技术领域
本发明涉及墙面装饰技术领域,具体为一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片及其制备工艺。
背景技术
丁基橡胶自粘胶具有良好的耐候性,耐酸碱性能,广泛的温度适应性,已广泛用于外墙外立面防水自粘卷材,因其良好的自粘特性,明显降低了施工难度。
目前,墙面装饰,尤其是外墙装饰,向成品片材粘贴的方向发展。各种成品仿花岗岩贴片粘贴工艺,正在替代传统的在工地从底到面,逐层施工高端涂料工艺,以便降低工地涂料施工的复杂程度,减少建筑工地的粉尘、VOC排放等污染。
但丁基橡胶自粘胶与各种仿花岗岩片复合在一起制成的自粘仿花岗岩贴片,尚未见报道,也未见市场销售与使用
目前,外墙装饰贴片有多彩仿花岗岩贴片、真石漆贴片、质感涂料贴片、岩片与岩粒贴片、粘土与乳液复合的烧结贴片等不同类型,这些贴片在施工到墙体的过程中,还需用粘贴剂进行粘贴。目前常用的粘贴剂有水泥乳液复合型粘贴剂和弹性丙烯酸粘贴剂等不同形式,在施工时,先将粘贴剂均匀地刮涂或滚涂到墙面,再将装饰贴片贴上去。这种施工方法,施工难度仍然较大,并且由于粘贴剂在施工完成初期,粘结力都不好,即怕下雨淋坏也易导致鼓包和空鼓缺陷。本发明贴片产品即在解决这些难题的同时提供各种仿花岗岩石效果,具有广泛的实用价值和市场前景。

丁基橡胶自粘胶层的配方,按重量计包括如下组分,丁基橡胶:20~30%,聚异丁烯:10~25%,增粘树脂:2.5~5%,增塑剂:5~10%,超细硫酸钡:50~100%;偶联剂:0.2~1.0%,增稠剂0.2~2.0%,空心玻璃微珠或空心陶瓷微珠:0~10%,防老化剂:0~3%,配方中的超细硫酸钡还可以是重钙或滑石粉或是它们的混合物。丁基橡胶自粘胶也可以是乙丙橡胶自粘胶或氯丁橡胶自粘胶、硅橡胶自粘胶,或它们两种或多种的混合物。

一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,在涂胶玻纤布的一面,按顺序依次施工弹性涂料中层(厚度通常为0.1~2.0mm)多彩仿花岗岩涂层、透明清漆罩面层、覆盖保护膜。如果弹性涂料中层中含有石英砂,或多彩涂料中含有石英砂,就不须覆盖保护膜。这部分的总厚度为:0.2~2.2mm;
一种自粘仿花岗岩贴片,将丁基橡胶等各组分在捏合机中制成膏状的自粘胶,将自粘胶复合到涂胶玻纤布的另一面(未涂多彩效果漆的这一面),然后在丁基橡胶自粘胶形成的自粘胶层上设置离型纸,进行卷曲或切片,包装贮存。自粘仿花岗岩贴片的总厚度0.3~4.2mm。
上述自粘仿花岗岩贴片的罩面清漆,还可以在贴片粘贴到墙面上以后再进行施工。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明提供一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片及其制备工艺,其生产的自粘仿花岗岩贴片耐候、耐碱性都很好,使用寿命长,施工简单快捷,粘性好,对墙面造型的适应性强,请参阅图1和图2,包括:离型纸、丁基橡胶自粘层、涂胶玻纤布层、弹性涂料中层、多彩仿花岗岩涂层、透明清漆罩面层、保护膜层;
一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,制备工艺与流程:
玻纤布放卷(1-1)→玻纤布施工封闭底漆(1-2)→涂胶(涂底漆)玻纤布进入隧道炉干燥(1-3)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动(1-4)→涂胶玻纤布施工弹性涂料中涂(2-1)→继续进入隧道炉中干燥(2-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(2-3)→继续进入多彩涂料喷涂工序(3-1)→继续进入隧道炉干燥(3-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(3-3)→进入罩面清漆施工工序(4-1)→进入隧道炉干燥(4-2)→冷却并辊压驱动前行(4-3)→进入覆膜机覆膜工序(5)→背面丁基橡胶自粘胶挤出复合工序(6-1)→进入冷却工序(6-2)→进入自粘胶上离型纸设置工序(6-3)→进入曲面或切片工序(7)→进入包装工序(8)。
工序(1-3)、工序(2-2)、工序(3-2)、工序(4-2)、工序(6-2)等工序,在玻纤布的下方,都设置辊轮驱动或其他辅助驱动方式。
依据产量要求和各物料施工厚度,设定玻纤布的前进速度和隧道炉的长度。
如果对产品的质量要求不高,可以删除工序(5),或删除工序(4-1)、工序(4-2)、工序(4-3)或删除工序(1-2)、工序(1-3)、工序(1-4)等。
多彩涂料可以是水包水多彩涂料,也可以是水包砂多彩涂料,如果是水包砂多彩涂料,就删除工序(5)。
弹性涂料可以是普通弹性涂料,也可以是弹性质感涂料。如果是弹性质感涂料或弹性真石漆,就删除工序(5)。
丁基橡胶自粘胶,也可以是再生丁基橡胶自粘胶。
保护膜的作用,是在生产、包装、运输、施工的过程中保护贴片面层、粘贴施工完成后,将撕掉保护膜。
其制备工艺和流程也可以是:玻纤布放卷(1-1)→施工弹性涂料中层(2-1)→进入隧道炉中干燥(2-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(2-3)→进入多彩涂料喷涂工序(3-1)→进入隧道炉中干型(3-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(3-3)→进入罩面清漆施工工序(4-1)→进入隧道炉干燥(4-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(4-3)→进入履膜工序(5)→背面丁基橡胶自粘胶挤出复合工序(6-1)→进入冷却工序(6-2)→进入自粘胶上离型纸设置工序(6-3)→进入卷曲或切片工序(7)→进入包装工序(8)。
一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,也可以包括:离型纸、丁基橡胶自粘层、纤布层、弹性涂料中层、多彩仿花岗岩涂层、透明清漆罩面层和保护膜层,所述离型纸固定连接有丁基橡胶自粘层,所述丁基橡胶自粘层固定连接有玻纤布层,所述玻纤布层固定连接有弹性涂料中层,所述弹性涂料中层固定连接有多彩仿花岗岩涂层,所述多彩花岗岩涂层固定连接有透明清漆面层,所述透明清漆面层固定连接有保护膜层。
下面通过实例对本发明进行详细说明:
施工方案如下:
制备玻纤布底漆用胶:在分散缸中依次加入47kg水,50kg丙烯酸乳液,3kg醇酯-12,低速搅拌均匀,尽量避免搅起泡沫,制成玻纤布底漆用胶。
制备弹性中层涂料:
在分散缸中,依次加入8kg水,0.6kg分散剂,0.1kg润湿剂,0.2kg羟乙基纤维素,0.2kg抑泡剂,启动分散机,搅拌2min,在搅拌状态下加入17kg钛白粉,继续分散3~5min,继续加入39kg弹性纯丙乳液,继续分散3min,继续加入2500目硫酸钡23kg,1500目重钙7kg,接着分散20~30min,然后继续加入0.6kg消泡剂,0.2kg杀菌剂,0.4kg防霉剂,0.2kg聚氨酯流平增稠剂,搅拌10min,用碱溶胀增稠剂调整粘度至125~130ku。调色时,是铁铬黑色浆,钛黄色浆、铁铬棕色浆,钴绿色浆及少量铁红色浆,调成仿黄金麻花岗岩效果所用的底色,制成仿黄麻花岗岩效果所需的弹性中层涂料(多彩底色)。
制备水包水仿花岗岩多彩涂料:
制备水包水仿花岗岩多彩涂料所需胶体半制品:
在分散缸中加入水:92kg,启动搅拌机,在搅拌状态下加入8kgGTS胶粉,分散30~60min至完全均匀,制成胶体半制品。
制备水包水仿花岗岩涂料所需包水:
在分散缸中依次加入:水:41.4kg,纯丙乳液:55kg,启动分散机,在低速搅拌状态下加入3.3kg醇酯-12,消泡剂0.3kg,低速搅拌均匀,尽量避免起泡沫,制成包水。
制备水包水仿花岗岩多彩涂料色粒所需的调色母料:
在分散缸中,依次加入35kg水,分散剂0.4kg,润湿剂:0.2kg,抑泡剂:0.2kg,PH值调节剂0.3kg,防腐剂0.2kg,启动分散机,低速搅拌,继续加入1.0kg羟丙基纤维素,钛白粉:0.5kg,高岭土11.5kg,中速分散20~30min,继续加入专用纯丙乳液30kg,成膜助剂2.0kg,消泡剂0.2kg,分散剂0.2kg,胶体半制品10.8kg,防霉剂0.5kg,碱溶胀增稠剂3.5kg,水3.5kg,高速分散10min,充分搅拌均匀,制成水包水仿花岗岩多彩涂料色粒所需母料。
准备好铁铬黑色浆、钛黄色浆、钛棕色浆,铁红色浆、钴绿色浆,挑选黄金麻石材表面最突出的6种花纹颜色,按每种颜色的占比,用(0032)母料分别调成这6种母料颜色备用。
制备水包水仿花岗岩多彩涂料:
在桶中依次加入3.6kg胶体半制品,9kg包水,总共5.4kg各种颜色的色粒,各种色粒的比例事先测试好。采用专用过滤设备将上述18kg混合物料过滤成1~2mm的悬浮小颗粒,放到第二天粘度稳定后喷板检测花纹效果,合格后可按需要大量生产,制成多彩涂料。
制备水性哑光透明罩面清漆:
在分散缸中依次加入8kg水,0.3kg分散剂,硅丙乳液85.5kg,启动分散机,开始搅拌,继续加入哑光粉6kg,高速搅拌30min,继续加入0.3kg消泡剂,0.2kg杀菌剂,5.5kg醇酯-12,聚氨酯流平增稠剂0.2kg,高速搅拌10min,制成水性哑光透明罩面清漆。
制备丁基橡胶自粘胶:
将丁基橡胶25kg,聚异丁烯20kg,C5树脂7.5kg,偶联剂0.5kg,氯化石蜡7kg,2500目硫酸钡65kg,1500目重钙10kg,加入捏合机中,用气相二氧化硅调整粘度,制成丁基橡胶自粘胶。
制作自粘仿花岗岩贴片:
采用流水线方式制作自粘仿花岗岩贴片:流水线主要工序如下:
玻纤布放卷工序(1-1)→玻纤布辊涂底漆工序(1-2)→进入3米隧道炉干燥(1-3)→进入风冷与辊轮辊压驱动行进工序(1-4)→进入弹性中涂刮涂工序(2-1)→进入20米隧道炉干燥工序(2-2)→进入风冷与辊轮辊驱动前行工序(2-3)→继续进入多彩涂料喷涂工序(3-1)→继续进入80米隧道炉干燥工序(3-2)→进入风冷与辊轮辊压驱动行进工序(3-3)→进入罩面清漆辊涂工序(4-1)→继续进入10米隧道炉干燥工序(4-2)→进入风冷并辊轮辊压驱动前进工序(4-3)→继续进入覆膜工序(5)→进入背面丁基橡胶自粘胶挤出复合工序(6-1)→进入风冷工序(6-2)→进入自粘胶上离型纸设置工序(6-3)→进入卷曲或切片工序(7)→进入包装工序。
工序(4-3)完成时,厚度控制到0.25~0.4mm之间,丁基自粘胶的厚度控制到0.5~1.5mm之间,整体产品厚度控制到0.75~1.9mm之间。
工序(1-3)、工序(2-2)、工序(3-2)、工序(4-2)、工序(6-2)这六道工序,在玻纤布前进方向的下方,都设置辊轮或辅助驱动行进装置。
前述实施例中,采取的是整体一条流水线,从工序(1-1)到工序(6-3),中间没有间断,这对操作管理,设备管理、物料管理和人员素质的要求是很高的,但能减少工序中工人的数量,减少工序间的搬运操作,也能减少对收卷机和放卷机的投资。
可以在工序(2-3)后面,工序(3-3)后面,工序(4-3)后面、工序(5)后面,分别设置供少量物料缓冲停留的装置。
如果考虑到整体一条流水线太长,控制与管理难度大,可以将前述流水线分解成几条断开的流水线分开操作。
例如将工序(1-1)、工序(1-2)、工序(1-3)、工序(1-4)、
工序(2-1)、工序(2-2)、工序(2-3)整合为第一条流水线,这部分流水线末端增加一个收卷工序,同时须将工序(1-2)修改为单面喷涂或刮涂或辊涂操作,否则收卷后可能产生粘连。
将工序(3-1)、工序(3-2)、工序(3-3)、工序(4-1)、工序(4-2)、工序(4-3)、工序(5)整合为第二条流水线,在工序(3-1)前增加放卷工序,在工序(5)后面增加收卷工序。
将工序(6-1)、工序(6-2)、工序(6-3)、工序(7)整合为第三条流水线,在工序(6-1)前增加放卷工序,再增加玻纤布背面(未涂多彩涂料的这一面)底漆辊涂与干燥工序,然后再进入工序(6-1)及后续工序。
其制备工艺可以整合成一条流水线,也可以分成几条流水线配合完成。
所述罩面清漆也可以在贴片粘贴到墙面上以后再进行施工。
上述实施工艺,仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
基于本发明中的实施例,本领域相关技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
例如将本实施例中的水包水多彩涂料,更换为水包砂多彩涂料;或将本实施例中的丁基橡胶自粘胶改为废丁基橡胶再生自粘胶或其混合物,或删除工序(5)或删除工序(4-1)、(4-2)、(4-3)等等。
还比如可以在工序(5)之后,就进行切片工序,切后再进行丁基橡胶自粘胶挤出或高温淋涂复合及后续自粘胶上离型纸的设置工序。

Claims (6)

1.一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,其特征在于,包括:离型纸、丁基橡胶自粘层、涂胶玻纤布层、弹性涂料中层、多彩仿花岗岩涂层、透明清漆罩面层和保护膜层,所述离型纸固定连接有丁基橡胶自粘层,所述丁基橡胶自粘层固定连接有涂胶玻纤布层,所述涂胶玻纤布层固定连接有弹性涂料中层,所述弹性涂料中层固定连接有多彩仿花岗岩涂层,所述多彩花岗岩涂层固定连接有透明清漆面层,所述透明清漆面层固定连接有保护膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,其特征在于,所述丁基橡胶自粘层可以是再生丁基橡胶自粘层、丁基橡胶改性沥青自粘层、乙丙橡胶自粘层、硅橡胶自粘层、氯丁橡胶自粘层或它们一种或几种的混炼物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,其特征在于,所述玻纤布可以是石棉布、岩棉布、硅酸盐纤维布或它们的混织布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,其制备工艺如下,玻纤布放卷(1-1)→玻纤布施工封固底漆(1-2)→涂底漆玻纤布进入隧道炉干燥(1-3)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(1-4)→施工弹性涂料中层(2-1)→进入隧道炉中干燥(2-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(2-3)→进入多彩涂料喷涂工序(3-1)→进入隧道炉中干型(3-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(3-3)→进入罩面清漆施工工序(4-1)→进入隧道炉干燥(4-2)→冷却并辊轮辊压驱动前行(4-3)→进入履膜工序(5)→背面丁基橡胶自粘胶挤出复合工序(6-1)→进入冷却工序(6-2)→进入自粘胶上离型纸设置工序(6-3)→进入卷曲或切片工序(7)→进入包装工序(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,其特征在于,所述弹性涂料中层可以是弹性质感涂料中层或弹性真石漆中层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘型仿花岗岩贴片,其特征在于,所述离型纸可以是离型膜。
