In the system architecture platform shown in fig. 1, the processor 110 may call a print record search program stored in the memory 120 to perform a print record search method.
Based on the above system architecture platform, various embodiments of the print record searching method of the present invention are presented below.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a print record searching method according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method is applied to a search system in a print record search system, wherein the print record search system further comprises a printer, a company information management system and a database, and the method comprises but is not limited to the steps S100, S200 and S300.

Specifically, when the search system receives an operation record log from the printer through the receiving port, the search system performs field extraction on the operation record log to extract printing information; then, the search system inquires department information corresponding to the printing information from the company information management system according to the printing information, binds the printing information and the department information and writes the binding information and the department information into a database; finally, when the user needs to inquire some information, the search keyword information can be input into the search system, and after the search system receives the search keyword information, the search system can screen the printing information and department information corresponding to the search keyword information from the database according to the search keyword information.

Specifically, firstly, a user can establish an instruction for an input port of a search system, and after the search system receives the port establishment instruction, the search system establishes a receiving port for receiving a printer log according to the port establishment instruction; then, the user configures the printer, and after the printer receives the configuration instruction, the printer sends an operation record log of the printer to the receiving port according to the configuration instruction; then, when the search system receives the operation record log through the receiving port, the search system extracts fields of the operation record log so as to extract and obtain printing information; then, the search system inquires department information corresponding to the printing information from the company information management system according to the printing information, binds the printing information and the department information and writes the binding information and the department information into a database; finally, when the user needs to inquire some information, the search keyword information can be input into the search system, and after the search system receives the search keyword information, the search system can screen the printing information and department information corresponding to the search keyword information from the database according to the search keyword information.
It should be noted that, the port establishment instruction may be input by a user on the search system; next, the configuration command may be configured by the user on a configuration page of the printer.
The embodiment of the invention can carry out filing processing and searching processing on the related log information based on the artificial intelligence technology. Among them, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a theory, method, technique and application system that simulates, extends and expands human Intelligence using a digital computer or a machine controlled by a digital computer, senses the environment, acquires knowledge and uses the knowledge to obtain the best result.
The artificial intelligence infrastructure generally includes technologies such as sensors, dedicated artificial intelligence chips, cloud computing, distributed storage, big data processing technologies, operation/interaction systems, mechatronics, and the like. The artificial intelligence software technology mainly comprises a computer vision technology, a robot technology, a biological recognition technology, a voice processing technology, a natural language processing technology, machine learning/deep learning and the like.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention can carry out filing processing and searching processing on the related log information in an artificial intelligence mode.

inquiring from the company information management system according to the printing information to obtain department information corresponding to the printing information, binding the printing information and the department information, and writing the binding information and the department information into the database;
and when receiving search keyword information, screening the printing information and the department information corresponding to the search keyword information from the database according to the search keyword information.
