6) if the constraint condition in the step 3) is satisfied, and the collected temperature or the consumption function is greater than the corresponding high-temperature early warning value, determining to start the fan and confirming the rotating speed grade according to the early warning grade;
7) if the constraint condition in the step 4) is satisfied and the temperature acquisition result is smaller than the early warning value of each point position, the fan is not started;
8) if the constraint condition in the step 4) is satisfied and the temperature acquisition result has a high-temperature early warning value larger than that of the corresponding point location, determining to start the fan according to the level of the point location and confirming the level of the rotating speed;
9) continuously acquiring the temperature along with the acquisition period and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan in real time in the steps 6) and 8);
9.1) when the collected current temperature is lower than the low-temperature downshift threshold value of the corresponding rotating speed, performing downshift to change the rotating speed until the final real-time collected temperature is less than or equal to the threshold value for stopping the fan, and stopping the fan;
9.2) when the current temperature is collected or is higher than the high temperature threshold value, performing upshifting to change the rotating speed until the fan reaches the maximum rotating speed.
