When a certain aggregate activity is held, each user participating in the activity is in a team unit, the team participating in the activity comprises a team A and a team B, the team A comprises a user a and a user B, the user a is a manager of the team A, and the user a can upload health detection result contents corresponding to the user a and the user B through a user terminal. User B can only upload the content of his own health detection results to the content management platform, team B including user c. When the content management platform receives the self health detection result content uploaded by the user c, the user c is removed from the target list, and the target list comprises the user a and the user b.
When a certain activity is held, all people participating in the activity need to be subjected to health detection within a designated time before the activity is carried out, so that the risk problem of aggregate activity holding caused by the fact that the people participating in the activity have designated health problems is avoided, the activity can be held normally, and the content management platform deletes detected users from a target list containing all user lists needing to count health detection results by receiving the health detection result content uploaded by the people participating in the activity, so that the content management platform can update the target list in real time based on the received content results, and the content management platform can count users which do not carry out health detection at the current moment in real time.

In the embodiment of the present application, if the current time is the target time in the first update period, the content management platform may acquire the target list at the current time, and determine the user in the target list at the target time as the undetected user in the first update period.

Step 305, obtaining user information corresponding to the undetected user.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to send the reminding information to the undetected user in the target list, the user information corresponding to the undetected user contained in the target list can be acquired.
In one possible implementation, the user information includes an identity of the user, user account information, and a contact corresponding to the user.
The identity of the user and the account information of the user can be used for determining an account server corresponding to the user, and the contact mode corresponding to the user can be used for determining the telephone number of the user terminal corresponding to the user.
And 306, according to the user information, sending reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in a first reminding mode.
In the embodiment of the application, the parameters of the user information required by the first reminding mode can be determined according to the user information, and the content management platform sends the corresponding reminding information to the user terminal at the target moment in the determined first reminding mode.
In one possible implementation, the first alert mode includes at least one of a push alert, a sms alert, and a voice call alert within the program.
The reminding intensity corresponding to the push reminding, the short message reminding and the voice call reminding in the program can be enhanced in sequence.
That is, according to the sequence of the target time, the sequence of reminding the user is to push the reminding inside the program preferentially, then to carry out the short message reminding, and finally to carry out the voice call reminding.
And in response to the target moment being the first moment, sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the user contained in the target list at the first moment, so that the user terminal displays the reminding information through the client corresponding to the content management platform.
And responding to the target moment as the second moment, and sending the user information and the reminding information to the communication platform so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a short message reminding mode at the second moment according to the contact information related to the user in the user information.
And responding to the target time as the third time, and sending the user information and the reminding information to the communication platform so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call reminding mode at the third time according to the contact mode related to the user in the user information.
For example, if the target time is set to be 12 pm, 15 pm and 18 pm, the first time is 12 pm, the second time is 15 pm and the third time is 18 pm, when the current time is 12 pm, the content management platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the user contained in the current target list, so that the user terminal displays the reminding information through the client corresponding to the content management platform, when the current time is 15 pm, the content management platform sends the user information corresponding to the user in the current target list and the reminding information to the communication platform, so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a short message reminding mode according to the contact mode related to the user in the user information, and when the current time is 18 pm, the content management platform sends the user information corresponding to the user in the current target list and the reminding information to the communication platform, so that the communication platform sends the reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call reminding mode according to the contact mode related to the user in the user information.
In one possible implementation manner, when the content management platform includes a communication function, the communication function supports sending a short message and a voice call to the user terminal, the content management platform sends reminding information to the user terminal in a short message reminding manner according to a contact manner related to a user in the user information at a second moment, or sends reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call reminding manner according to a contact manner related to the user in the user information at a third moment.
In one possible implementation manner, if the response target time is the third time, the content management platform firstly sends the reminding information to the user terminal of the user in a voice call reminding manner according to the contact information related to the user in the user information at the third time, and if the call fails, sends the reminding information to the user terminals of other users in a voice call reminding manner according to other contact information related to the user.
For example, at the third moment, the target list in the content management platform includes a user a, where the user a belongs to the user set a, and a first type of user exists in the user set a, and if the voice call with the user terminal of the user a fails according to the acquired contact information of the user a, the content management platform may acquire the contact information of the first type of user in the user set a, and in turn, make the voice call with the user terminal of the first type of user.
In step 307, the undetected user at the current time is obtained in response to the target time period at the current time being in the first update period.
In the embodiment of the application, after each preset target time in the first updating period sends the reminding information to the user terminal, when the current time is in the target time period, the undetected user at the current time can be obtained.
In one possible implementation, the target list at the current time is obtained in response to the target time period at the current time being within the first update period, thereby determining that the user is not detected.
After the user terminal performs the reminding information of each target time in the first updating period, in order to count the users who have not performed the uploading of the result content of the health detection after the reminding, a target time period needs to be set after each target time in the first updating period, and the undetected users are determined by acquiring a target list in the target time period.

The statistical data comprise relevant data of users which do not upload result contents in the user set. The relevant data may include the number of users in the belonging user set who have not uploaded the result content, the name of each user who has not uploaded the result content, and the contact information of the users who have not uploaded the result content.
For example, the content management platform determines that the target list includes a user a, a user B and a user c according to the target list acquired in the target time period, the user a and the user B belong to a user set a, the user c belongs to a user set B, the content management platform may determine that two users in the user set a have not uploaded the result content and are the user a and the user B respectively, and acquire relevant information of the user a and the user B, and the content management platform may determine that one user in the user set B has not uploaded the result content and is the user c, and acquire relevant information of the user c.
In one possible implementation, in response to the obtained result content not meeting the target condition, determining a user set to which the user corresponding to the result content belongs, and sending warning information to a user terminal of a first type of user in the user set.
The warning information may be used to notify that the result content of the user existing in the user set to which the first type of user belongs does not conform to the target condition.
In summary, under the target time within one update period, the content management platform determines the users who have not uploaded the result content in each designated user, then determines the first reminding mode corresponding to the target time, sends the reminding information to the user terminal which has not uploaded the result content in the first reminding mode to remind the users to perform health detection and upload the result content, and can realize unified statistics of whether the users perform health detection through the content management platform, and the undetected users are determined in real time, and the undetected users are uniformly reminded, so that the condition that the result content is not timely obtained due to the fact that whether the users perform health detection or not is independently collected is avoided, the management effect of the health detection result is improved, the users who do not perform health detection can be uniformly reminded at the target moment, and the efficiency of reminding the users who do not upload the health detection result is improved.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a computer device 500, shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. The computer device 500 may be a user terminal in the system shown in fig. 1, such as a smart phone, tablet computer or desktop computer. The computer device 500 may also be referred to by other names of target user devices, portable terminals, laptop terminals, desktop terminals, and the like.
In general, computer device 500 includes a processor 501 and a memory 502.
Processor 501 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and the like. The processor 501 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processing), FPGA (Field-Programmable gate array), PLA (Programmable Logic Array ). The processor 501 may also include a main processor, which is a processor for processing data in a wake-up state, also referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit ), and a coprocessor, which is a low-power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 501 may integrate a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit, image processor) for rendering and drawing of content required to be displayed by the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 501 may also include an AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 502 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 502 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 502 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 501 to implement the methods provided by the method embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, computer device 500 may also optionally include a peripheral interface 503 and at least one peripheral. The processor 501, memory 502, and peripheral interface 503 may be connected by buses or signal lines. The individual peripheral devices may be connected to the peripheral device interface 503 by buses, signal lines or circuit boards. Specifically, the peripheral devices include at least one of radio frequency circuitry 504, a display 505, a camera assembly 506, audio circuitry 507, a positioning assembly 508, and a power supply 509.
In some embodiments, the computer device 500 further includes one or more sensors 510. The one or more sensors 510 include, but are not limited to, an acceleration sensor 511, a gyroscope sensor 512, a pressure sensor 513, a fingerprint sensor 514, an optical sensor 515, and a proximity sensor 516.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is not limiting as to the computer device 500, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or employ a different arrangement of components.
Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of a computer device 600 according to an exemplary embodiment of the application. The computer device may be implemented as a server in the above-described solution system of the present application. The computer apparatus 600 includes a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) 601, a system Memory 604 including a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) 602 and a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 603, and a system bus 605 connecting the system Memory 604 and the central processing unit 601. The computer device 600 also includes a mass storage device 606 for storing an operating system 609, application programs 610, and other program modules 611.
The mass storage device 606 is connected to the central processing unit 601 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 605. The mass storage device 606 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the computer device 600. That is, the mass storage device 606 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or a compact disk-Only (CD-ROM) drive.
The computer readable medium may include computer storage media and communication media without loss of generality. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, erasable programmable read-Only register (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, EPROM), electrically erasable programmable read-Only Memory (EEPROM) flash Memory or other solid state Memory devices, CD-ROM, digital versatile disks (DIGITAL VERSATILE DISC, DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will recognize that the computer storage medium is not limited to the one described above. The system memory 604 and mass storage 606 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the computer device 600 may also operate by being connected to a remote computer on a network, such as the Internet. I.e., the computer device 600 may be connected to the network 608 through a network interface unit 607 connected to the system bus 605, or alternatively, the network interface unit 607 may be used to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).

Determining undetected users in a first updating period under a target time in the first updating period, wherein the undetected users are at least one user which does not upload result content in each appointed user, the result content is used for indicating a result obtained by health detection of the users, the appointed users are divided into at least one user set, the user set comprises at least one first type of users, the first type of users are users with first permission, and the first permission is permission for uploading or modifying the result content of each user in the user set to which the user set belongs;
determining a first reminding mode corresponding to the target moment, wherein the first reminding mode is a mode of sending reminding information to a user terminal;
Sending the reminding information to the user terminal corresponding to the undetected user in the first reminding mode; the reminding information is used for reminding the undetected user to upload the result content;
The target time in the first updating period comprises a first time, a second time and a third time, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time and the second time is earlier than the third time, the first reminding mode is used for sending reminding information to the user terminal in a push mode in a program according to the first time, the second time is used for sending reminding information to the user terminal in a short message mode according to the first reminding mode, and the third time is used for sending reminding information to the user terminal in a voice call mode according to the target time;
responding to a target time period of which the current moment is in the first updating period, and acquiring the undetected user at the current moment;

And sending warning information to the user terminal of the first type user in the user set to which the user corresponding to the result content belongs, wherein the warning information is used for notifying that the result content of the user in the user set to which the first type user belongs does not conform to the target condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, at the target time instant in the first update period, an undetected user in the first update period comprises:
