本发明公开了一种巧克力包装盒，包括盒盖、盒体、内托、凹槽，其特征是：在盒盖的两侧无插边，在盒盖的正前方中间部位设有一个宽插边,在宽插边的两侧设有阶梯型插边。在盒体的两侧设有两个宽边，盒体上的两个宽边大于盒盖的边缘，在盒体的正前方设有与盒盖上的宽插边和阶梯型插边相对应的插口Ⅰ和插口Ⅱ，在盒体内设有凹槽，在凹槽上装有长方形内托。其优点是：该巧克力包装盒具有结构新颖，拆装方便，使巧克力装在盒子的凹槽里不容易与盒盖摩擦，不会使巧克力磨损及破坏，携带方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品包装盒，尤其是一种巧克力的包装盒。 
背景技术
现有的巧克力包装盒是较普通的包装盒，其采用硬质材料制成，为上翻盖结构，上翻盖的三边完全插进下盒体中，在凹槽的顶部没有内托，其存在的不足是拆开不方便,由于凹槽的顶部没有内托，使巧克力装在盒子的凹槽里容易与盒盖摩擦会使巧克力磨损及破坏。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术上述之不足，提供一种巧克力包装盒，该巧克力包装盒其具有结构新颖，拆装方便，由于凹槽的顶部设有内托，使巧克力装在盒子的凹槽里不容易与盒盖摩擦，不会使巧克力磨损及破坏，携带方便。 
本发明的技术方案是：一种巧克力包装盒，包括盒盖、盒体、内托、凹槽，其特征是：在盒盖的两侧无插边，在盒盖的正前方中间部位设有一个宽插边,在宽插边的两侧设有阶梯型插边。在盒体的两侧设有两个宽边，盒体上的两个宽边大于盒盖的边缘。在盒体的正前方设有与盒盖上的宽插边和阶梯型插边相对应的插口Ⅰ和插口Ⅱ。在盒体内设有凹槽，在凹槽上装有长方形内托。 所述的内托的材质为泡沫、海绵或软性塑料。
由于采用上述技术方案，即可使本发明拆开方便，由于凹槽的顶部设有内托，使巧克力装在盒子的凹槽里不容易与盒盖摩擦，不会使巧克力磨损及破坏，携带方便。

具体实施方式     
参照图1、图2和图3中，本发明包括盒盖1、盒体3、内托8、凹槽9，在盒盖1的两侧无折边，在盒盖1的正前方中间部位设有一个宽插边6,在宽插边6的两侧设有阶梯型插边7。在盒体3的两侧设有两个宽盒边2，盒体上的两个宽盒边大于盒盖1的边缘。在盒体3的正前方设有与盒盖1上的宽插边6和阶梯型插边7相对应的插口Ⅰ4和插口Ⅱ5。在盒体3内设有凹槽9，在凹槽9上装有长方形内托8,内托8的材质为泡沫、海绵或软性塑料。

1.一种巧克力包装盒，包括盒盖、盒体、内托、凹槽，其特征是：在盒盖的两侧无插边，在盒盖的正前方中间部位设有一个宽插边,在宽插边的两侧设有阶梯型插边，在盒体的两侧设有两个宽边，盒体上的两个宽边大于盒盖的边缘，在盒体的正前方设有与盒盖上的宽插边和阶梯型插边相对应的插口Ⅰ和插口Ⅱ，在盒体内设有凹槽，在凹槽上装有长方形内托。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种巧克力包装盒，其特征是：所述的内托的材质为泡沫、海绵或软性塑料。
