Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,属于船舶运输领域。该装置采用ISO海运集装箱标准设计,包括液化天然气加气装置箱和箱体框架两大部分。其中液化天然气加气装置箱包括液化天然气储罐、操作阀箱、液体输送管道、汽化器、紧急切断装置、气体流量计、气体输送管道、压力释放管、直梯;箱体框架包括前端框、后端框、上侧梁、下侧梁、斜撑、上角件、下角件、底板和支座;操作阀箱包括液相操作管路、气相操作管路、备用管路及控制系统,并通过低温不锈钢管集中布置。本发明解决了柴油-LNG双燃料动力船舶“加气难”的问题,使得利用该集成模块装置形成的加气站能够安全的实现与柴油-LNG双燃料动力柴油机对接,为待加燃料的船舶加气和对加气进行控制的功能,减少了运输成本,提高了运输效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输液化天然气用的装载容器,特别是涉及一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,属于船舶运输领域。
背景技术
现有内河船舶主要为柴油动力,燃料消耗高,废气排放量大,既增加运输成本又污染环境。船用柴油-LNG混合动力是将现有的柴油动力转为柴油和天然气的混合动力,天然气替代柴油率可高达60%-80%。因此,液化天然气(LNG)作为一种经济、绿色、安全的新型能源逐渐为人所熟知,并成为船舶界公认的未来绿色能源的首选。
但是由于加气基础设施的限制,船舶加气问题给航运公司带来很大的困扰,使得现实中使用LNG燃料的船舶还属于少数。
基于以上原因,本发明提供了一种给运输船舶发动机供气和加气的集成模块装置,解决了柴油-LNG双燃料动力船舶“加气难”的问题,减少了运输成本,提高了运输效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,使得利用该集成模块装置形成的加气站能够安全的实现与柴油-LNG双燃料动力柴油机对接,为待加燃料的船舶加气和对加气进行控制的功能,解决了柴油-LNG双燃料动力船舶“加气难”的问题。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,该装置采用ISO海运集装箱标准设计,包括液化天然气加气装置箱和箱体框架两大部分。
其中,所述液化天然气加气装置箱尺寸采用ISO标准设计的集装箱规格,包括液化天然气储罐、操作阀箱、液体输送管道、汽化器、紧急切断装置、气体流量计、气体输送管道、压力释放管、直梯;所述箱体框架包括前端框、后端框、上侧梁、下侧梁、斜撑、上角件、下角件、底板和支座;所述操作阀箱包括液相操作管路、气相操作管路、备用管路及控制系统,并通过低温不锈钢管集中布置。
所述液化天然气储罐为C型卧式储气罐;
所述操作阀箱设置在液化天然气储罐的前端;
所述箱体框架罩在液化天然气加气装置箱的外围。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现:
本发明还可根据航程用气需求及柴油机功率大小的不同,采用2个或2个以上LNG供气集成模块装置串联成一个总的供气集成模块装置,其中LNG供气集成模块装置可沿着船舶的型深方向或船宽方向布置。特别是LNG供气集成模块装置内液化天然气储罐的侧面专门设置了一个标准连接接头,通过法兰与另外液化天然气储罐标准连接接头连接,形成一个整体的供气集成模块。
本发明替代了传统的港口加气站固定加气方式,采用罐式集装箱撬装式,实现了移动式加气,加气方便,无须在加气站进行加气,节省运输时间,提高工作效率,减少了营运成本,因此本发明具有显著的经济性。此外,本发明将全部设备安装在液化天然气供气集成模块装置内,安装过程简便,操作过程灵活,便于吊装、维修及检测,易于普及推广。

具体实施方式
下面将详细描述本发明的具体实施例。应当注意,这里描述的实施例只用于举例说明,并不用于限制本发明。
如图1~图5所示,本发明LNG供气集成模块装置包括液化天然气加气装置箱1和箱体框架2两大部分组成。其中,所述液化天然气加气装置箱1包括液化天然气储罐3、操作阀箱4、液体输送管道5、汽化器6、紧急切断装置7、气体流量计8、气体输送管道9、压力释放管10、直梯11;所述箱体框架2包括前端框、后端框、上侧梁、下侧梁、斜撑、上角件、下角件、底板和支座;所述操作阀箱4包括液相操作管路12、气相操作管路13、备用管路14及控制系统15,并通过低温不锈钢管集中布置。
如图1所示,所述液化天然气加气装置箱1尺寸采用ISO标准设计的集装箱规格;所述液化天然气储罐3为C型卧式储气罐,设置在液化天然气加气装置箱1内;所述操作阀箱4设置在液化天然气储罐3的前端;所述箱体框架2罩在液化天然气加气装置箱1的外围。
如图1所示,所述箱体框架的前端框和后端框分别固定在罐体的前部和后部;所述上侧梁的两端分别与前端框和后端框的上端相连接并通过上角件及斜撑固定,所述下侧梁的两端分别与前端框和后端框的下端相连接并通过下角件及斜撑固定;所述底板的板面四周与前端框、后端框以及下侧梁的下端固定连接。
如图2所示,本发明LNG供气集成模块装置布置在船舶右舷货舱区域内。
如图2所示,液化天然气加气装置箱1内的压力释放管10与液化天然气储罐3通过法兰连接,便于液化天然气储罐3内部压力过高时释放气体。
如图2所示,液化天然气加气装置箱1内设置一个直梯11,方便操作人员进行检修和维护液化天然气加气装置箱2及操作阀箱4中的阀门以及仪表等设备。
如图1~图5所示,所述液化天然气储罐1内的天然气通过操作阀箱4内液相操作管路12与液化天然气加气装置箱1内的液体输送管道5连接,经过汽化器6、紧急切断装置7、气体流量计8、气体输送管路9送至机舱柴油机进气口16,完成系统供气。其中气体输送管路9在进入机舱内采用双壁套管形式,环壁内充装惰性气体。
此外,如图4、图5所示,本发明还可根据航程用气需求及柴油机功率大小的不同,采用2个或2个以上LNG供气集成模块装置串联成一个总的供气集成模块装置,其中LNG供气集成模块装置可沿着船舶的型深方向或船宽方向布置。特别是LNG供气集成模块装置内液化天然气储罐1的侧面专门设置了一个标准连接接头17,通过法兰与另外液化天然气储罐3标准连接接头17连接,形成一个整体的供气集成模块,解决了船舶航程远,柴油机大储气罐超过箱体外形尺寸的问题。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,其特征在于:包括液化天然气加气装置箱和箱体框架两大部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,其特征在于,所述液化天然气加气装置箱尺寸采用ISO标准设计的集装箱规格,包括液化天然气储罐、操作阀箱、液体输送管道、汽化器、紧急切断装置、气体流量计、气体输送管道、压力释放管、直梯;所述箱体框架包括前端框、后端框、上侧梁、下侧梁、斜撑、上角件、下角件、底板和支座;所述操作阀箱包括液相操作管路、气相操作管路、备用管路及控制系统,并通过低温不锈钢管集中布置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液化天然气储罐为C型卧式储气罐;操作阀箱设置在液化天然气储罐的前端;箱体框架罩在液化天然气加气装置箱的外围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LNG供气集成模块装置,还可根据航程用气需求及柴油机功率大小的不同,采用2个或2个以上LNG供气集成模块装置串联成一个总的供气集成模块装置,其中LNG供气集成模块装置可沿着船舶的型深方向或船宽方向布置。
