5. An electronic device, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for voice information input by a user and the current geographical position information of the user;
a database determination unit configured to determine a speech recognition database based on the geographic location information acquired by the acquisition unit;
a recognition unit configured to recognize the voice information based on the voice recognition database determined by the database determination unit;
a language type determining unit, configured to determine a language type of the user according to the voice information before determining a voice recognition database based on the geographic location information, where the language type of the user is pronunciation and tone of a user language;
the database determination unit is specifically configured to determine a voice database based on the language type determined by the language type determination unit, where the voice database includes voice data of all regions similar to the pronunciation and the tone of the user language; and determining a voice recognition database for recognizing the voice information from the voice database according to the geographic position information.

The device according to claim 5, wherein the database determining unit is specifically configured to determine that the speech recognition database includes a speech database of speech data in a language customary for the first geographic area, where the geographic location information indicates that the user is located in the first geographic area.

The device according to claim 5, wherein the database determining unit is specifically configured to determine that the geographic location information indicates that the user is located in a first geographic area, and determine that the speech recognition database includes speech data in a language that is customary for the first geographic area and speech data in the language type.

The device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain the geographic location information according to an electronic device identifier; or, the geographical position information is acquired through a GPS; or positioning the geographical position information through a communication base station; or receiving a user setting instruction, and determining the geographical position information according to the user setting instruction.
