Based on the same inventive concept, as shown in fig. 3, an extended communication method of a material purchasing system, which may or may not be applied to the system described in any one of the above embodiments, may also be applied to other systems, and the method includes the following steps:

s102: the material purchasing system is communicated with the credit investigation platform to obtain violation and risk information of a supplier;
s103: the material purchasing system is communicated with the price inquiring system, and the price information in the price inquiring system is pushed to the material purchasing system for price guidance in purchasing;
s104: the material purchasing system is communicated with the third-party platform, so that the material purchasing system can perform purchasing business on the third-party platform;
s105: the material purchasing system is communicated with the OA system, and the examination and approval items of the material purchasing system are pushed to the OA system to complete examination and approval.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, displayed data, etc.) related to the embodiments of the present disclosure are both information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided in the disclosure may be general processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing-based data processing logic devices, etc., without being limited thereto.

An extensible communication method of a material purchasing system adopts the extensible material purchasing system, and the extensible material purchasing system comprises a basic information interface, an item management interface, an OA system information interface, a price information interface, a third party interface and a credit investigation interface; the basic information interface is used for the material purchasing system to be in expanded communication with the main data platform and provide and update personnel information and supplier information for a purchasing party of the material purchasing system; the project management interface is used for expanding communication between the material purchasing system and the project management system, pushing the bidding purchasing result of the material purchasing system to the project management system to complete cost accounting, and analyzing the bidding purchasing result by the project management system, wherein the cost information of the purchasing cost of a plurality of purchasing results is input into the project management system to be accounted so as to ensure the operation cost of group purchasing; the OA system information interface is used for the expanded communication between the material purchasing system and the OA system and pushing the examination and approval items of the material purchasing system to the OA system to complete examination and approval; the price information interface is used for the expanded communication between the material purchasing system and the price inquiring system, and pushing the price information in the price inquiring system to the material purchasing system for price guidance in purchasing; the third-party interface is used for the material purchasing system to be in expanded communication with the third-party platform so that the material purchasing system can perform purchasing business on the third-party platform; the credit investigation interface is used for the extended communication between the material purchasing system and the credit investigation platform so as to obtain the violation and risk information of the supplier;
the material purchasing system comprises a purchasing operation unit, a purchasing planning unit, a purchasing task unit, a purchasing scheme unit, a supplier unit and a contract unit; the purchasing planning unit comprises a first purchasing planning unit, a second purchasing planning unit, a third purchasing planning unit and a purchasing class unit; the purchasing task unit of the material purchasing system can split, combine and send a purchasing plan and create and send one or more purchasing tasks according to the items, the varieties and the quantity in a preset purchasing mode, the purchasing task unit has large data processing capacity and can be clustered according to one of the items, the varieties and the quantity in the preset purchasing mode, the preset purchasing mode is a first priority, the items are a second priority, the varieties are a third priority, and the quantity is a fourth priority; the first priority is greater than the second priority and greater than the third priority and greater than the fourth priority, the purchasing task unit splits a plurality of purchasing plans of the first purchasing plan unit, the second purchasing plan unit and the third purchasing plan unit, combines and combines a plurality of purchasing plans with the same preset purchasing mode, and forms and sends a purchasing task so as to improve the actual purchasing efficiency; then, the purchasing task unit divides a plurality of purchasing plans of the first purchasing planning unit, the second purchasing planning unit and the third purchasing planning unit according to the items or the varieties, and then combines and combines a plurality of purchasing plans of items with high importance or varieties with high importance to form and send one or more purchasing tasks; finally, the purchasing task unit divides a plurality of purchasing plans of the first purchasing plan unit, the second purchasing plan unit and the third purchasing plan unit according to the number, and then combines and combines the purchasing plans with a large number to form and send one or more purchasing tasks; for a plurality of single purchasing plans remaining in the material purchasing system, the purchasing task processing unit can also establish and send one or more purchasing tasks for the single purchasing plans;

the purchase scheme units of the price inquiring system and the material purchasing system are in two-way communication, and the price inquiring system can be used for generating a transaction report, an abnormal report and price guidance and supervising the bidding purchasing process; the abnormal report comprises three bidding items, a grading abnormal table and a first non-winning bid; when the purchasing scheme unit performs purchasing and finishes purchasing, the price enquiring system can generate a transaction report, wherein the transaction report comprises a bid inviting standing book, the purchasing amount of each unit, the statistics of the bid inviting contract and the annual purchasing amount; the comparison of bid amounts of various purchasing modes can be checked through the report; inquiring the purchase quantity of different units in different time, and making special subdivision purchase amount; inquiring the annual bidding contract ledger of the group, tracing to a specific task, exporting and displaying the annual purchasing trend of the group; the abnormal report specially counts that when each unit executes the tender purchasing business, the purchasing is not executed according to the relevant regulations of the state and the group, and the specific business and the relevant responsible persons can be traced; checking the abnormal scoring condition of the purchasing link of the historical bidding task, and analyzing the abnormal reason; combining the scoring and quotation scores of the bid evaluators, recommending the highest scoring candidate as a first candidate for winning a bid by the system, and counting the last non-winning condition of the first candidate for winning a bid for daily supervision and query; analyzing data of the same IP address quotation used by a supplier in the same purchase by a technical means, and supervising; analyzing the times of two suppliers appearing in bid simultaneously by a technical means, and judging whether the bid is a bid enclosing;
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s103: the material purchasing system is communicated with the price inquiring system, and the price information in the price inquiring system is pushed to the material purchasing system for price guidance in purchasing;
s104: the material purchasing system is communicated with the third-party platform, so that the material purchasing system can perform purchasing business on the third-party platform;
s105: the material purchasing system is communicated with the OA system, and the examination and approval items of the material purchasing system are pushed to the OA system to complete examination and approval.
