Abstract
The invention relates to a sampling device for a gastroenteroscope, which comprises a control device, a bendable sleeve with one end connected with the control device and a driving wire which is movably arranged on the inner side of the bendable sleeve and one end of which is in driving connection with the control device; the sampling device for gastroenteroscope still includes: the fixing seat is fixedly connected with the other end of the bendable sleeve, and a fixing part is arranged on the fixing seat; the sampling ring is fixedly connected with the tail end of the driving wire, the sampling ring is bent at one end of the fixing seat, and one end of the sampling ring is fixedly connected with the fixing part; the invention arranges the sampling ring which is expanded in a butterfly shape on the fixed seat in a telescopic and movable way, so that the whole sampling ring can be opposite to the lesion in the use process, thereby accelerating the rapid search of the lesion and realizing the rapid sleeving and sampling of the lesion.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a sampling device for a gastrointestinal endoscope.
Background
If a lesion is found in gastrointestinal microscopy, a sampler is needed to be used for sampling, pathological examination is carried out, and the nature of the lesion is clarified. At present, the current gastroenteroscope sampler that uses, its front end opens the jaw for through pushing handle, handle back handle slider, carries out the sample many times to gastrointestinal tissue, and this kind of sampler has following technical problem:
1) Because the tail end is relatively soft, more time is needed for clamping the lesion and cutting the tissue at the position far away from the front end of the endoscope, and the tissue at the lesion is not easy to sleeve;
2) When the lesion is at the folds of the digestive tract, the sampler is difficult to sample or examine.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a biopsy sampling device for a gastrointestinal mirror, which can be used for conveniently and rapidly sampling and is suitable for sampling at folds of a digestive tract.

The fixing seat is fixedly connected with the other end of the bendable sleeve, and a fixing part is arranged on the fixing seat; and the sampling ring is fixedly connected with the tail end of the driving wire, the sampling ring is bent to be arranged at one end of the fixing seat, and one end of the sampling ring is fixedly connected with the fixing part.
Wherein the fixed seat is a hollow revolving body; the inner side of the fixed seat is provided with a wire moving channel of a column, and the wire moving channel is opposite to the fixed part.
Wherein, coaxial and detachable are equipped with flexible stripper on the fixing base.
The flexible stripping piece is circumferentially arranged on the periphery side in an array manner and is obliquely provided with an extension part, and the extension part is contracted outwards along one end.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) The sampling ring which is expanded in a butterfly shape is arranged on the fixing seat in a telescopic manner, so that the whole sampling ring can be opposite to a lesion in the use process, the rapid searching of the lesion is accelerated, and the rapid sleeving sampling of the lesion can be realized;
2) According to the invention, the flexible stripping piece is arranged on the fixing seat and used for expanding the stomach fold part, so that the follow-up detection and sampling are facilitated;
3) According to the invention, the first cutting part, the second cutting part and the third cutting part are fixedly arranged on the sampling ring, so that rapid sampling can be realized by only drawing the driving wire to realize that the first cutting part, the second cutting part and the third cutting part are mutually closed when cutting and sampling are performed, and the whole process is convenient and rapid to operate.
In conclusion, the invention improves the efficiency of sampling partial cancerous stomach tissues during gastrointestinal microscopy, and can rapidly cut samples for some submucosal lesions such as smooth myoma, interstitial tumor, carcinoid and the like, thereby expanding the adaptability of gastrointestinal biopsy.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a gastrointestinal mirror sampling device comprises a control device 1, a bendable sleeve 2 with one end connected with the control device 1, and a driving wire 3 movably arranged inside the bendable sleeve 2 and with one end in driving connection with the control device 1; the sampling device for gastroenteroscope still includes:
The fixed seat 4 is fixedly connected with the other end of the bendable sleeve 2, and a fixed part 41 is arranged on the fixed seat; and the sampling ring 5 is fixedly connected with the tail end of the driving wire 3, the sampling ring 5 is bent and arranged at one end of the fixing seat 4, and one end of the sampling ring 5 is fixedly connected with the fixing portion 41.
The telescopic removal of sampling ring 5 sets up on fixing base 4, and drive wire 3 is used for driving the action of sampling ring 5, realizes quick sample, whole process convenient operation is swift.
The fixed seat 4 is a hollow revolving body; the inner side of the fixed seat 4 is provided with a wire moving channel 42 of a column, the driving wire 3 can pull the sampling ring 5 to move along the wire moving channel 42, and the wire moving channel 42 is opposite to the fixed portion 41.
The fixing seat 4 is coaxially and detachably provided with a flexible stripping member 43. The flexible peeling member 43 is circumferentially arranged in an array on the peripheral side and is provided with an extending portion 44 which is tapered outwardly along one end. When sampling is carried out, the flexible stripping piece 43 is pushed to the sampling position, and the extension part 44 is used for expanding the sampling position, so that the sampling ring 5 can conveniently carry out sampling operation, and the sampling quality and the sampling efficiency are improved.
The flexible stripping member 43 is a hollow rotator; the inner circumferential array of the flexible stripping member 43 is provided with hemispherical protrusions. The flexible stripping member 43 can be detachably sleeved on the outer surface of the fixing seat 4, and the hemispherical protruding part on the inner side of the flexible stripping member 43 is clamped on the outer surface of the fixing seat 4, so that the flexible stripping member 43 is convenient to replace and detach, and the flexible stripping member 43 is beneficial to maintenance and cleaning.

A sampling device for a gastroenteroscope comprises a control device 1, a bendable sleeve 2 with one end connected with the control device 1 and a driving wire 3 which is movably arranged on the inner side of the bendable sleeve 2 and one end connected with the control device 1 in a driving way; the sampling device for gastroenteroscope still includes: the fixed seat 4 is fixedly connected with the other end of the bendable sleeve 2, and a fixed part 41 is arranged on the fixed seat; and the sampling ring 5 is fixedly connected with the tail end of the driving wire 3, the sampling ring 5 is bent and arranged at one end of the fixing seat 4, and one end of the sampling ring 5 is fixedly connected with the fixing portion 41.
The telescopic removal of sampling ring 5 sets up on fixing base 4, and drive wire 3 is used for driving the action of sampling ring 5, realizes quick sample, whole process convenient operation is swift.
The sampling ring 5 is in a butterfly shape. One side of the sampling ring 5 is fixedly connected with the tail end of the driving wire 3, the other side of the sampling ring is fixedly connected with the fixing part 41, and the driving wire 3 can drive the sampling ring 5 to move along the wire moving channel 42, so that the butterfly-shaped sampling ring 5 is driven to be closed for sampling operation.
The sampling ring 5 is fixedly provided with a first cutting part 51, a second cutting part 52 and a third cutting part 53; the first cutting part 51 and the second cutting part 52 are arranged in parallel on the same side; a third cutting part 53 is arranged between the first cutting part 51 and the second cutting part 52; in operation, the first cutting portion 51, the second cutting portion 52 and the third cutting portion 53 form a closed cutting plane. When sampling is carried out, the driving wire 3 can drive the sampling ring 5 to move along the wire moving channel 42 to drive the butterfly-shaped sampling ring 5 to be closed, so that the first cutting part 51, the second cutting part 52 and the third cutting part 53 form a closed cutting surface to realize sampling cutting, and meanwhile, the cut sample is positioned between the outer side of the fixing seat 4 and the inner side of the closed cutting surface to prevent the cut sample from falling.
The first cutting part 51, the second cutting part 52 and the third cutting part 53 are all triangular; and the first cutting part 51, the second cutting part 52 and the third cutting part 53 are provided with a first cutting edge and a second cutting edge. The first cutting part 51 and the second cutting part 52 are arranged on the same side in parallel, the third cutting part 53 is arranged opposite to the first cutting part 51 and the second cutting part 52, the driving wire 3 is pulled, and the sampling ring 5 is driven to move along the wire moving channel 42, so that the third cutting part 53 is inserted between the first cutting part 51 and the second cutting part 52 to form a closed cutting plane, and quick cutting is realized; the first cutting part 51, the second cutting part 52 and the third cutting part 53 are all triangular, so that the structure is simple and ingenious, and the operation and the use are convenient.
The invention uses the principle that: when sampling is carried out, the flexible stripping piece 43 is pushed to a sampling position, and the extension part 44 supports the sampling position, so that a sample to be sampled is positioned among the first cutting part 51, the second cutting part 52 and the third cutting part 53; then, the driving wire 3 is operated to drive the sampling ring 5 to move along the wire moving channel 42 to drive the butterfly-shaped sampling ring 5 to be closed, so that the first cutting part 51, the second cutting part 52 and the third cutting part 53 form a closed cutting surface, and the sample cutting is completed.

The sampling ring (5) is expanded in a butterfly shape; the sampling ring (5) is fixedly provided with a first cutting part (51), a second cutting part (52) and a third cutting part (53); the first cutting part (51) and the second cutting part (52) are arranged on the same side in parallel; a third cutting part (53) is arranged between the first cutting part (51) and the second cutting part (52) adjacent to each other; in operation, the first cutting part (51), the second cutting part (52) and the third cutting part (53) form a closed cutting plane.
2. A gastrointestinal scope sampling device according to claim 1, wherein: the fixed seat (4) is a hollow revolving body; the inner side of the fixed seat (4) is provided with a wire moving channel (42) of a column, and the wire moving channel (42) is opposite to the fixed part (41).
