本发明所述的锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽，涉及一种锅炉设备壳体通孔处密封的盖帽。是由盖体、弹性密封垫及心型卡扣所组成；其特征在于盖帽的中部加工有卡槽；心型卡扣上部的卡片装于卡槽内在盖体的下部装有弹性密封垫。心型卡扣为弹性材料制成。本发明具有结构新颖、简单、成本低廉、加工便宜、使用方便、密封性好、美观大方等特点，故属于一种集经济性与实用性为一体的新型锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽。

技术领域
本发明所述的锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽，涉及一种锅炉设备壳体通孔处密封的盖帽。
背景技术
现在设备上有很多制造或组装时临时使用的通孔，在组装完成后需要对其封堵，有的是通过焊机焊死，有的是用密封胶沾堵，这样既不方便以后检修时使用该通孔，也不美观。针对上述现有技术中所存在的问题，研究设计一种新型的锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽，从而克服现有技术中所存在的问题是十分必要的。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术中所存在的问题，本发明的目的是研究设计一种新型的锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽。用以解决现有技术中存在的：1、用焊机或密封胶将通孔封堵，不方便在维修时再次使用通孔；2、不美观等问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：
本发明所述的锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽，是由盖体、弹性密封垫及心型卡扣所组成；其特征在于盖帽的中部加工有卡槽；心型卡扣上部的卡片装于卡槽内在盖体的下部装有弹性密封垫。
本发明所述的心型卡扣为弹性材料制成。
本发明的优点是显而易见的，主要表现在：
1、由于使用了本发明，不用再用焊枪焊孔或用密封胶沾孔，方便维修时使用该孔；
2、由于使用了本发明，不用再用焊枪焊孔或用密封胶沾孔，使设备外观更加美观。
本发明具有结构新颖、简单、成本低廉、加工便宜、使用方便、密封性好、美观大方等优点，其大批量投入市场必将产生积极的社会效益和显著的经济效益。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施例如附图所示，是由盖体1、弹性密封垫4及心型卡扣5所组成；其特征在于盖帽1的中部加工有卡槽2；心型卡扣5上部的卡片3装于卡槽2内在盖体1的下部装有弹性密封垫4。
本发明所述的心型卡扣5为弹性材料制成。

1.一种锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽，是由盖体(1)、弹性密封垫(4)及心型卡扣(5)所组成；其特征在于盖体(1)的中部加工有卡槽(2)，心型卡扣(5)上部的卡片(3)装于卡槽(2)内在盖体(1)的下部装有弹性密封垫(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉壳体通孔密封盖帽，其特征在于所述的心型卡扣(5)为弹性材料制成。
