Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the first roll-over stand 200 and the bottom of the second roll-over stand 300 are provided with a mounting seat 202 in a downward protruding manner, the mounting seat 202 is kept at a certain distance from the end of the first roll-over stand 200 and the end of the second roll-over stand 300, and the first roll-over stand 200 and the second roll-over stand 300 are hinged with a first supporting seat 201 and a second supporting seat 302 through the mounting seat 202. Since the first clamping portion 205 and the second clamping portion 306 both clamp steel structures, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first clamping portion 205 and the second clamping portion 306 are disposed in a staggered manner to facilitate the butt joint.
