Abstract

本发明是关于一种双缸磁泵。该磁泵是利用磁性极间同性相斥、异性相吸的作用,在交变电磁力的作用下实现磁钢活塞在密封的泵缸内随交变电磁力的交变作相应的往复快速脉动,从而实现双缸吸排流体,该泵完全密封、活塞无机械联接、结构简单、效率高。特别适合作热泵运行,例如冰箱或空调的压缩机运行。

Description

本发明是关于一种双缸磁泵。该磁泵是利用磁性极间同性相斥,异性相吸的作用,在交变电磁力的作用下实现两个硬磁钢活塞同时在两个泵缸里随交变电磁力往复脉动产生泵的作用。
本发明的目的是提供一种活塞无机械联接的密封快速往复泵。
附图为双缸磁泵的基本构造。图中:1为泵缸;2为泵缸封闭盖;3为硬磁性强磁或超强磁磁钢活塞;4为电磁铁;5为端罩;6为泵工作换流阀。其中,1、2、6均为非铁磁质材料。图2为图1的视图。
该泵的工作过程是这样的。当电磁铁线圈接通交流电源,于是,电磁铁芯便产生了相应的交变磁化,磁能积绝大部份集中在铁芯的极面端,也就是铁芯极面的磁力最强。这个交变电磁力同泵缸里的磁钢活塞的永久磁力会产生同性相斥,异性相吸的作用,从而实现了磁钢活塞在密封的泵缸里随铁芯交变电磁力作相应的快速往复脉动,当磁钢活塞往复脉动时,泵工作换流阀门自然随活塞的往复脉动使工质吸入排出。另外,交变电磁力作用于磁钢活塞的助磁和退磁作用是平衡抵消的,所以磁钢活塞的初始磁性不会改变。根据不同的用途要求,该双缸磁泵的两个缸可以并联和可以串联工作。

Claims (2)

1、一种双缸磁泵,特别是一种高效、快速往复脉动的双缸磁泵。由密封泵缸、磁钢活塞和电磁铁组成。其特征在于:活塞无机械联接,是独立在密封的泵缸里。
2、根据权利要求1所说的双缸磁泵,其进一步特征在于:磁钢活塞的两个平面是两个磁极面且具有硬磁性,外部两个电磁铁磁极面对立两个磁钢活塞的磁极面。
