本发明涉及猪饲料配方技术领域,具体来说是一种同时适用于围产期母猪和哺乳期小猪的饲料,包括如下配方:膨化玉米10%‑40%、大麦粉10%‑30%、酶解大豆2.5%‑18%、乳清浓缩蛋白1%‑10%、乳清粉0.5%‑25.0%、葡萄糖0.5%‑12.5%、果糖0.5%‑12.5%、超级蒸汽鱼粉1.0%‑5.0%、溶血磷脂0.05%‑1%、膨化亚麻籽1%‑5%、深海鱼肽0.2%‑2.5%、氯化钠0.2%‑1.0%、卵黄抗体0.1%‑0.2%、丝兰提取物0.02%‑0.05%、1‑单丁酸甘油单酯0.1%‑1.0%、牛初乳0.2%‑2%、甲酸钙0.5%‑1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%‑0.8%、复合维生素0.03%‑0.05%、复合微量元素0.2%‑0.4%,可以缩短母猪产程、降低死胎率,降低仔猪腹泻率,提高断奶窝重。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及猪饲料配方技术领域,具体来说是一种同时适用于围产期母猪和哺乳期小猪的饲料。
背景技术
大多数关于繁殖母猪的营养研究都集中在妊娠期或哺乳期的影响,从妊娠晚期到哺乳期的过渡期的研究很少。从母猪妊娠95- 105天直到母猪临产,其母猪乳泡腔中分泌物明显增加,乳腺腺泡中逐渐开始分泌并蓄积乳汁,第三次乳腺快速发育阶段是在母猪生产后,经过仔猪用鼻拱母猪的乳头和仔猪吸吮乳头的刺激,且随着母猪乳腺腺泡不断地分泌并蓄积乳汁,使得母猪乳腺的重量不断增加,直至母猪泌乳期的第 21天左右逐渐增重达到高峰值,此后随着母猪泌乳量的逐渐下降,其母猪乳腺的重量也随之而不断下降。Palombo等(2018)对猪初乳形成到乳生成的过渡期的乳腺的转录分析表明,初乳的形成发生在产前的第6d和产后的第Id。大部分初乳中的脂肪和乳糖分别由生酮前体和生糖前体在分娩后生成,并且仔猪的存在和初乳的去除对于快速合成初乳脂肪和乳糖至关重要。大部分的初乳蛋白(基于IgG转移)似乎是在妊娠晚期产生的,而乳球蛋白约在妊娠80d左右产生,且妊娠最后一周对初乳的产量很重要。初乳的形成并非在母猪产仔开始时终止,而在产仔开始后似乎只是加速合成。每只小猪在出生后的前24小时内初乳200克可降低断奶前死亡的风险。此外,猪乳在提高仔猪性能和刺激新生仔猪内脏器官和骨骼肌蛋白合成方面发挥了重要作用,所以初乳对于出生小猪的成活率以及后期的生长发育具有重大的意义。而初乳即是在围产期(分娩前5天和分娩后5天)这一阶段合成的,所以围产期(分娩前5天和分娩后5天)营养对母猪和后代至关重要,也有研究表明,哺乳高峰期仔猪的活体增重LWG与分娩前后中链脂肪酸MCFA的日采食量呈正相关,与长链脂肪酸LCFA的日采食量呈负相关,说明哺乳高峰期的产奶量在一定程度上是由围产期(分娩前5天和分娩后5天)决定的。但是母猪在妊娠后期饲料中的能量浓度过高,导致母猪乳腺和乳管中的脂肪过度沉积,母猪产仔后泌乳不足或突发无乳现象的发生。这时候,就需要一种为母猪围产期(分娩前5天和分娩后5天)提供高效能量、优质蛋白、均衡脂肪、适当含量膳食纤维的促进泌乳的产品,使得母猪机体小肠中吸收葡萄糖、乳酸和脂肪的比例增加,后肠吸收的短链脂肪酸(SCFA)比例减少,从而缓解母猪哺乳期动用自身储备脂肪,失重严重,影响下一胎配怀成功率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种同时适用于围产期母猪和哺乳期小猪的饲料及制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,设计一种同时适用于围产期母猪和哺乳期小猪的饲料,其特征在于所述的饲料包括如下配方:膨化玉米10%-40%、大麦粉10%-30%、酶解大豆2.5%-18%、乳清浓缩蛋白1%-10%、乳清粉0.5%-25.0%、葡萄糖0.5%-12.5%、果糖0.5%-12.5%、超级蒸汽鱼粉1.0%-5.0%、溶血磷脂0.05%-1%、膨化亚麻籽1%-5%、深海鱼肽0.2%-2.5%、氯化钠0.2%-1.0%、卵黄抗体0.1%-0.2%、丝兰提取物0.02%-0.05%、1-单丁酸甘油单酯0.1%-1.0%、牛初乳0.2%-2%、甲酸钙0.5%-1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%-0.8%、复合维生素0.03%-0.05%、复合微量元素0.2%-0.4%。
优选的,超级蒸汽鱼粉的质量要求:粗蛋白≥67%,赖氨酸≥4.80%,蛋氨酸≥1.7%,粗脂肪≤10%,粗灰分≤17%,挥发性盐基氮≤100mg/100g,砂分≤2%,盐分+砂分≤5%。
优选的,膨化亚麻籽的质量要求:水分≤10%,粗蛋白≥18.5%,粗灰分≤ 6%,粗脂肪≥32%,粗纤维≤15%。
优选的,深海鱼肽的质量要求:粗蛋白≥50%,粗灰分≤10%,粗纤维≤3.5%,粗脂肪≥1.0%,水分≤12%。
优选的,丝兰提取物的质量要求:皂角苷≥10.5%,B50值≤4mg。
优选的,1-单丁酸甘油单酯的质量要求:丁酸甘油酯≥40%,水分≤5%,灰分≤35%。
优选的,牛初乳的质量要求:粗脂肪≥10%,水分≤8%,粗蛋白≥40% ,IgG≥24%。
上述饲料的制备方法如下:
S1.准备原料,将所有的原料按照重量称好各组分;
S2.去杂粉碎,将所有原料去除杂质后,进行粉碎过0.8mm筛网;
S3.混合搅拌,将所有粉碎去杂的原料投入混合机,混合240s。
本发明同现有技术相比,其优点在于:
1.可以缩短母猪产程、降低死胎率,改善母猪的肠道健康,降低机体的氧化应激水平,缩短母猪断奶后的发情间隔。尤其夏季,因高温应激,哺乳期掉膘严重,造成的断奶发情率偏低,还有很多三元母猪的母性较差,泌乳性也参差不齐。因为正常情况下,母猪日粮产品设计为妊娠期和哺乳期全程饲喂,考虑不到很多特殊情况下的特殊需求。如在围产期,高温高湿环境,免疫接种应激,疾病,特别是非瘟疫情等的影响下,部分功能性营养满足不了母猪迅速提高的特殊营养需求,会造成母猪的一系列健康问题,发挥不了母猪更好的生产性能。月子奶功能性营养产品,特别针对上述问题,结合了国内外最新研究成果,迅速补充母猪即刻营养和快速调节母猪免疫能力,满足母猪特殊营养需求,减少母猪炎症反应,发挥母猪更好的生产潜力。
2.饲料可同时满足围产期母猪(分娩前5天和分娩后5天)及哺乳期小猪的营养需要,动物的仿效本能使得哺乳期的小猪更容易开口,快速教槽,降低腹泻率及死亡率,缓解断奶应激,提高断奶窝重。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的结构和原理对本专业的人来说是非常清楚的。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明设计一种同时适用于围产期母猪和哺乳期小猪的饲料,优选的配方如下:膨化玉米33%、大麦粉25%、酶解大豆13.5%、乳清浓缩蛋白5%、乳清粉10%、葡萄糖1%、果糖1%、超级蒸汽鱼粉3%、溶血磷脂1%、膨化亚麻籽3%、深海鱼肽1.5%、氯化钠0.3%、卵黄抗体0.15%、丝兰提取物0.05%、1-单丁酸甘油单酯0.55%、牛初乳0.6%、甲酸钙0.5%、磷酸氢钙0.52%、复合维生素0.03%,复合微量元素0.3%。
本发明所述的饲料具有如下特性:
1.缩短产程降低死胎率:同时补充葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和乳糖,能满足产仔时的能量需要,也能持久供能;母猪产前由于病理性的胰岛素抵抗会负面影响肝糖原的蓄积,1-单丁酸甘油酯可以促进肝糖原的蓄积,从而保证母猪在分娩时的持久供能,从而缩短产程。1-单丁酸甘油酯是正常组织和细胞发育过程中新血管生成的关键调控因子,促进小肠绒毛微血管新生,提高血液携氧能力,以及营养物质的吸收,不仅可以提高母猪分泌奶水的量与质,更重要的是提高母猪体内的胎儿活力,使母猪分娩更为顺畅,从而缩短产程降低死胎率。
2.降低仔猪腹泻率,提高哺乳期成活率:深海鱼肽中富含生物活性小肽,其中有类胰岛素生长因子肽、表皮生长因子肽、免疫调节肽、抗菌肽、诱食肽等,且这些小肽可直接被机体吸收利用,使母猪更快速的获得营养物质并且提升自身的免疫力,且将免疫物质通过奶水传递给仔猪,除此之外,还复配了特异性卵黄抗体,强有力的保障仔猪的肠道健康,使仔猪获得免疫力,从而降低腹泻率,保障了仔猪的健康和活力,提高哺乳期的成活率。
3.提高断奶窝重:深海鱼肽中的含有大量的诱食因子,诱食效果显著,保证母猪有较高水平的采食量。丝兰提取物促进蛋白合成,减少内源性及外源性氨的危害,提高血液的携氧能力,增加泌乳以及提高胎儿成活率,1-单丁酸甘油酯促进小肠绒毛微血管新生,极大的促进营养物质的吸收,提高母猪分泌奶水的量与质,从而提高断奶窝重。
实施例一:
通过实际饲喂来验证上述特性。试验场地:新疆牧场。试验时间:2021年4月--2021年6月。试验组:本发明所述的饲料,对照组:哺乳母猪饲料。试验动物:选择40头妊娠100天左右的母猪,其中初胎母猪12头、2-3胎小母猪16头、4-5胎青年母猪12头,共40头,按照胎次、以及怀孕天数(分娩日期相差十天)平均分成2组,特别是一胎的母猪数量要平均。每头母猪从妊娠109天开始添加本饲料,饲喂量为每餐添加1kg,同时基础哺乳母猪料减掉1kg,饲喂量和饲喂方式以猪场执行的每日两餐,每餐2kg为准。按照这个方式饲喂到直到分娩后5天。妊娠阶段按照猪场管理方式每天定量饲喂,产子后逐步增加采食量到自由采食(大约5天左右),每天记录各组喂料数量和其他异常情况,试验期从产前5天开始,至转出分娩舍结束(跟踪到配种)。所有试验猪群同一猪舍,所有试验猪按产房生产节律进行统一免疫,消毒,自由采食,自由饮水。试验期间尽可能保证每头母猪带仔数基本一致,如若不能,则保证两组的带仔总数一致。
测定指标包括如下数据:
1.每头母猪产仔数、活仔数、出生窝重、产程时间;
2.每窝仔猪21日龄窝重(达到21日龄时候称重,不管是否断奶);
3.每头母猪断奶到发情间隔;
4.仔猪腹泻情况(记录每天的仔猪腹泻头数);
试验控制:
1.记录哺乳仔猪死亡时间、日龄、头数、重量,死亡仔猪所在母猪的耳号;
2.关于哺乳仔数寄养调整问题:尽量减少寄养的仔猪头数。寄养尽量选择在同组内;
3.出现母猪因发烧等疾病原因而引起母猪不采食的情况预案:对症下药治疗,治疗后1天内恢复采食的,继续正常试验,并做好记录;若仍没有恢复正常采食,剔除到其他母猪群,记录该母猪之前和之后采食量;
4.对于出现母猪死亡情况预案:若是被选定母猪出现死亡情况,记录该母猪所带仔猪窝重,剔除试验,该母猪所带仔猪寄养到非选定猪群的母猪。
试验结果:
先将原始数据用Excel表格进行初步的整理,然后用SPSS软件进行单因素方差分析,组间差异显著性用LDS和DUNCUN法进行多重比较。处理结果以平均值±标准差来表示。以P<0.05作为差异显著的标准,以P<0.01作为差异极显著的标准。
死胎率(%)= 死胎头数/产仔头数*100;
带仔成活率(%)= 断奶头数/带仔头数(寄调后)*100;
出生窝重和断奶窝重均为出生时和断奶时每头母猪产床上所有活着的小猪的称重总和;
窝增重(kg)= 断奶窝重+死亡猪重-开始哺乳窝重(寄调后)。
母猪生产指标结果如下表1:

结果显示,在母猪的围产期饲喂本发明所述饲料,试验组在死胎率和窝增重以及母猪的分娩时长方面有显著的改善,其中死胎率降低50%,哺乳期间带仔成活率提高4.4%,哺乳期间窝增重提高18.1%,母猪分娩时长缩短18.2%,仔猪的腹泻率有极显著的降低,降低44.23%。

1.一种同时适用于围产期和哺乳期母猪的饲料,其特征在于所述的饲料包括如下配方:膨化玉米10%-40%、大麦粉10%-30%、酶解大豆2.5%-18%、乳清浓缩蛋白1%-10%、乳清粉0.5%-25.0%、葡萄糖0.5%-12.5%、果糖0.5%-12.5%、超级蒸汽鱼粉1.0%-5.0%、溶血磷脂0.05%-1%、膨化亚麻籽1%-5%、深海鱼肽0.2%-2.5%、氯化钠0.2%-1.0%、卵黄抗体0.1%-0.2%、丝兰提取物0.02%-0.05%、1-单丁酸甘油单酯0.1%-1.0%、牛初乳0.2%-2%、甲酸钙0.5%-1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%-0.8%、复合维生素0.03%-0.05%、复合微量元素0.2%-0.4%,
所述丝兰提取物的质量要求:皂角苷≥10.5%,B50值≤4mg;
所述的超级蒸汽鱼粉的质量要求:粗蛋白≥67%,赖氨酸≥4.80%,蛋氨酸≥1.7%,粗脂肪≤10%,粗灰分≤17%,挥发性盐基氮≤100mg/100g,砂分≤2%,盐分+砂分≤5%;
