Abstract
为了分解废气中的含硫有害物质,如H2S,CS2,COS以及有机硫化物,如硫醇,硫醚和噻吩,建议采用生物转化方法,其主要组成部分为填料反应器(4)。反应器(4)的填料上布满硫杆菌族系的固相微生物,并且始终保持湿润,使微生物代谢产物溶于水分中并不断被排出。在反应器(4)中或微生物分布的范围内,硫酸盐离子的浓度不断下降,在第二反应器(7)中,加碱液(苛性钠或苛性钾溶液)与硫酸盐离子中和,生成易溶解盐。该易溶解盐在第三反应器(8)中经加石灰乳后转化为难溶于水的晶体(石膏晶体),产生的碱液再循环到反应器(7),从而避免化学药品的流失。超过标准不多的硫酸盐经生物净化装置(2)排入排水渠(3)。
Description
本发明涉及将废气中特别是由人造纤维厂排出的废气中的含硫有害物质,主要是H2S、CS2和/或COS,也包括硫醇、硫醚和噻吩,通过微生物转化为稀酸及其污物的方法。
公众已知,将排放出含有上述有害物质的空气用作蒸汽发生器中的燃烧空气或在废水净化装置中将其用作通气介质。但是由于耗氧量是限制流量的标准,并且在大多数情况下未经净化的废气的排放量非常大,所以要将这种气味很浓的含有低浓度有害气体的废气进行充分排放是一个尚未解决的难题。
公众还知道从粘滞废气中分离出H2S和CS2的吸附法。这种方法就是将H2S吸附在用KJ浸渍的粗孔活性炭上,而CS2吸附在细孔活性炭中。载硫活性炭可用液态CS2还原;H2SO4用水洗脱:CS2用水蒸汽吸附。另一方法是采用无重金属的炭氧化H2S。形成少量的H2SO4用NH3中和。
这两个方法的H2S氧化和CS2吸附两个步骤可在一个吸附器中进行,高浓度时也可分为两个吸附器进行。
此外还有一个综合法,即碱洗去除H2S和活性炭吸附CS2相结合的方法。
上述最后一个方法对于净化含有低浓度有害物质的大量废气流并不适宜。
本发明的任务就是要降低上述有害气体成分的浓度,使之变为无害,并使生成的化合物能够出售或使用,或者至少使其成为惰性化合物。
本发明的特征在于废气通过填料反应器,其填料始终保持湿润并且装有硫杆菌族系的固相微生物,最好采用氧化硫杆菌,由填料滴下的液体,含有经微生物氧化的有害物质,主要是酸性硫化物,将其中和后,氧化有害物质转化为盐,部分被排放,减少的体积用净水补充,而含有溶解盐的残液仍留在系统中。本发明的主要特征在于废气反向流向湿润填料的液体,该液体主要由含盐的,特别是由含硫酸盐离子的循环液组成,并且将加有痕量元素的新鲜水或净化的废水掺加到该液体中,使在流入和流出的液体间增加的离子从系统中排出。由反应器流入沉积物容器中的液体,加入NaOH或KOH进行中和后排出增加的离子。通过加入Ca(OH)2除去被排出溶液中的硫酸盐离子,并将生成的Ca盐排出,同时生成的含碱溶液,特别是含NaOH和/或KOH的溶液再循环到沉积物容器中,反应器内保持溶解度的极限,温度则保持在15~30℃,最佳温度为20~25℃。在生物废水净化装置中形成的硫细菌用于反应器之前先固定在商业上通用的填料上。
通过实施例和图示说明本发明。
生产短纤维、赛璐玢、纤维肠衣或单丝纱的工厂,其所产生的废气约为50000~700000米3/每吨产品,且不同阶段含有不同浓度的H2S、CS2和/或COS(浓气流,稀气流)。通常从经济上来说,浓气流可以回收各种硫成分。而在任何情况下,稀气流都有气味问题,主要是含有高达3000ppm CS2,1000ppm H2S和/或COS。这种废气的一部分可在一个直径30cm和有效容量115升的试验反应器内净化。该反应器装满填料,填料上带有取自正在运行的净化装置中的废水沉积物的细菌,主要是硫杆菌族系的细菌。这类菌约经一周的适应时间后固定在填料上。待净化的废气由下向上流经反应器,与其反向流动的水以每小时20~100升的量将生成的代谢产物泵出,所用的水处于循环状态,在进入连续运转的反应器之前,先将pH调至3~10。在下面所述的实施例中,流经柱时pH值约降低1~5个单位。为了运出生成的代谢产物,每小时约以1升液体的量从循环中排出并用新鲜水补充。用石灰水可从排放物中沉淀出生成的硫酸盐,从而回收一部分中和时加入的碱液。为了满足微生物对痕量元素和无机物质如磷和氮的需要,可将有关的痕量元素的营养液或盐加入新鲜水中,借以培养硫杆菌。细菌按下列反应式转化含硫成分:

由反应器流出的代谢产物加碱液(苛性钠溶液或苛性钾溶液)中和,主要产生处于循环状态的可溶解盐。为了抑制循环液中盐的增加,在反应器中离子增加的范围内,从中和容器中取出相应量的盐溶液,然后用新鲜水补充相当于取出的液体量。由于苛性钠溶液和/或苛性钾溶液相当昂贵,所以加石灰水可以回收其中一部分,其反应式大致如下:
CaSO4沉淀,或当硫酸盐比规定的少得多,则CaSO4也可能增稠,后者可通过生物净化装置排出,也可以返回到内循环中。
附图是一个方法的示意图。
生产短纤维、赛璐玢、纤维肠衣或单丝纱的化学厂1,除了产生废气外,还有含硫废水,这些废水在净化装置2中通过生物方法净化。净水如不用于内循环,则可排放到排水渠3中。在生物净化装置中置有固定在商业上通用的填料上的硫杆菌,该填料置于填料反应器4内并且始终保持湿润,当然富含营养物质的净水对净化装置2的硫杆菌尤为适宜。工厂1中产生的废气以与液体相反方向沿管道5流向湿润填料的液体,通过反应器和填料层,使硫杆菌与废气中的含硫部分结合,生成的代谢产物硫酸被滴下的液体溶解后汇集在反应器4的底部6。该含酸溶液在装有碱液,尤其是装有苛性钠溶液或苛性钾溶液的第二反应器7中生成盐,盐进入第三反应器8,通过加入石灰乳使溶解盐转化为基本不溶解的晶体,该晶体经操作处理排放到储存池9储放,也可加以利用。硫酸盐超过标准不多的则可通过生物净化装置排放到排水渠3。反应器8中生成的液体是基本上可溶解的苛性钠溶液或苛性钾溶液,为了避免药品流失,这类碱液可回流到反应器7中。将两个反应器7和8隔开的主要意义在于使溶液达到一定的浓度并且将微生物循环与石膏循环分开,以排除反应器7中晶体的形成。
Claims (6)
1、将废气中特别是由人造纤维厂排出的废气中的含硫有害物质,主要是H2S、CS2和/或COS,也包括硫醇、硫醚和噻吩,通过微生物转化为稀酸及其污物的方法,其特征在于废气通过填料反应器,其填料始终保持湿润并且装有硫杆菌族系的固相微生物,最好采用氧化硫杆菌,将由填料滴下的含有经微生物氧化的有害物质,主要是酸性硫化物的液体进行中和后,该氧化有害物质转化为盐,部分被排放,减少的体积用净水补充,而含有溶解盐的残液仍留在系统中。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于废气反向流向湿润填料的液体,该液体主要由含盐的,特别是由含硫酸盐离子的循环液组成,并且将加有痕量元素的新鲜水或经净化的废水掺加到该液体中,使在流入和流出的液体间增加的离子从系统中排出。
3、根据权利要求1和2的方法,其特征在于由反应器流到沉积物容器中的液体经加入NaOH或KOH进行中和后排出增加的离子。
4、根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于通过加入Ca(OH)2除去被排出溶液中的硫酸盐离子,并将生成的Ca盐排出,而生成的含碱溶液,特别是含NaOH和/或KOH的溶液再循环到沉积物容器中,并在反应器内保持溶解度的极限。
5、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于反应器内的温度保持在15~30℃,最佳温度为20~25℃。
6、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于生物废水净化装置中形成的硫杆菌在用于反应器之前先固定在商业上通用的填料上。
