Abstract

在一消声器内设有一非偏压阀。该阀由阀两端的压力差来驱动定位,既可位于全部打开的位置,也可位于全部关闭的位置。在消声器的下游腔室和阀的背侧之间设有一压力平衡管,这样就避免了流体所产生的低压区域,从而使阀可响应流体中实际的压力差而动作。

Description

带有一体式止回阀的消声器
容积式压缩机在其密闭物被传送排出时具有一脉动的输出。常用消声器来降低气体脉动而产生的噪音。当压缩机刚刚关停时,在压缩机两端有一压力差,该压力差沿着压缩机,而不是沿着制冷或空调系统而取得平衡。为了防止压缩机作为没有负载的膨胀机进行反向动作,通常在压缩机的排出口设置一止回阀以防止反向流动和动作。如何将止回阀安置到一合适的位置是一个经常遇到的问题,如果阀是偏压关闭的,它就有可能响应脉动的输出而动作,因而更增加了噪声。
本发明在消声器中设置一响应流体的非偏压阀,它和消声器的入口共同作用,以在诸如关停压缩机等能产生反向流的条件下阻止流体从消声器返回压缩机。
本发明的一个目的在于,在排出气体脉动消声器的范围内防止压缩气体的反向流动。
本发明的另一目的在于,防止压缩气体倒流入压缩机。这些和其它一些目的将通过下文对本发明的详细描述而变得更为明显。
基本上,一个阀设置在一消声器内,并且设置得在没有返回偏压的条件下对流体作出响应。该阀在开启方向上提供一让流体顺利流动的形状,而在关闭方向上提供一阻挡流体的形状。
为了更好地理解本发明,下面将结合附图来详细说明本发明的较佳实施例。
图1是本发明的止回阀和消声器的剖视图,其中的阀处于打开的位置;
图2是图1的消声器部分的剖视图;
图3是图2的消声器的端视图;
在图1中,标号20总的指出了一消声器,它具有一密封地连接于螺杆式压缩机10的排出口的内止回阀。消声器和止回阀20包括一由第一部分22和第二部分24组成的壳体,所述第一和第二部分密封地连接在一起,一隔板或挡板26固定在两者之间,构成了一第一部分22的入口腔室30和一第二部分24的出口腔室32。第一部分22固定在压缩机10上并且具有一连接于压缩机10的排出通道10-1的入口通道22-1。入口通道22终止在阀座22-2处。
从图2清楚可见,阀的导向杆28固定地设置在孔24-1内,并由垫套34所环绕,而穿过隔板26进入腔室30。再返回看图1,阀导向杆28延伸入阀40的孔40-1内。隔板或挡板26上固定着多个消声管42,它们为入口腔室30和出口腔室32提供了一流体通道。从图3清楚可见,消声管42在圆周的一部分上安排成弓形,没有一个消声管42直接对准出口24-2,所述消声管仅象征性地或形式上由阀40所覆盖。诸消声管42都是一样的并且具有相同的径向间隔。压力平衡管44径向地位于消声管42的内侧,它完全被阀40所覆盖,但也不直接对准出口24-2。
在动作时,阀40响应于阀40两端的流量/压力差而在阀导向杆28上滑动。如图1所示,阀40处于完全打开的位置,在压缩机10内被压缩的热压空气顺次流经排出通道10-1、入口通道22-1和阀40后流入入口腔室30。阀40覆盖了压力平衡管44的一端使流体经过消声管42从入口腔室30流到出口腔室32。因为消声管42不对准出口24-2,所以在流体经出口24-2流入制冷或空调系统时之前,在腔室32内会产生回荡。压力平衡管44将腔室32下游侧的较低的压力连通到阀40的背侧,所以没有把阀40关闭的趋势。与此相反,传统的阀响应压力差的变化开始朝关闭和打开的方向移动时,压力的脉动会产生振颤。
在压缩机10关停时,制冷或空调系统趋向于通过压缩机10而取得平衡。这时,流体将从腔室32起经过消声管42流入腔室30,并且经过阀40进入通道22-1,再经通道10-1流回压缩机10。要不是有压力平衡管44,经过阀40的流体会在阀40后方产生一低压区域,使它在反向流动的条件下有保持打开状态的趋势。但是由于平衡管44的存在,压力平衡管44将腔室32的压力和阀40后部区域的压力连通起来,结果跨40两端的压力差使得阀40在有反向流时得以关闭。
尽管上面对本发明的较佳实施例作了描述,但本技术领域的熟练人员仍可在本发明的范围内作出其它的变型,因而本发明的保护范围限制在所附权利要求加以限定。

Claims (4)

1.一消声器(20)包括:
由一隔板(26)分隔成一第一腔室(30)和一第二腔室(32)的壳体装置;一连通于所述第一腔室的入口(22-1)和一连通于所述第二腔室的出口;围绕所述入口的阀座装置(22-2);由所述隔板支承的诸消声管(42),它们在所述第一和第二腔室之间提供了流体联通;以及一阀装置(40),它具有一面对着所述阀座装置的第一侧以及一面对着所述隔板的第二侧,所述阀装置可于座落在阀座上的第一位置和第二位置之间移动,只有在流体产生力的作用下阀才响应处于这个第二位置而让流体流过消声器。
2.如权利要求1所述的消声器,其特征在于,所述消声管和所述出口周向地间隔,而所述阀装置具有一环形部分,它几乎完全地径向地位于所述诸消声管的内侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的消声器,其特征在于,所述阀装置可在一延伸穿过所述挡板的阀导向杆(28)上滑动。
4.如权利要求1所述的消声器,其特征在于,该消声器有一压力平衡管(44),它从所述第二腔室延伸到一面对着所述阀装置的所述第二侧的区域,因而所述阀装置的所述第二侧的压力和所述第二腔室的压力相对应。
