Abstract

一种筒仓或罐及其制造方法
本发明涉及一种用于制造铝合金筒仓或罐的方法,该筒仓或罐由数个相互连接在一起的环组成,每个环由多个环段组成,该环段在它们的周边上设置有垂直于改环段延伸的连接凸缘,包括:
—在板的周边焊接上连接凸缘以形成圆筒段,该板和凸缘由铝合金制成;
—通过连接凸缘将多个圆筒段结合在一起以形成具有一个希望数量的圆筒环,所述凸缘已经形成在这些环段的直的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械连接件被相互接合;
—通过连接凸缘将多个以这种方式形成的环结合在一起以形成筒形罐或筒仓壁,所述凸缘已经形成在侧向的弯曲的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械压紧件被相互接合,并使这些连接凸缘防水密封。
这些方法已经在美国专利申请US-A4718208中被公开。在所述相互接合的缝之间必须进行防水密封。为了达到上述效果,传统的方法是或者将圆筒段的凸缘焊接在一起或机那个它们的壁段相互焊接在一起。
所述的方法需要花费大量的实践,并且需要较多的制造设备。这些是相当不理的,特别是对于筒仓必须在现场组装的情况下。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于筒仓或罐的防水密封的方法,以便不需要在组装现场进行焊接。
为了实现所述目的,将密封胶施敷由在两个接合槽形成的一个腔道中,上述接合槽形成在两个连接在一起的凸缘的接合角部,从该筒仓的径向观察该角部在距离筒仓的中心线最远的位置上。
根据前述的方法,因为通过密封胶进行防水密封,不再需要在现场具有焊接设备。所需要的只是一个敷胶枪,这是一个明显比焊接设备较轻和较小的装置。这种枪的费用也远远低于焊接设备的费用。
为了确保在段之间的凸缘之间的连接具有足够的刚度,根据本发明段之间的连接优选通过螺栓来完成。铆接也通常可以实现在相互连接的环之间的机械连接。
本发明提供了一个包含密封胶的腔道,该腔道由两个在凸缘中的相同的槽形成,上述槽在凸缘的整个长度上延伸并且位于各自凸缘的自由端的前边缘,和该腔道延伸进入凸缘的连接表面。
需要指出的是,在德国专利申请DE-A2434314中也描述了一种铝合金筒仓,该筒仓由多个圆筒环构成,在圆筒环的周边具有垂直于上述环延伸的凸缘。借助于螺栓或类似物件通过将连接凸缘连接在一起,环被结合成为一个圆筒筒仓壁,通过选择凸缘的厚度和螺栓来确保在凸缘之间的接合表面的区域的最大张应力。可以不用焊接而通过在相互接合的凸缘表面之间加入具有O形圈形式的密封件来获得防漏密封。在不将筒仓拆卸成圆筒环的情况下不能更换这些具有O形圈形式的密封件。这些已知的筒仓没有用于填充密封胶的凹槽,该凹槽形成在两个连接在一起的凸缘的接合角部,从该筒仓的径向观察该角部在距离筒仓的中心线最远的位置上。此外,该圆筒环不能由通过垂直接缝连接在一起的段构成。

图2显示了在两个圆筒段之间连接的截面视图,该连接可以是一个弯曲的或直的连接。从壁8上以一个基本直角延伸的连接凸缘10通过焊缝12被连接到壁8上。通过焊缝13以相似的方式在连接壁9上设置一个连接凸缘11。通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械连接件17将两个圆筒段彼此相互基本保持在位。连接凸缘10在它的自由端设置有槽18,该槽18与在相邻的连接凸缘11上的相似的槽19接合。在又两个槽18,19形成腔道14中施加密封胶20以便使接缝16防水密封。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于制造铝合金筒仓或罐的方法,该筒仓或罐由数个相互连接在一起的环(2)组成,每个环由多个环段(3)组成,该环段在它们的周边上设置有垂直于该环段(3)延伸的连接凸缘(4,5),包括:
—在板的周边焊接上连接凸缘(4,5)以形成圆筒段(3),该板和凸缘由铝合金制成;
—通过连接凸缘(4)将多个圆筒段(3)结合在一起以形成具有一个希望数量的圆筒环(2),所述凸缘已经形成在这些环段(3)的直的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械连接件(6)被相互接合;
—通过连接凸缘(5)将多个以这种方式形成的环(2)结合在一起以形成筒形罐或筒仓壁,所述凸缘已经形成在侧向的弯曲的周边上并通过诸如铆钉、螺栓等机械压紧件(7)被相互接合;
其特征在于:将密封胶(20)施敷在由两个接合槽(18,19)形成的一个腔道中,上述接合槽形成在两个连接在一起的凸缘(4,5)的接合角部,从该筒仓的径向观察该角部在距离筒仓的中心线(1)最远的位置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使用基于硅树脂的密封胶(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过铆钉形成在所述环(2)的凸缘(5)之间的机械连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,构成所述环(2)的所述段(3)的凸缘(4)被螺栓机械地连接在一起。
5.一种筒仓或罐,该筒仓或罐由数个相互连接在一起的环(2)组成,每个环由多个环段(3)组成,该环段在它们的周边上设置有垂直于该环段(3)延伸的连接凸缘(4,5),包括:
