背景技术
棉,即棉纤维是由受精胚珠的表皮细胞经伸长、加厚而成的种子纤维,不同于一般的韧皮纤维。它的主要组成物质是纤维素。我国是稻作历史最悠久、水稻遗传资源最丰富的国家之一,水稻种植面积多,除丰收稻米之外,还会产生一些附属物,如大量的稻谷干和稻壳,若不合理利用,将会污染环境。目前尚且缺乏将稻谷纤维应用到面料中的技术。

一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,包括基层,所述基层底端缝制有抗菌层,所述基层的上端面覆盖有抗菌涂层,所述抗菌层底端面覆盖有阻燃涂层,所述基层为棉稻复合纤维纱纺织而成,所述棉稻复合纤维纱按重量份数计包括如下组分:50-100份的棉纤维、40-90份的稻谷纤维、20-40份的异丙醇、10-30份的邻苯二甲酸酐、1-5份的果胶酶、5-10份的猪笼草提取物。
优选的,所述棉稻复合纤维纱由以下步骤制成:
S1、选取合格的稻谷杆和稻谷壳,清洗、烘干、粉碎,得到稻谷原料,选取合格的棉花,清洗、烘干,得到棉原料;
S2、将稻谷原料浸泡在发酵菌液中,进行发酵处理,得到发酵后的稻谷素;
S3、对稻谷素进行高温处理,混入适量棉原料,充分搅拌混匀,得到复合纤维原液;
S4、采用真空涡流纺纱法,将复合纤维原液制成棉稻复合纤维纱线。

所述抗菌纤维按重量份数计包括如下组分:40份的竹原纤维、15份的甲壳素纤维、3份的纳米二氧化钛、5份的聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、10份的硼酸锌、5份的降解剂。
所述降解剂按重量份数计包括如下组分:10份的聚乳酸、3份的聚己内酯、3份的硅烷偶联剂、5份的硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、5份的聚丙烯酸酯。
所述抗菌涂层3按重量份数计包括如下组分:10份的纳米银、12份的壳聚糖、3份的天然薄荷提取物、3份的桂皮油提取物、5份的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、7份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述阻燃涂层4按重量份数计包括如下组分:20份的乙醇、10份的冰醋酸、5份的二甲基甲酰胺、5份的二甲基硅二醇、10份的聚磷酸铵、15份的钛酸丁酯。

Claims (8)

1.一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)底端缝制有抗菌层(2),所述基层(1)的上端面覆盖有抗菌涂层(3),所述抗菌层(2)底端面覆盖有阻燃涂层(4),所述基层(1)为棉稻复合纤维纱纺织而成,所述棉稻复合纤维纱按重量份数计包括如下组分:50-100份的棉纤维、40-90份的稻谷纤维、20-40份的异丙醇、10-30份的邻苯二甲酸酐、1-5份的果胶酶、5-10份的猪笼草提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述棉稻复合纤维纱由以下步骤制成:
S1、选取合格的稻谷杆和稻谷壳,清洗、烘干、粉碎,得到稻谷原料,选取合格的棉花,清洗、烘干,得到棉原料;
S2、将稻谷原料浸泡在发酵菌液中,进行发酵处理,得到发酵后的稻谷素;
S3、对稻谷素进行高温处理,混入适量棉原料,充分搅拌混匀,得到复合纤维原液;
S4、采用真空涡流纺纱法,将复合纤维原液制成棉稻复合纤维纱线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中的高温处理温度为300-500℃,高温处理时间为120-180min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)为抗菌纤维纺织而成的面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维按重量份数计包括如下组分:20-40份的竹原纤维、5-15份的甲壳素纤维、1-3份的纳米二氧化钛、1-5份的聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、5-10份的硼酸锌、1-5份的降解剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述降解剂按重量份数计包括如下组分:1-10份的聚乳酸、1-3份的聚己内酯、1-3份的硅烷偶联剂、3-5份的硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、1-5份的聚丙烯酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌涂层(3)按重量份数计包括如下组分:5-10份的纳米银、10-12份的壳聚糖、1-3份的天然薄荷提取物、1-3份的桂皮油提取物、1-5份的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、5-7份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花和稻谷混纺的新型技术面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃涂层(4)按重量份数计包括如下组分:10-20份的乙醇、1-10份的冰醋酸、1-5份的二甲基甲酰胺、1-5份的二甲基硅二醇、1-10份的聚磷酸铵、10-15份的钛酸丁酯。
