In the embodiment of the present application, the oven is composed of an oven body 100, a heating element 400, a temperature control device and a timing device, and an inner container 200 is disposed in the oven body 100.
The food placed in the inner container 200 is roasted at a high temperature and cooked by the heating member 400; the temperature of the heating member 400 is controlled by the temperature control device, so that the heating member 400 is rapidly maintained within a certain temperature range; the timing device is used for limiting the roasting time of the oven, and when the roasting time limited by a user is exceeded, the heating element 400 stops working or reduces the temperature, so that the roasting heating of the food by the oven is completed.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the cabinet 100 includes a top plate 110, a bottom plate 120, two side plates 130, a rear plate 140, a front plate 150 and an openable door 160, and an inner container 200 is disposed in the cabinet 100, and a knock hole allowing the inner container 200 to communicate with an indoor space is formed in the front plate 150.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present application, the baking tray 300 includes the holding body 320, and the holding body 320 may be configured as a plate-shaped structure, and the material of the baking tray 300 includes at least one of aluminum and iron, and the heat conductivity of these materials is high, so that the food can quickly obtain heat from the baking tray 300, when the user is baking, the temperature of the skewer can be quickly raised, the interior of the skewer is kept still fresh and tender and juicy, the taste of the baking is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
The baking tray 300 is used for placing food, and the baking tray 300 is disposed in the inner container 200.
Of course, the baking tray 300 can be set in a grill form, and the baking tray 300 is set to have a plurality of skeleton structures capable of leaking oil; and arranged in a removable form; and the grill pan 300 may also be provided in a rotary form, for example, a driving shaft of a driving device is connected to the grill pan 300, and the grill pan 300 is rotated when the oven is operated, so that the food is more uniformly heated.

The oil containing device 330 is used for receiving or storing the oil released in the heating process of the food, the oil released in the heating process of the food flows into the oil containing structure through the oil conveying structure 310, the oil containing device 330 and the oil conveying device are arranged, the collection and cleaning of the oil by a user are facilitated, meanwhile, the situation that oil drops are splashed out of the user when the user uses the oven is avoided, and the use safety of the oven is ensured.
The oil containing device 330 is connected to the containing body 320, and the oil containing device 330 is arranged at the bottom of the containing body 320; the oil delivery structure 310 is connected to the oil container 330.
Referring to fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the present application, the baking pan 300 further includes an oil containing device 330 and an oil transferring structure 310, and the oil transferring structure 310 may be disposed as a groove-type structure on the containing body 320.
The oil containing device 330 is used for receiving or storing the oil released in the heating process of the food, the oil released in the heating process of the food flows into the oil containing structure through the oil conveying structure 310, the oil containing device 330 and the oil conveying device are arranged, the collection and cleaning of the oil by a user are facilitated, the situation that oil drops are splashed out of the user when the user uses the oven is avoided, and the use safety of the oven is ensured.

Referring to FIG. 7, according to some embodiments of the present application, bakeware 300 further includes a pull handle 340 and a push-pull slot 341.
The handle 340 is used for facilitating a user to pull out or push the baking tray 300 into the inner container 200, and the design of the handle 340 prolongs the distance between the user and food or oil drops of the food, so that the situation that the oil drops are splashed out of the user is avoided, and the use safety of the oven is ensured.
When the user needs to pull out or push in the baking tray 300 into the inner container 200, the handle 340 can be placed in the push-pull groove 341 formed on the container 320, thereby achieving the operation.

The heating member 400 is disposed on the inner container 200, for example, the heating member 400 may be disposed at the top of the box 100, and the distance from the heating member 400 to the grill pan 300 ranges from 30mm to 300mm, and the optimal distance is 80 mm to 120 mm.
