avoided, meanwhile, the movable bearing seat is provided with universal wheels, the security inspection device is convenient to move and can move to different meeting places for security inspection, the security inspection device is better suitable for meeting places, and compared with the traditional security inspection device, the security inspection device has the advantages of being movable, high in efficiency and high in automation
Preferably, a plurality of universal wheels 11 are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the movable bearing seat 1. So that the movable bearing seat is more stable when moving.

Preferably, the first driving device comprises a gear 13 arranged in the movable bearing seat 1 and matched with the annular gear 21, a first driving motor for driving the gear 13 to rotate, and the annular groove 12 is provided with a notch for extending out of teeth of the gear 13. The gear is driven to rotate through the first driving motor, so that the inner gear ring is driven to rotate, the gear is matched with the inner gear ring, the work is stable, the rotating angle of the inner gear ring is fixed when the gear rotates every time, and the rotating process is stable and efficient.
Preferably, the mobile carrier 1 also has a carrier plate 14 carrying an inner gear ring 21. The deformation of the inner gear ring can be effectively prevented, and the service life of the inner gear ring is prolonged. The bearing plate is detachable.
Preferably, the rotation detecting device 2 further includes a detecting mechanism connected to the ring gear 21. The detection mechanism fixedly connected with the inner gear ring can rotate along with the inner gear ring, so that the whole human body is detected.

Preferably, the lift detection device 3 is provided on the rotation axis of the rotation detection device 2. So that the distance between the rotation detection device and the lifting detection device is equal when the rotation detection device rotates. The lifting detection mechanism is contracted into the shell when the lifting detection mechanism does not work, and the lifting detection mechanism is protected through the shell, so that the lifting detection mechanism is prevented from being damaged due to accidents when the lifting detection mechanism does not work.
Preferably, the lift detection mechanism includes a lift mechanism and a second detector coupled to the lift mechanism. When the detector is in operation, the lifting mechanism acts to lift the detector and extends out of the shell for detection.
Preferably, the lifting mechanism comprises a carrier 32 carrying the second detector and a second driving means for driving the carrier 32 to lift. The bearing piece is driven to lift by the second driving device, and the second detector arranged on the bearing piece extends out of the shell to detect.
Preferably, the second driving means includes a screw coupled to the carrier 32, and a second driving motor driving the screw to rotate, and the carrier 32 has a screw hole engaged with the screw. Further, the second driving motor drives the screw rod to rotate, so that the bearing piece ascends or descends, and the space in the shell can be effectively saved through the cooperation of the screw rod and the threaded hole, and the structure is simple and compact.
Preferably, the second detector includes a plurality of second sensors disposed on the outer surface of the carrier 32, and a second buzzer connected to the plurality of second sensors. And after the second sensor detects the metal, the second buzzer gives an audible alarm.
Preferably, the lifting detection device is further provided with a third sensor for detecting the distance between the bearing piece and the human body, the distance between the bearing piece and the human body is detected through the third sensor, the lifting height of the bearing piece is controlled, and the bearing piece is prevented from colliding with the human body in the lifting process.
