背景技术:
皮肤与人体其他组织一样要进行不断地补充元素维生素、酵素、酶、蛋白质、氨基酸等生物活性物质,进行新陈代谢需要随时补充为生存及合成破损细胞创造新生的细胞所需的一切物质。随着社会的发展、社会交往的频繁,嫩肤抗衰老的美容护肤越来越受到广大人们的关注和重视。根据中国香料香精化妆品工业协会发布的调查数据表明,目前女性最关心的抗衰老问题提及率达到72.2%,因此借助化妆品延缓皮肤衰老、嫩肤或是抵缓皮肤衰老,减少皮肤皱纹,增强皮肤弹性。嫩肤已成为广大人们的追求和期望,也是各化妆品生产厂家的研究方向。衰老是生物体自成熟期开始,随着年龄的增加、遗传、环境、生活多因素的影响,渐进发生的,是因全身复杂的形态结构与生理功能不可逆的退性变化。衰老分生理性衰老和病理性衰老两类。生理性的衰老是指随着年龄增长而出现的机体内部组织细胞等不断的退化,这种退化就是衰老的前奏,是衰老的动态过程。也就是说人体内所含有的微量元素维生素、多种酶、蛋白质、酵素等多种营养活性物质,随着年龄增加,人体内所含有的这些物质,在逐渐的减弱,体内合成的酵素等物质越来越少,所以人体逐渐衰老。如何减缓衰老?据美国科斯伯格诺贝尔奖得主实验证实,将小鼠的DNA切碎后,加入酵素,一段时间后培养液中出现大量新生的DNA,这说明酵素具有强大的复活细胞和生命的能力,可以让细胞从无到有,从死到生。酵素可以复活细胞和生命,说明衰老是可逆的。

以上(1)—(5)各组分制造过程不断搅拌冷却至45℃时再缓慢加10%酵素稀释水继续搅拌至常温以防破坏酵素的活性成分即制成我们所需要的纳米酵素嫩肤抗衰露。
(6)酵素纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
黄瓜、丝瓜、南瓜、香瓜、苹果、香蕉、黄花菜、苦菜、葛根、费菜、松针系列提取物等各种相同量的瓜果蔬菜洗净切碎,浸泡在相同量的白糖或甘蔗糖液中充分搅拌溶化腌制,即同腌制咸菜的方法腌制,所不同的,这里指的用白糖来腌制而不是盐。腌制时装在瓷器或不漏水有避光的器皿中,器皿口用垫纸覆盖,置于20℃以上无光线直射的地方,3天后便生出白霉浮在表面,这时要捞出白霉,继续放置一段时间直至完全腌透时,榨取汁高速离心沉淀取上清液,即酵素原液,酵素稀释水是用溶液原液与纯化水1∶10即10%原液,再超低温冷冻、真空、干燥,制成的粉末,与以上各组分配比的物料一样需要纳米技术处理的,即用纳米粒径超细微化通用装置,将物质的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级小分子,即酵素纳米粉,所说的小分子,就是要过1800—2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1—5μm,因为药物的吸收通常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,减少粒径,可增大暴露在介质中的表面积,促进药物溶解,进而提高了药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了药效和利用治疗效果。
制作方法:将甲组和乙组分别用水浴加热至85℃,充分搅拌使其浴解,保持温度不变,在搅拌的情况下,将乙组加入甲组中再继续搅拌充分混匀,当温度降至45℃,加入香精、酵素、纳米粉及10%酵素稀释水继续搅拌混匀放消毒间至室温即可,装罐。
上述组方中的芦荟,含有芦荟素、芦荟大黄素苷、异芦荟大黄素苷、氨基酸、有机酸、维生素、酶等成分,其提取物具有多种生物活性成分,能加速细胞生长,促进组织修复,创伤愈合,增强皮肤营养、润泽、保湿、抗过敏,促进皮肤新陈代谢,减少皮肤皱纹、嫩肤、抗衰、抗真菌、防紫外线等多种作用,紫草提取物具有抗菌、消炎、抗病原微生物,对座疮、雀斑、老人斑、皮肤干燥粗糙、裂口有独特效果,并有很好的润肤、嫩肤功效;酵素是机体生命活动的催化剂,人体的一切生理活动,新陈代谢,免疫功能的提高,细胞的活动,细胞破损的修复,细胞的复活和再生,延缓衰老都离不开充足酵素的补充。酵素是一种具有生物活性的酶,即也是蛋白质,直至目前为止,在人体内已发现酵素多达1000种以上。医学科研实验证明,酵素是一种能促进DNA新生和复制的特殊物质。将小鼠DNA切碎后,加入酵素一段时间后培养液中出现了大量的新生DNA,这就说明酵素具有强大的复活细胞和生命的能力,可以让细胞从无到有,从死到生,酵素加入露体配制过程必需严格控制在露体温度冷却至45℃左右,再把酵素混入露体中,因为酵素大概能承受的温度在5—48℃之间,如果超过这个范围,其酵素的生物活性将大大降低,对人们的收益也是大打折扣,所以在加入酵素时要严格掌握温度不宜过早过迟,这是关键。
灵芝属真菌,含麦角甾醇、真菌溶菌酶及酸性蛋白酶、水溶蛋白质、脂肪酸、维生素B、微量元素多种生物活性物质,具有调节免疫、抗菌、抗过敏、抗肿瘤等作用,可提高皮肤张力,抗皱、保湿、美白、抗衰老等作用。

(1)酵素芦荟嫩肤抗衰露,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
甲组
乙组
酵素纳米粉 1—3; 硼砂 0.4—1.2;
防腐剂 0.3—0.9; 香精 0.2—0.6;
纯化水加至 100%;
(2)酵素灵芝嫩肤抗衰防皱露,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
甲组
十八醇 1—3; 白蜂蜡 1—3;
硬脂酸 3—6; 角鲨烷 5—10;
液状石蜡 10—30; 羊毛脂 0.7—2.1;
乙组
酵素纳米粉 2—6; 灵芝提取物纳米粉 1—3;
蛇皮组织提取物 1—3;
丙组
对羟基苯酸甲酯 1—3; 茉莉香精 0.2—0.6;
纯化水加至 100%;
(3)酵素益母嫩肤抗衰祛斑露,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%

香精 0.1—0.3; 纯化水加至 100%;
(4)酵素海藻嫩肤抗衰美容露,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%

医用白凡士林 4—1.2; 十八醇 3—9;
羊毛脂 2—6; 蛇油 1—3;
单硬脂酸甘油酯 3—9; 吐温 3—9;
乙组
(5)酵素松针精油嫩肤抗衰克螨露,其特征是:按下列质量份配比组成%

以上(1)—(5)各组分制造过程不断搅拌冷却至45℃时再缓慢加10%酵素稀释水继续搅拌至常温以防破坏酵素的活性成分即制成我们所需要的纳米酵素嫩肤抗衰露;
(6)酵素纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
黄瓜、丝瓜、南瓜、香瓜、苹果、香蕉、黄花菜、苦菜、葛根、费菜、松针系列提取物等各种相同量的瓜果蔬菜组成。
