本发明公开了一种多维手动调节机构,包括转盘轴承底座、液压升降平台,所述转盘轴承底座上端安装有L型基座,L型基座上设有平行设置的2根直线导轨,直线导轨上设有滑块,所述液压升降平台安装在滑块上,液压升降平台上端固定有2个负载支撑架,所述L型基座上端设有俯仰轴系,俯仰轴系的一侧设有安装在L型基座上的蜗轮蜗杆组件。本发明具有刚度高、结构简单可靠、操作方便的特点。

本发明涉及一种多维手动调节机构。
背景技术
在科研生产或试验中,经常需用到一种多维度调节机构,如何根据实际功能需要,设计一套结构简单、稳定可靠、操作简单的多维调节机构显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明其目的就在于提供一种多维手动调节机构,以解决上述背景技术中的问题,具有结构简单,稳定可靠的特点。
为实现上述目的而采取的技术方案是,一种多维手动调节机构,包括转盘轴承底座、液压升降平台,所述转盘轴承底座上端安装有L型基座,L型基座上设有平行设置的2根直线导轨,直线导轨上设有滑块,所述液压升降平台安装在滑块上,液压升降平台上端固定有2个负载支撑架,所述L型基座上端设有俯仰轴系,俯仰轴系的一侧设有安装在L型基座上的蜗轮蜗杆组件。
进一步,所述俯仰轴系包括俯仰主轴,俯仰主轴上分别安装有俯仰右支撑轴承、限位锁紧机构、俯仰左支撑轴承;所述蜗轮蜗杆组件包括固定在L型基座上的蜗杆支撑框架,蜗杆支撑框架内设有蜗杆组件,蜗杆组件的一端连接有手轮,所述蜗杆组件的上端设有与俯仰主轴连接的蜗轮,蜗轮的一侧设有刻度盘。
进一步,所述滑块有4个,每根直线导轨上安装2个滑块,所述液压升降平台通过4个所述滑块安装在2根直线导轨的上方,从而实现液压升降平台的水平方向平移。
进一步,所述转盘轴承底座包括基座,基座上端设有轴承定子和轴承转子,所述轴承定子固定在基座上,轴承转子与L型基座固定连接,从而实现机构的0~360゜的方位转动。
进一步,所述液压升降平台为手动驱动结构,通过手压驱动杆实现平台的升高。

与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点。
本发明通过转盘轴承、导轨滑块、手动液压升降平台和蜗轮蜗杆组件等简单结构来实现机构的方位转动、水平移动、升降和俯仰轴的转动等,具有结构简单,稳定可靠的特点。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1-图4所示,一种多维手动调节机构,包括转盘轴承底座1、液压升降平台3,所述转盘轴承底座1上端安装有L型基座2,所述L型基座2上设有平行设置的2根直线导轨6,直线导轨6上设有滑块4,所述液压升降平台3安装在滑块4上,液压升降平台3上端固定有2个负载支撑架5,所述L型基座2上端设有俯仰轴系7,俯仰轴系7的一侧设有安装在L型基座2上的蜗轮蜗杆组件8。
所述俯仰轴系7包括俯仰主轴71,俯仰主轴71上分别安装有俯仰右支撑轴承72、限位锁紧机构73、俯仰左支撑轴承74;所述蜗轮蜗杆组件8包括固定在L型基座2上的蜗杆支撑框架81,蜗杆支撑框架81内设有蜗杆组件82,蜗杆组件82的一端连接有手轮83,所述蜗杆组件82的上端设有与俯仰主轴71连接的蜗轮84,蜗轮84的一侧设有刻度盘85。
所述滑块4有4个,每根直线导轨6上安装2个滑块4,所述液压升降平台3通过4个所述滑块4安装在2根直线导轨6的上方,从而实现液压升降平台3的水平方向平移。
所述转盘轴承底座1包括基座,基座上端设有轴承定子和轴承转子,所述轴承定子固定在基座上,轴承转子与L型基座2固定连接,从而实现机构的0~360゜的方位转动。
所述液压升降平台3包括手动泵31、底座32、油缸33、支杆34和上架35,底座32固定安装在滑块4上,底座32上端通过可升降的支杆34与上架35连接,手动泵31位于底座32的一端,油缸33安装在支杆34上,2个负载支撑架5固定安装在上架35上。
所述液压升降平台3为手动驱动结构,通过手压手动泵31的驱动杆实现平台的升高。
本发明中,所述L型基座2安装在转盘轴承底座1上,所述L型基座2上端面上设有平行设置的2根直线导轨6,所述直线导轨6上设计有4个滑块4,液压升降平台3通过螺钉固定在所述4个滑块4上,液压升降平台3上固定有2个负载支撑架5,所述L型基座2上端固定俯仰轴系7,所述俯仰轴系7包括俯仰主轴71、俯仰右支撑轴承72、限位锁紧机构73、俯仰左支撑轴承74,所述L型基座2最左侧安装有蜗轮蜗杆组件8,蜗轮蜗杆组件8为俯仰轴系7的驱动组件,所述蜗轮蜗杆组件8包括蜗杆支撑框架81、蜗杆组件82 、手轮83、蜗轮84、刻度盘85。
所述转盘轴承底座1的转盘定子安装基座上, L型基座2固定在转盘转子上,从而实现机构的0~360゜的方位转动。
所述L型基座2上设有平行设置2根长1.2m的直线导轨6,每根直线导轨6上安装2个滑块4,液压升降平台3安装在4个滑块4上,从而可实现液压升降平台3的水平方向上0.7m的有效平移。
所述液压升降平台3为手动驱动结构,当需要升高时通过手压驱动杆即可实现平台升高。
所述俯仰轴系7的转动范围为0~45゜,蜗轮蜗杆组件8为俯仰轴系7的驱动部件,俯仰轴系7设有限位锁紧机构73。
本发明所述的多维手动调节机构采用具有自锁功能的转盘轴承机构实现方位0~360゜旋转运动;采用手动液压剪叉式升降平台实现平移机构升降运动;采用直线导轨滑块机构实现水平平移运动;采用精密轴系支撑,蜗轮蜗杆驱动的方式实现0~45゜的俯仰运动,精密轴系由支撑端的转盘轴承和固定端的角接触球轴承两组轴承组件支撑,增加机构上端的刚性;俯仰驱动部件主要由蜗杆支撑框架、蜗杆组件、手轮、蜗轮和刻度盘构成,具有刚度高、结构简单可靠、操作方便等特点。

Claims (5)

1.一种多维手动调节机构,包括转盘轴承底座(1)、液压升降平台(3),其特征在于,所述转盘轴承底座(1)上端安装有L型基座(2),所述L型基座(2)上设有平行设置的2根直线导轨(6),直线导轨(6)上设有滑块(4),所述液压升降平台(3)安装在滑块(4)上,液压升降平台(3)上端固定有2个负载支撑架(5),所述L型基座(2)上端设有俯仰轴系(7),俯仰轴系(7)的一侧设有安装在L型基座(2)上的蜗轮蜗杆组件(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维手动调节机构,其特征在于,所述俯仰轴系(7)包括俯仰主轴(71),俯仰主轴(71)上分别安装有俯仰右支撑轴承(72)、限位锁紧机构(73)、俯仰左支撑轴承(74);所述蜗轮蜗杆组件(8)包括固定在L型基座(2)上的蜗杆支撑框架(81),蜗杆支撑框架(81)内设有蜗杆组件(82),蜗杆组件(82)的一端连接有手轮(83),所述蜗杆组件(82)的上端设有与俯仰主轴(71)连接的蜗轮(84),蜗轮(84)的一侧设有刻度盘(85)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维手动调节机构,其特征在于,所述滑块(4)有4个,每根直线导轨(6)上安装2个滑块(4),所述液压升降平台(3)通过4个所述滑块(4)安装在2根直线导轨(6)的上方,从而实现液压升降平台(3)的水平方向平移。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维手动调节机构,其特征在于,所述转盘轴承底座(1)包括基座,基座上端设有轴承定子和轴承转子,所述轴承定子固定在基座上,轴承转子与L型基座(2)固定连接,从而实现机构的0~360゜的方位转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维手动调节机构,其特征在于,所述液压升降平台(3)为手动驱动结构,通过手压驱动杆实现平台的升高。
