Step 101, obtaining at least one piece of preset parameter information, wherein the preset parameter information comprises: target equipment identification information, preset parameter category information and a preset interference processing strategy corresponding to the preset parameter category information;
102, creating a scheduling task according to the preset parameter information;
step 103, executing the scheduling task according to preset task execution parameters;
104, acquiring target data corresponding to the target equipment identification information obtained by executing the scheduling task, wherein the target data comprises parameter data corresponding to the preset parameter type information;

and 106, when the interference level exceeds a preset threshold, executing adjustment operation on the target equipment according to the preset interference processing strategy and the interference level so as to reduce the interference level to be within the preset threshold range.
The invention is applied to a network management system, which is called a network performance management system, and the network management system automatically maintains and manages the communication equipment by applying modern computer and network technology, communication network technology, management technology, application software development technology and the like.
The target device refers to all cells corresponding to the target base station device, or target cells corresponding to the target base station device, and usually one base station device corresponds to at least one cell.
By acquiring at least one preset parameter information, the scheduling task can be flexibly created according to the preset parameter information. The preset parameter information comprises target equipment identification information, preset parameter category information and a preset interference processing strategy corresponding to the preset parameter category information. The target device identification information includes: the network management system can monitor the parameter data of all cells corresponding to the No. 1 base station when the target equipment identification information is the No. 1 base station, and can monitor the parameter data of the a cell corresponding to the No. 1 base station when the target equipment identification information is the a cell of the No. 1 base station; the preset parameter type information is preset parameter type information according to needs of a person skilled in the art, for example, when the preset parameter type information is transmission power and occupancy, the network management system can monitor the transmission power data and occupancy data of the target device; the preset interference processing policy corresponding to the preset parameter type information is preset by a person skilled in the art for the preset parameter type information, for example, when the preset parameter type information is the transmitting power and the occupancy rate, the network management system monitors the transmitting power and the occupancy rate of the target device, when confirming that the target device has an interfered condition, adjusts the transmitting power and the occupancy rate of the target device according to the interference processing policy so as to reduce interference, for example, when confirming that the target device has an interfered condition, reduces the transmitting power by a preset value of one unit, and reduces the occupancy rate by a preset value of two units.
It should be noted that, the interference processing policy is set by those skilled in the art according to needs, and the present invention does not specifically limit the interference processing policy. The preset interference processing policy indicates that, for example, when the interference level of the target device is a high level, a deactivation operation is performed on a cell of the target device, or when the interference level of the target device is a medium level, parameter data corresponding to the target device is modified, or when the interference level of the target device is a low level, the target device is not adjusted, and only a user is reminded of focusing attention on an operation state of the target device, and the like.
Furthermore, the invention can formulate different interference processing strategies according to different interference sources, wherein the interference sources are divided into an internal interference source and an external interference source. The preset interference processing policy indicates, for example, that when an interference level of a target device is middle, parameter data corresponding to the target device is modified, where a value of one unit is modified for the parameter data corresponding to the target device when the interference is caused by an internal interference source, and a value of two units is modified for the parameter data corresponding to the target device when the interference is caused by an external interference source.
The scheduling task is a specific task allocated to the target equipment according to a certain constraint condition. Different scheduling tasks can be created according to different preset parameter information, for example, the scheduling task A is to monitor the transmitting power and the occupancy rate of all cells of the No. 1 base station, when the transmitting power and the occupancy rate are interfered, the transmitting power is reduced by a preset value of one unit, and the occupancy rate is reduced by a preset value of two units; the scheduling task B is to monitor the transmitting power and the cell bandwidth of the cell a of the base station No. 2, and when the transmitting power and the cell bandwidth have the interfered condition, the transmitting power is reduced by two units of preset values, and the cell bandwidth is reduced by one unit of preset values.
The scheduled task is executed according to preset task execution parameters, including but not limited to execution time, date, period, etc. of the scheduled task, which are set by those skilled in the art according to needs, and the invention is not limited. Examples are: starting from the eighth morning point 1 month 1, executing the scheduling task A every 48 hours; scheduled task B was performed at 23 points of month 15.
And acquiring target data corresponding to the target equipment identification information obtained by executing the scheduling task, wherein the target data comprises parameter data corresponding to the preset parameter type information. For example, by executing the scheduling task a, the network management system monitors the transmission power and the occupancy of all cells of the base station No. 1, and obtains the transmission power data and the occupancy data of all cells of the base station No. 1.
After the network management system obtains the parameter data, the processing operation can be executed on the parameter data according to preset processing rules, wherein the preset processing rules are set by a person skilled in the art according to service requirements and are input into the network management system in advance. When the network management system acquires the parameter data, automatically executing processing operation on the parameter data according to a preset processing rule to obtain interference data corresponding to the parameter data, wherein the interference data comprises an interference level, and when the interference level exceeds a preset threshold, executing adjustment operation on the target equipment according to the preset interference processing strategy and the interference level so as to inhibit interference, so that the interference level is reduced to be within the range of the preset threshold.
Optionally, the preset processing rule includes a preset formula, and the performing a processing operation on the parameter data according to the preset processing rule includes: and executing operation on the parameter data according to a preset formula.
For example, the parameter data includes: the uplink average interference level of the cell is as follows: received interference power (dBm) = (cell uplink average interference level prb00+cell uplink average interference level prb01+ ··+cell uplink average interference level prb99)/100, where the PRB refers to a physical resource block (physical resource block), and the operation is performed on the cell uplink average interference level according to the preset formula, so as to obtain received interference power, that is, interference data.
Optionally, after obtaining the interference data corresponding to the parameter data, the method includes: and determining the interference level according to the interference data.
For example, the interference level is divided into high, medium, low and no four steps, when the value of the interference data is 0, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is none, when the value of the interference data is 1-3, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is low, when the value of the interference data is 4-7, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is medium, when the value of the interference data is 8-10, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is high, and when the interference level exceeds low, the adjustment operation is executed on the target device according to the preset interference processing strategy and the interference level. It should be noted that, the division manner of the interference level is set according to the service needs of those skilled in the art, and the present invention is not limited.
In step 106, when the interference level exceeds a preset threshold, an adjustment operation is performed on the target device according to the preset interference processing policy and the interference level, for example, the base station No. 1 includes an a cell and a b cell, and preset parameter information corresponding to a scheduling task includes: all cells of the base station 1, transmitting power and a preset interference processing strategy, wherein the preset threshold is a low level, and the preset interference processing strategy is as follows: when the interference level of the target device exceeds a low gear, performing an adjustment operation on the target device, the adjustment operation including: when the interference level of the cell of the base station 1 is a middle grade, the transmitting power of the cell is reduced by a preset value of one unit, and when the interference level is a high grade, the deactivation operation is carried out on the cell. Specifically, the adjustment operation includes: when the network management system obtains that the interference data of the transmitting power corresponding to the a cell of the No. 1 base station is 9 and determines that the interference level of the a cell of the No. 1 base station is high-grade, performing deactivation operation on the a cell; when the network management system obtains that the interference data of the transmitting power corresponding to the b cell of the No. 1 base station is 6 and determines that the interference level of the transmitting power corresponding to the b cell of the No. 1 base station is a middle grade, the transmitting power of the b cell of the No. 1 base station is reduced by a preset value of one unit.
