The invention relates to the technical field of scroll production equipment, in particular to a horizontal pushing mechanism for a scroll making barrel and a horizontal folding barrel making device thereof.
Background
The most common banner in real life is an advertisement banner which is pulled at a high place or pasted on a wall to play the roles of advertisement and publicity. The single side of the printing cloth with the red advertisement banner is printed with a white or yellow character or pattern, which is quite striking and very easy to get people's attention; generally, two sides of a scroll are provided with a cylindrical tube which is sewed and used for fixing through a wood stick; in the existing scroll production process, a special scroll machine is used for printing a scroll and a color ribbon on the scroll to form characters or patterns; finishing printing the scroll; then transferring the printed scroll to a cutting machine and a cylinder making machine for processing; cutting the whole printed scroll according to the length of each scroll, and then folding the two end parts of the single scroll by using a sewing machine to form a cylindrical bobbin; finally, the single scroll after being rolled is transferred to a scroll machine to be rolled into a scroll shape, so that the single scroll is convenient to store and carry; in the step of making the cylinder, firstly, the free end of the strip is folded, and then the folded edge is clamped tightly so as to be sewed by a sewing machine to form the cylinder; in the prior art, the operations of folding and clamping the folded edge are manually finished, a great deal of labor force is consumed for folding the edge, and the stable quality cannot be ensured; even if the folded edge of the scroll is clamped and folded, the uniform forming of the rolled can after the folded edge is sewed in the width direction of the scroll cannot be ensured due to the elasticity and the width of the scroll.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a horizontal pushing mechanism for a banner cylinder and a horizontal folding cylinder making device thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a horizontal pushing mechanism for a scroll cylinder comprises a bottom plate, a sliding block seat, a gear shaft and a pushing plate; the bottom plate and the sliding block seat are symmetrically arranged on two sides; the pushing plate frame is arranged at the front ends of the two sliding block seats and extends forwards;
the top of the inner side surface of the bottom plate is provided with a horizontally arranged slide block guide rail;
a sliding block matched with the sliding block guide rail is arranged above the outer side surface of the sliding block seat; a rack with downward exposed teeth is horizontally arranged below the sliding block seat;
the gear shaft penetrates through the bottom plate; two ends of the gear shaft are provided with gears meshed with the racks; one end of the gear shaft is provided with a driving wheel and a pushing motor; the driving wheel and the gear shaft are coaxially arranged, and the pushing motor is connected with the driving wheel through belt transmission.
Preferably, the sliding block seat is provided with a front limiting piece and a rear limiting piece; the front end and the rear end of the inner side surface of the bottom plate are provided with miniature photoelectric switches; the front and back limiting pieces correspond to the micro photoelectric switch.
Preferably, the front end of the material pushing plate is provided with an inner folded edge.

the front vertical clamping component is provided with a front cloth clamping rod up and down; the front cloth clamping rods are arranged up and down symmetrically relative to the material pushing plate; the front cloth clamping rods on the same side of the front vertical clamping assembly are respectively connected with the finger output ends of the same finger cylinder;
a rear cloth clamping rod is arranged above and below the rear vertical clamping assembly; the rear cloth clamping rods are arranged up and down symmetrically relative to the material pushing plate; the rear cloth clamping rods on the same side of the rear vertical clamping assembly are respectively connected with the finger output ends of the same finger cylinder;
a plurality of raised lines are arranged on the inner side surface of the front cloth clamping rod; the front end of the material pushing plate corresponding to the front cloth clamping rod is provided with a notch matched with the convex strip.
Preferably, the outer side surfaces of the front cloth clamping rod and the rear cloth clamping rod are provided with lightening grooves.
Preferably, the front cloth clamping rod and the rear cloth clamping rod are connected with the finger output end through screws.
Preferably, the front cloth clamping rod is connected with the finger output end through a T-shaped block and a screw.
Preferably, the T-shaped block comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate; the transverse plate is provided with a lower counter bore which is positioned at one side of the vertical plate; the lower counter bore penetrates through the lower counter bore screw to be connected with the finger output end and corresponds to the inner side surface of the front cloth clamping rod; the vertical plate is connected with the front cloth clamping rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the horizontal pushing mechanism for the scroll making barrel, the sliding block guide rail fixed on the base is matched with the sliding block of the sliding block seat to provide a guiding function, and the gear is matched with the rack of the sliding block seat, so that the feeding plate pushes the scroll and has a folding trend;
the horizontal folding barrel-making device using the horizontal pushing mechanism is also provided with a front vertical clamping assembly and a rear vertical clamping assembly, and the front vertical clamping assembly is provided with a convex strip which can be matched with a notch at the front end of the pushing plate; the material pushing plate for pushing the scroll enters between the front vertical clamping assemblies, and the front vertical clamping assemblies are closed to clamp the scroll so as to enable the material pushing plate to leave; the material pushing plate leaves the rear vertical clamping assembly, the rear vertical clamping assembly is closed again, and the scroll is clamped, so that the scroll of the front vertical clamping assembly and the scroll of the rear vertical clamping assembly form a folded state; the invention can avoid the labor burden of workers, can ensure good banner folding effect and ensure that the rolled can after the hem is sewed is uniformly formed in the banner width direction.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 1-3 and 8, a horizontal pushing mechanism for a banner cylinder comprises a bottom plate, a slider seat, a gear shaft and a pushing plate; the bottom plate and the sliding block seat are symmetrically arranged on two sides; the pushing plate frame is arranged at the front ends of the two sliding block seats and extends forwards;
the top of the inner side surface of the bottom plate is provided with a horizontally arranged slide block guide rail;
a sliding block matched with the sliding block guide rail is arranged above the outer side surface of the sliding block seat; the sliding block is matched with the sliding rail to provide a guiding function for the sliding block seat and the material pushing plate; a rack with downward exposed teeth is horizontally arranged below the sliding block seat;
the gear shaft penetrates through the bottom plate; two ends of the gear shaft are provided with gears meshed with the racks; the gear is meshed with the rack for transmission, so that the rack drives the sliding block seat and the material pushing plate on the sliding block seat to move horizontally; meanwhile, the gear shaft also enables the racks on the two sides to synchronously move, so that the sliding block seat and the material pushing plate stably and horizontally move; one end of the gear shaft is provided with a driving wheel and a pushing motor; the driving wheel and the gear shaft are coaxially arranged, and the material pushing motor is connected with the driving wheel through belt transmission; the pushing motor is the total power source of the whole horizontal pushing mechanism, the rotation is transmitted to the gear, and the gear and the rack are converted into the horizontal movement of the pushing plate.
The sliding block seat is provided with a front limiting piece and a rear limiting piece; the front end and the rear end of the inner side surface of the bottom plate are provided with miniature photoelectric switches; the positions of the front and the rear limiting pieces correspond to the positions of the micro photoelectric switches; the front and back limiting pieces are matched with the micro photoelectric switch to regulate the limit position of the horizontal movement of the material pushing plate.
The front end of the material pushing plate is provided with an inner folded edge; when the front end of the material pushing plate acts on the scroll, the scroll can be prevented from being scratched; in addition, the material pushing plate is actually of a simply supported beam structure, and the deflection deformation of the material pushing plate can be automatically corrected at the front end of the material pushing plate by the inner folded edge.
The working process of the first embodiment: the normal state of the material pushing plate is a retraction state, namely the front end of the rack is meshed with the gear; when the free end of the banner is fixed, the banner transversely spans in front of the material pushing plate; the pushing motor operates to transmit the self torsion to the gear shaft through belt transmission; the gear shaft is meshed with the rack for transmission, so that the rack, the sliding block seat and the material pushing plate on the sliding block seat move forwards; in the process of forward movement of the material pushing plate, the sliding block slides on the sliding block guide rail to provide guidance, and the front end of the material pushing plate pushes the scroll in front of the material pushing plate forward; because the free end of the scroll is fixed, the scroll tends to fold as it is pushed forward.
Example two: referring to fig. 4-10, a horizontal folding can making device using the horizontal pusher mechanism including the banner cylinder of the first embodiment further includes front and rear vertical clamping assemblies;
the front vertical clamping assembly and the rear vertical clamping assembly comprise finger cylinders; the finger cylinder comprises two vertically arranged finger output ends;
the front vertical clamping component is provided with a front cloth clamping rod up and down; the front cloth clamping rods are arranged up and down symmetrically relative to the material pushing plate; the material pushing plate can penetrate through the front cloth clamping rods; the front cloth clamping rods on the same side of the front vertical clamping assembly are respectively connected with the finger output ends of the same finger cylinder; the finger cylinder drives the finger output end to be vertically opened and closed, so that the front cloth clamping rod is opened and closed.
A rear cloth clamping rod is arranged above and below the rear vertical clamping assembly; the rear cloth clamping rods are arranged up and down symmetrically relative to the material pushing plate; the material pushing plate can penetrate through the space between the back cloth clamping rods; the rear cloth clamping rods on the same side of the rear vertical clamping assembly are respectively connected with the finger output ends of the same finger cylinder; the finger cylinder drives the finger output end to be vertically opened and closed, so that the rear cloth clamping rod is opened and closed.
A plurality of raised lines are arranged on the inner side surface of the front cloth clamping rod; the front end of the material pushing plate corresponding to the front cloth clamping rod is provided with a notch matched with the convex strip; the front end of the material pushing plate advances the banner between the front cloth clamping rods in the material pushing process as in the first embodiment, the front cloth clamping rods are closed, the convex strips press the banner covering the gap, the material pushing plate can leave between the front cloth clamping rods, and the banner is left after being folded.
The outer side surfaces of the front cloth clamping rod and the rear cloth clamping rod are provided with lightening grooves for lightening the load of the front cloth clamping rod and the rear cloth clamping rod.
The front cloth clamping rod and the rear cloth clamping rod are connected with the finger output end through screws.
The front cloth clamping rod is connected with the finger output end through a T-shaped block and a screw.
The T-shaped block comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate; the transverse plate is provided with a lower counter bore which is positioned at one side of the vertical plate; the lower counter bore penetrates through the lower counter bore screw to be connected with the finger output end and corresponds to the inner side surface of the front cloth clamping rod, so that the interference of the opening and the closing of the front cloth clamping assembly is avoided; the vertical plate is connected with the front cloth clamping rod, and the front cloth clamping plate is widened by increasing the width of the vertical plate.
Working process of embodiment two; the material pushing process of the second embodiment is the same as the working process of the first embodiment, and details are not repeated here; here, the method is mainly used for describing how the scroll achieves the folding effect under the action of the material pushing process;
as described in the first embodiment, the front end of the material pushing plate pushes the banner forward, so that the banner tends to fold; the material pushing plate continues to push the scroll forwards, penetrates through the opened rear vertical clamping assembly and reaches the opened front vertical clamping assembly; the gap at the front end of the material pushing plate enters between the front cloth clamping rods; the front vertical clamping assembly begins to close; the front cloth clamping rod starts to tighten towards the front end of the material pushing plate covered with the scroll; when the front vertical clamping assembly is closed, the spokes at the notches are compacted by the convex strips, and the push plate can return without being compacted by the front cloth clamping rod; at the moment, the material pushing motor is reversely started, so that the material pushing plate reversely moves by means of the gear and the rack to return; when the material pushing plate completely leaves the rear vertical clamping assembly, the rear vertical clamping assembly also starts to be closed; the back cloth clamping rod is tightened to the scroll left at the position, when the closing of the scroll is finished, because the free end of the scroll is fixed, two layers of scroll folded by the front vertical clamping assembly are formed between the front vertical clamping assembly and the back vertical clamping assembly, namely the scroll is successfully folded between the front vertical clamping assembly and the back vertical clamping assembly.
